Hotel zdecydowanie przeznaczony dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na pierwszy rzut oka widać, że hotel ma swoje lata i niestety ale wymaga odnowienia. Jedzenie dosyć monotonne. Najgorzej wypada czystość. Na stołach gumowe podkładki, które się lepią. Pani kelnerka przeciera jedną szmatką wszystkie stoły. Teren aquaparku przez 7 dni nie był ani razu zamieciony i umyty. Kafle wokół basenów bardzo brudne, a śmieci przez 7 dni tylko przybywało. Czystość samych basenów również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W basenach zalega piach i ogólny bród (ściany są śliskie od brudu). Zdecydowanie widać to w płytszych basenach przeznaczonych dla dzieci. Aquapark zachwyca zwłaszcza dzieci, rozrywki w sam raz na tygodniowy wyjazd.

Hotel ładny, pięknie położony, teren zadbany, cudowna zieleń, zwłaszcza palmy, plaża przez ulicę, na plaży leżaki bez problemu. Plaża bez szału, ale woda czysta i ciepła. Okolica skromna i spokojna. Pokój trafił nam się w dość odległej części hotelu i niestety nie do końca zgodny z ofertą (mały, a do tego dwupoziomowy, co groziło upadkiem ze schodów, wyposażenie skromne: łóżko, dość mała szafa jak na 2 osoby, 1 stolik, 1 krzesło, lodówka). Czystość ok. Panie sprzątające bardzo miłe. Jedzenie smaczne, świeże, duży wybór. Na terenie kompleksu 6 basenów, 2 restauracje, 3 bary. Codziennie animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Możliwość korzystania z aquaparku na terenie sąsiadującego Stella Palace. Obsługa hotelu, a zwłaszcza restauracji i barów super !!! Hotel fajny dla rodzin z dziećmi, ale na wyjazd we dwoje trochę tłoczno i gwarno :) Podsumowując: mimo kilku niedociągnięć jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecam !

Niestety zdjęcia które są na stronie Itaka są bardzo nieaktualne dotyczy to kilku basenów i placu zabaw, na zdjęciach są inne atrakcje dla dzieci a co innego w rzeczywistości co mocno rozczarowuje bo to był jeden a aspektów branych pod uwagę przy wyborze. Warto zdjęcia zaktualizować bo ewidentnie od remontu z 2017 roku nie były aktualizowane za to wielki minus.

W hotelu Stella byłyśmy z koleżankami w 09/10.2024. Wyjazd bardzo udany. Atrakcje w hotelu świetne. Super aqua park dla małych i "większych dzieci' :) gdzie poszalałyśmy :) Codziennie fajna dyskoteka i w innej części prawie codziennie muzyka na żywo. Bardzo dobre drinki allinclusive. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, choć rzadko tu jadłyśmy, gdyż w pobliżu było sporo atrakcji i codziennie gdzieś jechałyśmy autem wypożyczonym tuż obok, gdzie polecano nam fajne miejsca i wszystko się sprawdziło. Na początku był mały zgrzyt gdyż dostałyśmy pokoje w nazadowalającym nas standardzie, ale po zwrócaniu uwagi 2 dni później przeniesiono nas do wygodniejszych. Tak że obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie. Jestem zachwycona tym pobytem na Krecie

Ogólnie bez problemów. Jedzenie dosyć powtarzalne, ale było w czym wybierać. Pokój rodzinny w bungalowie w zacisznym miejscu i blisko jednego z basenów. Na koniec września już nie było dzikich tłumów, a pogoda w sam raz pod 30 st. Ze względu na moje potrzeby all inclusive nie miało dobrego stosunku wartości do ceny.

Hotel to trochę wyrażenie na wyrost. Jest to ośrodek wczasowy z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Pokoje czyste, wymieniane ręczniki ,ścielone łóżka każdego dnia. Mankamentem jest duża ilość małych, wąskich schodków , przeszkadza to zwłaszcza po całodziennych eskapadach. Plaża mała, zatokowa tzn. że woda morska nie ma możliwości wymiany. Jedzenie smaczne ale powtarzalne , desery bardzo smaczne. Obsługa hotelowa i w restauracjach sprawna , dobrze mówiąca w j .angielskim.

Bardzo smaczne posiłki - szczególnie sos vinaigrette serwowany na śniadania i kolacje. Baseny czyste, obsługa na wysokim poziomie i do tego bardzo zaangażowana nawet w wieczorne występy. Plaża blisko przez drogę, piaszczysta, osłonięta falochronem. Aquapark niedaleko na terenie obiektu z atrakcjami zarówno dla najmniejszych, średnich jak i starszych szukających mocnych wrażeń. Bary all na terenie, nie trzeba było wychodzić na obiad z parku.

Woda w basenach i parku wodnym jest słona, mniej niż w morzu ale czuć sól:) obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, jedzenie smaczne, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wymiane ręczniki i dodawana butelkowana woda. Na terenie kompleksu sklepik, pokój z grami, klub dla dzieci od 4 lat. Codziennie animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych bajki puszczane w amfiteatrze później tańce dla dzieci i występy dla każdej grupy wiekowej. Jedzenie też ok, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ważne że jest makaron z sosem, pizza, frytki i zupy- dla dzieci najważniejsze Osobie z chęcią tam wrócę

Nigdy nie planowałem jechać drugi raz w to samo miejsce, jednakże po wakacjach Stella Village biorę pod uwagę taką opcję. Transfer i podróż przebiegła bez żadnych zakłoceń. Busiki/autobosy podstawiane co do minuty. Ładne pokoje w formacie minidomków, czysto - serwis na najwyższym poziomie. Jedzenie w restauracjach przepyszne, obsługa kelnerska znakomita. Generalnie nikt głodny tam nie chodził bo nawet w przerwach między głownymi posiłkami dostępne były przekąski, które równie dobrze mogłyby być pełnoprawnym posiłkiem. Mnogość atrakcji sprawiała że nie chciało się nawet wychodzić poza teren obiektu. Aquapark wielkości tych do których się jeździ na specjalne wycieczki - i to na miejscu ! Filmy dla dzieci, zajęcia ruchowe w wodzie i poza - nie będę wymieniał wszystkiego bo byłoby tego za dużo. Teren obiektu jest na tyle duży że nigdzie nie doświadczyłem kolejek i nie czułem się przytłoczony. Wszyscy chodzili uśmiechnięci więc powodowało to sielankową atmosferę. Mam nadzieję że ten chwalipost nie zostanie uznany przez nikogo za płatną reklamę ;), ale cięzko mi znalźć coś do czego mógłbym się przyczepić.

Hotel ogromny. Stella Vilage to cześć całego kompleksu . Nasz pokój (rodzinny 2+2) był zlokalizowany dość daleko od recepcji, basenów i restauracji. Pokój bardzo słaby. Brak jakichkolwiek półek czy szafek na rzeczy. Jedynie szafa z kilkoma wieszakami. O prywatności też nie było mowy - wszystkie pokoje przechodnie. Estetyka na poziomie motelu. Na szczęście było czysto i łóżka w miarę ok. Jedzenie dobre i w miarę różnorodne. Były owoce morza, baranina, wołowina. Generalnie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Park wodny petarda. Naprawdę jest co robić jeśli ktoś lubi szaleć w wodzie. Spokojniej i ciszej jest w strefie zwykłych basenów. Jest ich chyba 4 i plac wodny dla dzieci. Dużo leżaków więc zawsze znalazło się miejsce. Przy hotelu plaża z darmowymi leżakami, piaszczysta za falochronem więc spokojna. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa to jeden z największych atutów tego obiektu. W otoczeniu hotelu kilka sklepów że wszystkim, wypożyczalnie samochodów i lokalne biura podróży. Okolica mało ciekawa. Byliśmy na wycieczce fakultatywnej na wyspie Spinalonga - wszystko punktualnie ale szybko - za dużo punktów do zobaczenia jak na jeden dzień. Ogólnie pobyt udany

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze - sporo atrakcji dla dzieci, pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie (ścielenie + wymiana ręczników) - jeden drobny mankament z naszym pokojem to nie zamykające się drzwi do łazienki. Jedzenie bardzo dobre choć śniadania trochę monotonne (codziennie to samo jednak wybór całkiem spory) - obiady i kolacje super - codziennie inne potrawy "ciepłe" często regionalne. Cały teren obiektu jest podzielony na dwie części gdzie goście Stella Village mogą korzystać tylko ze swoich (Stella Palace ma swoje bary i baseny) jednak aquapark jest wspólny i fantastyczny - wybawią się i dzieci (do większości atrakcji trzeba mieć 120 cm wzrostu!) i dorośli (zjeżdzalnie od 140 cm i jest to przestrzegane dosyć rygorystycznie). Na terenie znajduje się amfiteatr na którym codziennie wieczorami są różne występy (magik, akrobaci, cyrk). Dużym plusem jest obsługa - zawsze pomocna!

Plaża obok hotelu piaszczysta, leżaki czyszczone z piachu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne. Po wymeldowaniu można było nadal korzystać z all inclusive.
