Hotel utrzymany w dobrym tonie. Recepcja oraz lobby bardzo ekskluzywnie. BARMAN REWELACJA pełen profesjonalizm.Panie z obsługi bardzo miłe. Zawsze sałatka grecka, dużo owoców. Czyste pokoje jedyny mankament małe łazienki. HOTEL POSIADA 3 BUDYNKI do każdego basen. PO SĄSIEDZKU trafiliśmy do pokoju z basenem w pokoju tzw.swim up i tam łazienka była już spora. WIECZORY UŚWIETNIAŁA muzyka na żywo.

Wynagradza za to darmowy serwis plażowy (napoje, przekąski), darmowe leżaki i plażowe łóżka. Na plaży i basenie nie ma bitwy o leżaki. Obsługa miła i szybka. Jedzenie przepyszne i w olbrzymiej ilości i rozmaitości (owoce morza, ryby, mięso, owoce, słodycze). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, jest hotelowe mydło i szampon - nie trzeba brać swoich.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, przyczepić można się tylko do małej ilosci miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy. Byliśmy wraz z synem i niestety jedna szafa to za mało. Część naszych ubrań musilismy trzymać w walizkach. Jeżeli chodzi o położenie hotelu to strzał w 10. Bardzo blisko do lotniska (lądowaliśmy w Heraklionie) ok 15 min autokarem więc byliśmy szybko w hotelu. Jedzenie chorelowe to raczej europejskie, ale na miejscu jest resteuracja do ktorej można się zapisać i iść na kolacje w ramach pobytu. W hotelu znajdują się 2 baseny i sporo leżaków, żadnej walki o nie niebyło. Do plaży też blisko jest tam bar i leżaki w cenie co bylo na duzy plus. Co wieczór na miejscu były koncerty na żywo. Obsluga bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Na miejscu tj. w Amounda bardzo dużo sklepików resteura ji w których można zjeść prawdziwe greckie jedzenie, wypożyczalni aut nawet na 1 dzień. Można również wykupić bilet na autobus piętrowy na 2 dni i zwiedzić samemu Heraklion ale również komunikacja miejsca jest również łatwa w ogarnięciu. Wycieczek fakultatywnych jest dużo natomiast my sami zwiedzaliśmy na własną rękę.

Hotel zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Przede wszystkim od samego początku bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Dojechaliśmy do hotelu około godziny 8.00 (nasza doba zaczynała się o 15:00) i od razu dostaliśmy opaski które umożliwiały nam korzystanie z całej infrastruktury obiektu. Na terenie hotelu trzy baseny ogólnodostępne z różną temperaturą wody. Mimo dużego obłożenia hotelu nie było problemu z leżakami. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane i codziennie donoszona woda butelkowana do pokoju. Bar na plaży blisko hotelu. Cała obsługa hotelu bardzo przyjazna. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone - od klasycznych frytek i makaronów przez sushi, do pieczonej wołowiny. Bardzo duży wybór warzyw. Hotel sprawia wrażenie bardzo kameralnego mimo dużej ilości gości. Plaża czysta, delikatnie kamienista ale bez butów do wody spokojnie można bez problemu przejść.

Bardzo dobry, kameralny i nowoczesny hotel położony blisko centrum Heraklionu. Zdecydowanie dla osób, które preferują spokojny wypoczynek. Pokoje niewielkie, ale czyste. Jedynym minusem był bardzo mały prysznic, który nie miał zasłonki co powodowało każdorazowe zalewanie całej łazienki. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się 3 baseny. Pomimo tego, że hotel był w pełni obłożony zawsze znalazło się miejsce na leżakach. Wielkim atutem była plaża oddalona o 5 min od hotelu z bezpłatnymi leżakami, łóżkami i barem. Wejście do morza kamieniste, później dno z piaskiem. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, przepyszne desery. Oprócz głównej restauracji dostępny snack bar oraz przekąski w barach przy basenach jak na przykład gofry. Restauracja ala carte warta odwiedzenia. Obsługa niezmiernie życzliwa. Hotel zdecydowanie wart polecenia.

Nasz pokój natomiast był bardzo mały, w łazience chodziły czerwone mrówki, które dostały się również do naszych kosmetyczek. Szyba prysznicowa krótka, więc po każdym prysznicu łazienka była zalana. Ręczniki nie były codziennie wymieniane, na przykład zostawiliśmy ręczniki na haczyku, a sprzątaczka je po prostu poskładała. Była jedna karta, więc w momencie wyjścia z pokoju i wzięcia ze sobą karty - klimatyzacja się wyłączała, a po powrocie było strasznie gorąco w pokoju

Spędziłam spokojne, miłe wakacje w pierwszej połowie września 2024. Hotel dla dorosłych, nie ma atrakcji dla dzieci, więc goście mają warunki do prawdziwego relaksu i wypoczynku; bardzo czysty, w pokojach czajnik, herbata, woda mineralna, papier toaletowy codziennie uzupełniane. Pokój mógłby być większy ale przecież nie siedzimy w czasie wakacji w pokojach. Łóżko wygodne, pościel czysta, zmieniana. Piękne trzy baseny, więc każdy ma szansę wybrać ten ulubiony, dużo leżaków. Obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie dobre. Byłam zachwycona ilością owoców serwowanych do każdego posiłku. Świetne wieczory dzięki żywej muzyce . Co wieczór inny wykonawca. Do plaży trzeba dojść o czym byliśmy uprzedzeni przez biuro ale jest hotelowa, bez potrzeby płacenia za leżaki. jest tez przy plaży hotelowy bar. Jedynie czego mi brakowało to zajęć ruchowych dla dorosłych np. aerobik w basenie. Ale jest możliwość skorzystania z masaży, po indywidualnym umówieniu się ze świetną rehabilitantką Kateriną. Dziewczyna zasługuje na pochwałę! A ceny zabiegu bardzo podobne do tych w kraju. Świetny wypoczynek!

Obsługa w większości Miła i pomocna, a część niezbyt. W drodze na plażę śmierdzi paliwem (chyba elektrownia). Plaża średnia, ale infrastruktura przyzwoita, choć za mała w stosunku do liczby gości. Ten wyjazd nie był wart swojej ceny.

Codziennie odbywały się występy muzyczne oraz taneczne, które urozmaicały nam wieczory. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ,gdzie spędziliśmy naszą podróż poślubną i z tej okazji czekała na nas niespodzianka

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
