Regularly renovated, it has exceptionally friendly service and spacious rooms. It owes its positive opinions primarily to the well-prepared facilities for children: a playground, mini-club or a swimming pool with slides and a pirate ship is just the beginning of a holiday adventure, because well-prepared animations await everyone! We recommend it for an active family holiday. In 2022, the hotel received ITAKA's SAIL for the highest quality of services.

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania pod każdym względem. Położony w malowniczej scenerii Krety, duży przestronny pokój, codziennie sprzątany z codzienną wymianą ręczników. Do dyspozycji ręczniki plażowe i szlafroki w pokoju. Codziennie dostarczana woda pitna do pokoju. Wyżywienie naprawdę urozmaicone , podczas śniadania sok ze świeżych pomarańczy, tłoczony na miejscu. Miła obsługa , zawsze chętna do pomocy. Codziennie wieczorem muzyka na żywo. Plaża hotelowa tuż przy obiekcie, nigdy nie brakowało leżaków , ani na basenie, ani nad morzem. Snack bar serwował l dużo owoców, przekąsek, sałatek itd. Dobre i różnorodne drinki.Minusem był długi dojazd na lotnisko

Hotel robi wrażenie, z gustem odrestaurowany. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, zawsze uśmiechnięta, ogólnie na poziomie. Mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci w części basenowej( liczne zjeżdżalnie, plac zabaw, sala zabaw, mini boisko do gry w piłkę nożną). Leżaków jest w sam raz, bardzo smaczne drinki i jedzonko. Pokoje Ok, trochę na początku dziwi rozwiązanie ułożenia łazienki, ale ostatecznie ma też to swoje plusy. Do ustawień klimatyzacji też się trzeba przyzwyczaić. Ogólnie hotel petarda, polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, czyściutki. Ładne pokoje, codziennie sprzatane. Piękny widok na morze. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, ale czasem trafiło się coś przesolonego lub nie w naszym guście. Kawa taka sobie. Dużo udogodnień dla dzieci: plac zabaw, boisko, zjeżdżalnie. Niestety woda w basenach bardzo zimna. Nawet w tym dziecięcym. Plaża wąska, ale da się znaleźć ładny skrawek z piaskiem. Atrakcji w pobliżu nie ma zbyt dużo, ale można wynająć tanio auto w wypożyczalni 200 metrów od hotelu. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma, ale niestety był problem z późnym wymeldowaniem. Mieliśmy wylot o 1:25 w nocy. W hotelu stwierdzono, że możemy zostać max 3 godziny (do 14:00) za 35 euro. Dosyć niekomfortowa sytuacja jeśli podróżuje się z 18-miesięcznym dzieckiem. Niemniej jednak pobyt w hotelu zaliczam jako bardzo udany.

Hotel jest cudowny. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane bardzo dokładnie. Uzupełniana jest też woda. W pokoju jest czajnik, filiżanki oraz kawa i herbata. W cenie pokoju jest również sejf i mała lodówka. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, zdecydowanie polecam ten rodzaj pokoju - widok z balkonu jest bajeczny. Wyżywienie w opcji all inclusive bardzo różnorodne, wybór jest duży. Zarówno dań głównych jak i owoców, deserów (w tym lody) i napojów. Do obiadu i kolacji dostępne piwo i wino. Bar przy basenie również bardzo dobry, dania zimne i ciepłe dostępne prawie cały dzień (np. Pizza, frytki, kurczak, kanapki, sałatki itp.) przy basenie również lody i napoje (drinki, soki, kawa i herbata, piwo, wino). Baseny czyste, woda słona. Piękny widok z basenu na morze. Osobny basen dla dzieci ze statkiem pirackim. Duża dostępność leżaków, nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Różnorodne animacje przy basenie- joga, ćwiczenia w wodzie, tańce, różne gry i zabawy dla dzieci i dorosłych. Plaża przy hotelu żwirowa- polecam buty do wody. Również duża dostępność leżaków (bezpłatnie). W hotelu wieczorami koncerty (np. Koncert muzyki greckiej, pianino). No żona zagrać w bilard, skorzystać z siłowni. Obsługa w hotelu bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Spędziliśmy na Krecie cudowny tydzień. Myślę że któregoś lata odwiedzimy hotel ponownie.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 100%. Pięknie położony, z prywatną plażą i bezpłatnymi leżakami i parasolami, piękny basen z widokiem na morze. Basen dla dzieci ze zjeżdżalniami, jakiego nie wiedzieliśmy w żadnym z hoteli 4*. Leżaków bardzo dużo, czyste otoczenie, kuchnia kapitalna. Codziennie serwowane są lokalne dania. Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie. W pokojach ręczniki hotelowe, ręczniki plażowe, szlafroki, kapcie, darmowy sejf, nowoczesna, cicho działająca klimatyzacja. Cała obsługa bardzo pomocna, od Pani menager, Panie w recepcji, Panie sprzątające, po barmanów. Szczególnie na pochwałę zasługuje barman Juliano, który starał się, żeby wszyscy turyści byli zadowoleni, dbał o czystość wokół baru, non stop coś robił, mimo późnych godzin pracy. Codziennie odbywają się animacje, wieczorami ciekawe show i mini disco. W barze hotelowym codziennie pan gra na fortepianie. Dodatkowo hotel oferuje darmowy voucher do jednej z trzech restauracji, gdzie można spróbować kuchni typowo greckiej lub chińskiej. Hotel zasługuje na 5*.

Hotel pięknie położony, czysty i zadbany- 4,5 gwiazdki jak na Greckie warunki. Strefa basenowa bardzo fajna dla rodzin z dziećmi. Przepiękna prywatna plaża z widokiem na wyspę Chrissi. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to w opcji all inclusive duży wybór dań ciepłych, zimna płyta słaba, w cenie pobytu możliwość zarezerwowania ekstra stolika w restauracji -3 do wyboru- owoce morza, chińska i jeszcze jakaś jedna Na minus- pokój hotelowy nie sprzątany codziennie, bardzo duże obłożenie w czerwcu- prawdziwa wojna o leżaki przy basenie jakiej nie zaznałam nigdy wcześniej :), daleka droga od/do lotniska - naprawdę jedzie się prawie 2h zatrzymując się po drodze przy innych hotelach- można pooglądać widoki ale podróż bardzo się przez to wydłuża co przy dziecku ma znaczenie. Podsumowując polecam, choć drobne minusy zawsze się znajdą.

Cała infrastruktura bardzo fajna, zwłaszcza na pobyt z dzieciakami. Hotel wraz z barem, leżakami i parasolami bezpośrednio przy morzu co jest wielkim plusem! Obsługa hotelowa, personel, animatorzy wielki plus! Jedyny minus to dość daleka odległość od lotniska ale mimo wszystko polecam z całego serca!

Poza tym: bardzo profesjonalne podejście do klienta, duże zaangażowanie zarówno ze strony biura jak i obsługi hotelowej. Organizacja jak i pobyt spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Pani rezydent na miejscu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. To na pewno będą niezapomniane wakacje.

EASTERN CRETE
The Heraklion region:
Knossos and Heraklion — exploring the most important remnants of Minoan Crete: the ruins of the Palace of Knossos, which was probably a mythical maze. After exploring the palace, transfer to Heraklion - the capital of the island, free time for a walk and shopping, or optionally: visiting the Archaeological Museum. Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
