Kupując wycieczkę zostały nam przedstawione zdjęcia hotelu, które jak się okazało po dotarciu na miejsce mijały się z prawdą. Hotel czterogwiazdkowy ugościł nas wystającymi ze ścian kablami, zatkaną umywalką, której konstrukcje przy rurze odpływowej podtrzymywała duża ilość chusteczek higienicznych oraz dziurami w płytkach w toalecie jak i w pokoju. Klimatyzacja w pokoju niestety była tylko dekoracją na ścianie ponieważ nie działała (nawet przy ustawieniu jej na 18 stopni) co utrudniało jakiekolwiek funkcjonowanie w pokoju z zachowaniem prywatności bowiem jedyne okna do pokoju to te przy drzwiach wejściowych do niego- żeby wpuścić do pokoju odrobinę powietrza musieliśmy odsłaniać się na widok pozostałych gości hotelu, którzy przemierzali taras do własnych pokoi. Jedzenie w hotelu było smaczne w porach wieczornych, śniadania niestety monotonne pozostawiały wiele do życzenia tak samo jak oferowany nam (przy wyżywieniu all in clusive) snack bar, w którym podawane były "kanapki" z chleba tostowego wyłącznie z plasterkiem szynki lub sera. Przy zakupie wycieczki podkreślaliśmy wielokrotnie, że transfer z lotniska nie może być dłuższy niz 20 minut, z powodu podróży z niemowlakiem i dlatego wybraliśmy ten hotel, ponieważ biuro oferowało właśnie taki transfer do tego hotelu. Niestety zarówno przy przylocie jak i powrocie transfer trwal okolo godziny.

Hotel bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Czysto , codziennie sprzątane w pokoju i wymieniane ręczniki. Jedzenie przepyszne, widok z hotelu jak i basenu czy miejsca śniadań zapierający dech. Ogromnym atutem jest położenie hotelu na wzgórzu co gwarantuje przepiękny widok. W pobliżu są dwie plaże obie w okolicy 15 minut drogi na pieszo. Jedynym minusem może być brak darmowej butelkowanej wody do pokoju. Brak jakichkolwiek innych zastrzeżeń.

Hotel z pięknym widokiem w małym dawnym portowym miasteczku. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Jedzenie bardzo dobre - dla każdego było sporo do wyboru. Do plaży kawałek drogi - do mniejszej kameralnej ok 1,2km, a do drugiej troszkę więcej. Atrakcji za dużo nie ma, ale oczekiwaliśmy spokoju i przyjemnego widoku, a z pokoju mieliśmy najlepszy - dopłacaliśmy do pokoju z widokiem.

Widoki z hotelu piękne. Plaża położona niecałe 1,5km od hotelu. Dla osób mniej sprawnych fizycznie na plażę regularnie kursują bezpłatne autobusy.

Pobyt w pokoju z dostępem do basenu: Sprzątanie codziennie wraz z wymianą ręczników, Czystość nie budziła zastrzeżeń, Pokój z antresolą - jedyny minus to niedziałająca klimatyzacja, a u góry nadal było gorąco, Wyżywienie charakterystyczne dla all inclusive i dość monotonne, ale w razie nudy jedzeniowej można zejść na dół do lokalnych tawern, W hotelu dużo schodów i brak podjazdów dla wózków, więc dla osób z dziećmi czy niepełnosprawnych będzie to duże utrudnienie, W niedalekiej odległości od hotelu znajdują się dwie plaże publiczne (jedna mniejsza, druga większa) - do nich można zejść bądź zjechać busem hotelowym.

Ten hotel jest idealną bazą wypadową na inne oddalone plaże i na wycieczki po Wschodniej Krecie wynajetym samochodzikiem. Dla mobilnych turystów - bardzo polecam. Bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia. Pokój Massionete wspaniały z widokiem na morze i z dostępem do basenu co było dużym plusem. Bardzo polecam tą opcje bo przy głównych basenach wiecznie full ludzi, a leżaki pozajmowane jeszcze przed otwarciem basenu. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, faktycznie dużo rzeczy się powtarzało, ale przy tak dużym wyborze każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jeśli chodzi o drinki to barmani sporządzali wyśmienite trunki i alkoholu wcale nie żałowali. Obsługa wspaniała, ciagle uśmiechnięci i zawsze pomocni. Obawiałam się odległości od plaży, ale niepotrzebnie. Na jedną z plazy jezdzi bus hotelowy 3 razy dziennie, na drugą trzeba dojść na piechotę, ale jest to dosłownie 600 metrów także bardzo blisko - jest to plaza Lygaria i częściej na nią chodziliśmy ponieważ było trochę mniej ludzi. Jeśli chodzi o pokoje to codziennie były sprzątane. Także co do tego bez zastrzeżeń. Bardzo fajne atrakcje wieczorami, zespół z muzyką grecką na żywo, karaoke, jakieś zabawy. Super, pobyt uważam za bardzo udany

Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę wyjątkowy! Wyżywienie było bardzo dobre – różnorodne i smaczne dania.Lokalizacja hotelu jest przepiękna, a widoki zapierają dech w piersiach. Okolica hotelu jest niezwykle klimatyczna, idealna na relaksujące spacery i odpoczynek. Jedynym drobnym mankamentem była ograniczona liczba koncertów na żywo (2) oraz skromne animacje. Serwis sprzątania pokoju mógłby być nieco lepszy, ale te drobne niedociągnięcia nie wpłynęły znacząco na ogólne wrażenie z pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka pięknych widoków, pysznego jedzenia i klimatycznej atmosfery!

Hotel z przepięknym widokiem. Usytuowany na wzgórzu przez co na całym terenie hotelu są schody lub pagórki. Teren hotelu bardzo ładny i czysty ale jednocześnie rozległy i przez to wymagający sprawności ruchowej. Pokoje maisonette oddalone od rozrywkowej części hotelu , dzięki czemu można sie w nich czy na tarasie spokojnie zrelaksować. Pokoje maisonette sprzątane codziennie , bardzo przestronne. Basen przy pokojach maisonette nie jest podgrzewany , a słońce pada na taras i basen tylko rano przez około 3 godziny ,stąd zimna woda w basenie. Podłoga oraz ściany basenu w tych pokojach są pomalowane farbą, która brudzi ciało na niebiesko. Woda jest czysta i mocno chlorowana, jednak stopy i ręce jak się dotkniemy do ścianek lub podłogi pozostają niebieskie kilka dni. Nie pomaga ich wielokrotne umycie. Obsługa basenu wie o tym i nic na to nie może poradzić. Problem można ominąć zakładając buty do wody oraz uważając aby nie dotknąć ścian basenu. Na tarasie w pokojach maisonette od około godziny 11 jest cień więc można się schłodzić w upalne dni. Łazienka w pokoju czysta ,zadbana. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. W pokoju dostępna lodówka oraz czajnik, jest też spora szafa ale bez półek a z miejscem na wieszaki. Wyżywienie w hotelu bardzo dobre. Wszystkie posiłki smaczne, duży wybór jedzenia. Podczas kolacji napoje mogą być serwowane do stolika przez obsługę. Jedzenie donoszone na bieżąco, jak tylko się kończy danie to za chwilę jest uzupełniane świeża porcją. Dwa bary na terenie hotelu działające w ciągu dnia, jeden wieczorem. Blisko dwóch plaż. Na jedną z nich jest możliwość dojazdu i powrotu autobusem z hotelu. Autobus zawozi na plażę o godzinie 10 , 15 i 18 i analogicznie wraca chwilę po 10, 15 i 18 . Z hotelu za niewielką opłatą można dojechać do Heraklionu. W hotelu działa wypożyczalnia samochodów, ceny niewiele większe niż poza hotelem. Na terenie hotelu jest również sklep z pamiątkami, przekąskami, alkoholem, słodyczami, akcesoriami do wody, ciuchami itd. . Nie wychodząc poza hotel można bardzo miło spędzić czas. Obsługa pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Hotel zdecydowanie idealny na spokojny wypoczynek .

Spora ilość miejsc na leżakach, więc nigdy nie było problemu z dostępem do basenu. Cała obsługa (kelnerzy, kucharze, barmani) bardzo pozytywni i pomocni. Animator świetny i zabawny człowiek. W pobliżu były dwie plaże, jednak przez górzysty teren zejście na dół, a szczególnie powrót były dosyć wymagające, jednak widoki i możliwości, jakie były tam na dole to jednak rekompensowały.

Hotel bardzo fajnie położony , pokoje duże i bardzo ładne (przynajmniej my taki mieliśmy) Czystość jak na Grecję Ok . Jedzenie super każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Opinii ludzi którzy twierdzą inaczej , nawet nie chce mi się komentować. Dodatkową waga po urlopie gwarantowana . Drinki takie jak wszędzie na all . Hotelu nie polecam dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi (brak atrakcji) i ludzi niepełnosprawnych (dużo schodów).

Nasza ogólna ocena hotelu jest pozytywna, choć są 2 rzeczy, które wymagałyby poprawy: 1. Wyżywienie - serwowane dania były zróżnicowane i raczej każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ale niektóre z nich były niskiej jakości. Parówki przemielone tak bardzo, że mogło być w nich wszystko. Dania mięsne były specyficznie przyprawiane i część z nich dość tłusta. Także warzywa smażone/grillowane były tłuste. Dodatkowo nie wszystkie dania były podpisane, czasami mieliśmy problem z ich wizualną identyfikacją. Dało się spróbować lokalnych owoców morza, ale nie były one serwowane codziennie. 2. Lunch boxy - możliwe do zamówienia w przypadku nieobecności na którymś z zaplanowanych posiłków. Okazało się, że są to zwykłe kanapki w stylu: kromka chleba + ser żółty i/lub mortadela + kromka chleba. Żadnego warzywa, żadnego smarowidła, żadnego smaku... Na duży plus widok z pokoju. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze i ciężko wyobrazić sobie lepszy! Z hotelu jest blisko do dwóch plaż (Ligaria i Agia Pelagia). Obie piękne, z czystą wodą i z restauracjami, barami obok. Droga do tych plaż jest stroma, więc dla osób z ograniczeniami ruchowymi raczej niewskazana. Do Agia Pelagia jeździ bus hotelowy, ale my z niego nie korzystaliśmy. W Agia Pelagia są też punkty, gdzie można skorzystać z różnego rodzaju atrakcji wodnych. Obie pobliskie plaże mają kamieniste i nieregularne dno, więc dla dzieci raczej niebezpieczne. Obsługa hotelu miła i profesjonalna. Jeden barman nawet stara się mówić po polsku :). Ogólnie w hotelu było bardzo dużo Polaków, myślę, że podczas naszego pobytu stanowili oni połowę gości. Wszędzie było słychać język polski. Od czasu do czasu DJ puszczał polskie piosenki, ale być może na prośbę gości. Imprezy kończyły się bardzo wcześnie, co dla nas było dużym plusem, bo w nocy nie słychać było żadnych hałasów. W pokojach czysto, jednak przy odpływie prysznicowym był delikatny grzyb. Klimatyzacja działająca. Myślę, że ten hotel 4-gwiazdkowy to poziom 3 gwiazdek w Polsce.

Hotel w przepięknej lokalizacji. Pokój który mieliśmy miał widok na morze i dostęp do basenu bardzo polecam tą opcję ponieważ inne baseny są zamykane już o 18 i otwierane od 10. My nie mieliśmy problemu ani z leżakami ani z wejściem do basenu. Ludzie potrafią już zajmować ręcznikami miejsce od 7:00 na leżakach przy głównym basenie więc jak ktoś ma gorszy Pokój to polecam wcześnie wstawać. Jedzenie różnorodne i oczywiście nie wszystko przepyszne ale z głodu zginąć nie idzie. Owoce raz soczyste raz nie. Loteria. Pokojówka przychodzi codziennie i z wymianą ręczników też loteria jedna wymienią inna nie. Ale ogólnie Hotel zadbany i czysty. Kelnerzy uprzejmi jak i cały personel nie było problemu z dogadaniem się po angielsku. Z racji z tego że byliśmy tam we wrześniu nie było kolejek do barów i w innych basenach nie było tłoczno oprócz głównego. Pobyt tam oceniam na dobre 4 i w takiej cenie szczerze polecam ale tak jak mówię gdybym miała inny Pokój byłabym mniej zadowolona warto dopłacić dla widoku na morze i dostępu do basenu jeśli jest możliwość w innym wypadku poszukaj czegoś lepszego.

The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
