Hotel jak najbardziej na tak. Jedzenie świetne może nie było go bardzo dużo ale każdy coś wybierze dla siebie, obsługa miła i pomocna, pokoje ładne i czyste. Animacje również na plus. Jedyny minus że podczas podróży z małym dzieckiem był taki że hotel nie jest przystosowany do wózków ale w ofercie była o tym wzmianka więc byliśmy gotowi na to. Widok z hotelu piękny. Plaża mała i wąska ale czysta leżaki płatne. Dojście do niej zajmuje około 20-30 minut ale jeździ bus z hotelu 3 razy na dobę.

Piękny hotel, niesamowite widoki, pokoje przestrzenne i nowocześnie urządzone. Łóżko i poduszki całkiem wygodne. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników pod czas naszego 8 dniowego pobytu nie odbyło się tylko raz. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne i smaczne. Duży wybór drinków w open barze. Animatorzy świetnie urozmaicali czas poprzez zajęcia z zumby w basenie czy piłke ręczną i grę w rzutki. Kilka basenów na terenie hotelu, w tym duży basen z wygodnymi leżakami podwójnymi i baseny z bezpośrednim wyjściem do wody z pokoju. Kameralna siłownia z widokiem na morze. Palmy, drzewka oliwkowe, kwiaty, nowoczesne aranżacje wnętrz przestrzeni wspólnych. Podsumowując - miejsce godne polecenia!

Byliśmy z 3 latkiem w październiku. Położenie hotelu 30 minut od lotniska byliśmy pierwszym hotelem na trasie z lotniska. Pokój z dostępem do basenu okazał się pokojem po prostu na parterze z wejściem przez taras pokoju. Mieliśmy pierwszy pokoju przy schodkach. Więc w nocy było trochę głośno ludzie przyjeżdzają, wyjeżdżają wiadomo jak to w takim hotelu jest. Ale następnego dnia po rozmowie z Panią Irene na recepcji w 2 h dostaliśmy inny pokoju z widokiem na morze!! Nie było również problemu żeby przedłużyć za darmo opuszczenie pokoju ostatniego dnia. Obsługa super. Baseny bardzo fajne. Basen dla dzieci blisko leżaków więc spokojnie syn mógł się pluskać a my go obserwować z leżaka. Widoki przepiękne. Jedzenie zawsze świeże i smaczne. Dużym zaskoczeniem bylo brak możliwości zrobienia sobie herbaty na kolacje gdyż wszystkie ekspresy były wyłączone. I jeżeli chcesz żeby drinki robił Tobie sam “Arnold Shw” to musisz po prostu wybrać ten hotel. Przemiły zawsze uśmiechnięty barman łudząco podobny do byłego gubernatora Kalifornii napewno będzie przemiłym akcentem tych wakacji. Serdecznie polecamy ten hotel!

Pokój spełnił moje oczekiwania, codziennie sprzątany, klimatyzacja działała, ręczniki codziennie wymieniane. Jedzenie w ramach all inclusive bardzo różnorodne. Infrastruktura basenowa bardzo dobra, nie było problemów z dostępnością leżaków. Hotel zapewniał dowóz na plażę. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu.

Hotel ma spore plusy i minusy, z plusów to wyżywienie na prawdę smaczne, piękny widok z części wspólnych, bus hotelowy na plażę i do Heraklionu jest fajnym udogodnieniem. Z minusów to pokój bez widoku na morze jest kiepski, brak normalnej łazienki jest krępujący. Dosyć nachalne animacje (dla mnie akurat były problemem, na przykład ryczący głośnik na cały regulator przy basenie) ale komuś może to pasować. I bitwa o leżaki niestety, przy głównym basenie jest ich mało a jest on najfajniejszy. Ogólnie wakacje na plus.

Od samego początku, już w momencie przeglądania ofert wycieczek, Hotel Panorama Boutique Village zrobił na mnie duże wrażenie. Pierwsze wrażenie jednak okazało się tylko małą przystawką do tego czego doświadczyłem podczas pobytu w hotelu. Cały proces informacyjny, transfery i zameldowanie w hotelu przebiegły w sposób płynny i komfortowy. Na miejscu już od pierwszej doby można się czuć w pełni zaopiekowanym. Wyżywienie znakomite, pyszne, dużo i urozmaicane co jakiś czas. Niczego nie brakowało, a jak dla mnie to nawet wszystkiego ponad to czego można by oczekiwać. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane regularnie , szczególnie polecam pokój z widokiem na morze z racji świetnego umiejscowienia hotelu. Widok zapiera dech, budzące się słońce co rana odsłania piękną panoramę okolicy. Pobyt mega, jeden z lepszych w moim dotychczasowym podróżowaniu, serdecznie polecam !

Hotel położony na malowniczym wzniesieniu, widoki są cudowne. Warto dopłacić do pokoju z widokiem na morze. Jedzenie było smaczne i różnorodne, oczywiście znajdą się malkontenci, że nie było 20 różnych opcji na każdy posiłek, proszę ich nie słuchać. Minusem może okazać się odległość do plaży. Biuro podaje, że jest to 700 m co jest prawdą ale po linii prostej, po której nie da się dojść do plaży . Realnie jest to ok.1500m co dla nas absolutnie nie było problemem bo widoki rekompensują ten czas. Główny basen nieduży i jest ograniczona ilość leżaków przez co już ok. 7 rano nie ma szans znaleźć wolnego leżaka, recepcja nie ingeruje w to przez co często jest tak, że te same osoby praktycznie cały tydzień leżą na tych samych leżakach.

Obiekt sam w sobie pięknie położony, znaczna część pokoi odnowionych. Pokoje są duże, z czystością bywa różnie. Jednego dnia musieliśmy się dopominać o wymianę ręczników, mimo że zaznaczyliśmy, że chcemy mieć tego dnia posprzątane. Jedzenie: myślę że każdy wybierze coś dla siebie ale nie ma co się nastawiać na wykwintne dania. Na śniadanie codziennie to samo, typowo pod Brytyjczyków, których jest tu sporo. Obiady i obiadokolację dobre ale czasem niektóre dania były przegotowane (ryby) a inne z kolei zimne (ziemniaki, frytki) Obsługa hotelowa słabo mówiąca po angielsku, raczej nienarzucająca się swoją obecnością. Zespół animatorów świetny ale same animacje kiepskie, co drugi dzień to samo, na zmianę tylko bingo, karaoke i quiz, raz w tygodniu wieczór grecki z muzyką na żywo. Najgorszym aspektem hotelu jest fakt, że nie posiada oddzielnej dyskoteki lub miejsca, gdzie osoby chcące posiedzieć dłużej mogłyby spędzić czas. Przez to w dużej części pokoi jest bardzo głośno do godziny 1-2 w nocy i to właśnie to w duże mierze psuje całe wrażenie. W hotelu dominują Polacy i Brytyjczycy i to Ci drudzy niestety nie dają innym spać po nocach, są bardzo głodni, krzyczą.

Hotel położony na pięknym wzgórzu, bardzo dobrze skomunikowany ponieważ hotel oferuje 3 razy dziennie przejazdy do Heraklionu oraz na pobliską plaże wraz z powrotem. Co do obsługi hotelowej chciałbym podziękować Panu " złotej rączce" za naprawienie klimatyzacji dosłownie w ciągu godziny. Pracownicy uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni tak naprawdę od recepcji po osoby odpowiedzialne za czystość. Kelnerzy mili i kulturalnie a barmani nie oszczędzali alkoholu gdy dowiedzieli się że przylecieliśmy grupą znajomych z Polski. Panie dbające o czystość na 6 z plusem - nie było również problemu żeby wróciły później i wykonały swoje zadanie. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i mega duży wybór - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, praktycznie codziennie zmiany w menu wraz ze stałym repertuarem. Dla ceniących sobie piękne widoki przy filiżance kawy- miejsce idealne. Jedyny minus to dolny basen położony na wyższym piętrze przy barze przed pokojami od nr. 702 - myślę że czas na jego remont gdyż farba ze ścian odpada zabrudzając wodę oraz posadzka basenu kruszy się. Natomiast basen główny przy stołówce oraz basen bezpośrednio na wysokości pok. od nr. 702 jak najbardziej spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Na obiekcie dostępny sklep ze wszystkim czego potrzeba oraz strefa masażu.

Kupując wycieczkę zostały nam przedstawione zdjęcia hotelu, które jak się okazało po dotarciu na miejsce mijały się z prawdą. Hotel czterogwiazdkowy ugościł nas wystającymi ze ścian kablami, zatkaną umywalką, której konstrukcje przy rurze odpływowej podtrzymywała duża ilość chusteczek higienicznych oraz dziurami w płytkach w toalecie jak i w pokoju. Klimatyzacja w pokoju niestety była tylko dekoracją na ścianie ponieważ nie działała (nawet przy ustawieniu jej na 18 stopni) co utrudniało jakiekolwiek funkcjonowanie w pokoju z zachowaniem prywatności bowiem jedyne okna do pokoju to te przy drzwiach wejściowych do niego- żeby wpuścić do pokoju odrobinę powietrza musieliśmy odsłaniać się na widok pozostałych gości hotelu, którzy przemierzali taras do własnych pokoi. Jedzenie w hotelu było smaczne w porach wieczornych, śniadania niestety monotonne pozostawiały wiele do życzenia tak samo jak oferowany nam (przy wyżywieniu all in clusive) snack bar, w którym podawane były "kanapki" z chleba tostowego wyłącznie z plasterkiem szynki lub sera. Przy zakupie wycieczki podkreślaliśmy wielokrotnie, że transfer z lotniska nie może być dłuższy niz 20 minut, z powodu podróży z niemowlakiem i dlatego wybraliśmy ten hotel, ponieważ biuro oferowało właśnie taki transfer do tego hotelu. Niestety zarówno przy przylocie jak i powrocie transfer trwal okolo godziny.

Knossos and Heraklion — exploring the most important remnants of Minoan Crete: the ruins of the Palace of Knossos, which was probably a mythical maze. After exploring the palace, transfer to Heraklion - the capital of the island, free time for a walk and shopping, or optionally: visiting the Archaeological Museum. Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Time for swimming and lunch, which is prepared by the crew of the ship: grilled meat and Greek Salad. After returning to land, a walk through the charming and romantic Agios Nikolaos. Golden beaches and lagoons of Crete — Gramvousa and Balos: the route of the expedition runs along the northern coast, to the port of Kissamos, where the cruise begins around a gorgeous bay. The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries. Unknown Crete and Chania — trip to the central-western part of Crete. This inconspicuous name of the trip conceals gems of central Crete.
