Choć hotel nie jest nowy i warto to mieć na uwadze, nadrabia swoim pięknym, zielonym otoczeniem i bardzo rozległym terenem. Położony bezpośrednio nad brzegiem morza, zapewnia dostęp do dwóch urokliwych plaż, które zdecydowanie są warte uwagi. Obsługa jest bardzo profesjonalna i pomocna, dbając o komfort każdego gościa. Pokoje są przestronne, gustownie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone, co sprawia, że pobyt jest naprawdę komfortowy. Przepiękny hotel, samo obejście robi niesamowite wrażenie. Jest gdzie spacerować, dlatego podróż do pokoju była naprawdę przyjemna choć był trochę dalej od głównej restauracji. Jedzenie różnorodne bardzo dobre, jedynym minusem były karty do pokoju które często się psuły (wymienialiśmy 4 razy) poza tym jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyjazdu ! z samej obsługi i dbania o klienta na naprawdę fajnym poziomie

Byliśmy zakwaterowani w bungalowach, pokoje starsze od tych w nowej części, wymagaja odświerzenia. Sprzątane codziennie, moje uwagi skierowane do recepcji dot. dodatkowej pościeli i niesprawnego sejfu zostały załatwione tego samego dnia. Również opiekun z Itaki zadzwonił do mnie, ze wszystko przekazał i jest OK. Wyżywienie dobre, zawsze był oddzielny stolik z jedzeniem greckim. Obsługa szybka, rozmawiałem z młodą kelnerką i powiedziała, że jest zmęczona, co sam zauważyłem. Jedzenie na plaży w Amarando beach restaurant bardzo dobre i te piękne widoki. Do tego panie (w tym z Polski) , które usadawiały gości i panowały aby nie powstawało zamieszanie. Trochę szkoda, że kiedy wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczki np. do Knossos to po powrocie nie było możliwości zjedzenia późniejszego obiadu. W stołówkach i barach, w tym na plaży wszystko OK. Podczas pobytu byliśmy na dwóch kolacjach w restauracjach: francuskiej i greckiej, nasza ocena bardzo dobra! Po rozliczeniu się w recepcji, poinformowano nas, że do czasu transferu korzystamy nadal ze wszystkiego w hotelu i restauracjach. Czytałem opinie przed wyjazdem i niektórzy narzekali na monotonne jedzenie, ciekaw jestem ile dań jedzą u siebie w domu na obiad??? Cały ośrodek pięknie położony na półwyspie, bardzo duży teren, piękne widoki i roślinność tworzą świetną atmosferę do wypoczynku.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, zwłaszcza obiady w restauracji na plaży. Dosyć spory i górzysty teren hotelu więc trzeba było troszkę się nachodzić żeby dostać się do restauracji, plaż czy ładnych widoków z półwyspu. Plaża duża, ładna i zadbana. Z leżakami nie było większego problemu, nawet jeśli ich część była zajęta ręcznikami od świtu. Wystarczyło przyjść o odpowiedniej porze. Widoki przepiękne. Można obejść prawie cały półwysep, a co kawałek są tarasy widokowe. Po wyjściu z terenu hotelu zaczyna się ładne miasteczko, warto się przespacerować. Pokój ogólnie ładny i czysty, ale widać ząb czasu i mocne ślady użytkowania. Zdecydowanie pora na odświeżenie jest to ma być 5 gwiazdek.

Pokoje w budynku głównym nadgryzione zębem czasu,w bungalach trochę lepsze .Jedzenia masa ,nie do przejedzenia, restauracja główna w podziemiu przy basenie głównym z tarasem z widokiem na drugą plaże i zatoczkę .Na tarasie restauracyjnym dania z grilla,ryby ,mięsa .Szampan ,wina do posiłków .Bary przy basenie i na plaży ,dobry lunch na plaży żwirowej .Plaża główna wąska ,kilkanaście leżaków i wyjście z terenu hotelu przez uliczkę -pułapkę, otwierana na kod z aplikacji . Drinki dobre ,nie oszukane jak w Turcji . W czasie pobytu dwie kolację ala carte do wyboru z 3 - grecka ,francuska i włoska ,polecam włoską i francuską. Do pobliskiego Heriaklionu jadą autobusy za 4 euro ,30 minut ,przystanek 2 min.od hotelu.Wypozyczalnie samochodów i motorówek wszędzie ,na każdym kroku.Kilka minut od hotelu uliczki że sklepikami z pamiątkami , spożywcze..Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła .Bardzo celebrowane są kolację w hotelowej restauracji,nie wejdziesz w plażowym stroju . Plaża żwirowa fajna ,woda ciepła i czysta ,zatoczka tej plaży- klimatyczna ,snurkowanie super -polecam. Ogólna ocena dobra ,hotel ok.30 minut od lotniska .Samoloty w obie strony opóźnione ,przylot z Poznania 1,5 godz., powrót z Heriaklionu ok 1 godz.

Hotel przede wszystkim pięknie położony, to rekompensuje ewentualne braki pod innym względem. Widoki, roślinność to niesamowite przeżycie. Pomimo dużej ilości ludzi, nie odczuwa się tego, jest spokojnie. Restauracje bardzo ładne, z dużą kulturą. Jedzenia dużo, chociaż spodziewałam się większego wyboru ryb. Dla osób, które nie jedzą mięsa, czegoś jednak brakowało. Na 6 sushi i zupa cebulowa. Super. Pokój ładny, chociaż nie polecam kąpieli w wannie, odpływ nie radzi sobie z taką ilością wody i łazienka zalana. Plaża fajna, nie było problemów z leżakami. Bary świetne, obsługa w nich też. Szczególnie ciepło wspominamy dziewczyny z baru na plaży. Uśmiechnięte, pomocne, wiedzą co lubią kobiety. Ogólnie wrażenie bardzo dobre i pobyt bardzo udany.

Bardzo ładny hotel na prywatnym półwyspie. Bylismy zameldowani w pokojach rodzinnych - bardzo przestronne składające się z trzech pomieszczeń (salon, sypialnia i łazienka z wanną, prysznicem, toaletą, bidetem i dwiema umywalkami). Bardzo miła obsługa dbająca o czystość pokoi. Największa niespodzianką było jedzenie - bardzo dobre zarówno w formie bufetu (grilowane mięsa, grilowane ryby, owoce morza) jak i w restauracjach a la carte - do wyboru były trzy restauracje: grecka, francuska i włoska (gratisowe kolacje dwa razy w trakcie pobytu). Gorąco polecamy.

Otoczenie hotelu przepiękne. Z każdej strony widok jak z pocztówki. Wnętrze budynków trochę tchnie już czasem, ale w sumie to niewiele czasu spędza się w pokoju. Ale pokoje przestronne i dobrze ustawione. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Widać, że się starają. Można się czepić jedynie room-servisu. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie i codziennie zamiatana i myta podłoga, ale nie umyte blaty w łazience i umywalki. Narożniki pod prysznicem też niedomyte, ale ogólnie czysto. Przed wyjazdem czytałam sporo opinii o tym hotelu i teraz po dwóch tygodniach zastanawia mnie kto to pisze. Opinie na temat jedzenia były masakryczne. A jakbym chciała to codziennie na każdy posiłek mogłabym jeść inne danie. Zastanawia mnie ta "monotonia" menu głównej restauracji. No. może i codziennie rano podawano tylko sześć rodzajów jajek i trzy rodzaje omletów, czyli 9 potraw śniadaniowych tylko z jajek plus oczywiście cała masa innych dań typowo śniadaniowych. No ale przecież na jedno śniadanie nikt nie zje wszystkiego na raz, żeby powiedzieć "wczoraj było to samo". Owszem codziennie były te same stoły ze świeżymi warzywami do obiadu czy owocami do śniadania, ale to jako dodatki do głównych dań i sałatek, które każdego dnia były inne. Ku uciesze mojego syna, który nie lubi nowości były też stałe pozycje - pizza (trzy rodzaje) i spagetti na obiad czy frytki do kolacji, bo inaczej nie miałyby co jeść. Ucieszyła nas możliwość rezerwacji kolacji w pozostałych restauracjach w ramach inc. Szczególnie restauracja Precieux nas zachwyciła. Zaskoczyły nas też alkohole. To co podawane w ramach inc było przyzwoitej jakości. Jeśli whisky to Dewar's , jesli gin to Bombay itp. Hotel jednak mógłby lepiej organizować wieczory dla swoich klientów, ale impreza na plaży w stylu Ibizy podczas pełni księżyca to im się udała.
