Miejsce super! Jedzenie pyszne-wiele rzeczy się codziennie powtarza, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Plaża też w porządku, aczkolwiek leżaki wcześnie zajmowane - może nie o 6 rano, ale podczas trwania śniadania ok.8/9 wszędzie są porozkładane ręczniki. Ogólnie czystko, obsługa b.miła i pomocna. Pokój 3-osobowy ( dodatkowe łóżko piętrowe)- jak na 3 dorosłe osoby jednak zbyt mały. Jedyna niemiła rzecz, która mnie spotkała, to opłata za sejf- dokonałam ją podczas przyjazdu 20e, podczas wymeldowania widniało w systemie obciążenie ponownie za tą samą usługę. Moja natychmiastowa reakcja- nie zapłacę kolejnych 20e- proszę dzwonić, pytać, przeglądać kamery... Całe szczęście cudem odnalazłam paragon! Proszę zatem zachowywać wszelkie potwierdzenie płatności. Reszta pobytu bez zarzutu:)

Byliśmy w tym Hotelu na przełomie sierpnia i września. Temperatury powietrza sięgały 31- 34 stopni w cieniu. Czystość- cały obiekt i pokoje codziennie sprzątane. W czasie naszego 12-to dniowego pobytu mieliśmy 4 razy zmienioną pościel. Ręczniki wymieniano codziennie. Plaża piaszczysta, woda czyściutka. Na plaży pracownik kilka razy dziennie spłukiwał piasek z podestów przy prysznicach na plaży . Wyżywienie - każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo sprawna i miła obsługa kelnerów. Ogromnym plusem tego Hotelu jest jego bezpośrednie położenie przy samej plaży. Leżaki , parasole i ręczniki - bezpłatne. Dwa baseny ze słodką wodą, wystarczająca liczba leżaków i bar przy basenie- to kolejne atuty tego Hotelu. Nie było jako takich animacji ( poinformowano nas już o tym przy zamawianiu Hotelu ),lecz co drugi dzień w godzinach wieczornych można było posłuchać muzyki na żywo i zatańczyć. Wszyscy pracownicy, bez wyjątku , zawsze pomocni , uśmiechnięci i uprzejmi. Wszystkim , którzy chcą odpocząć na Krecie polecam ten Hotel.

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu: 40 minut od lotniska, 30 min autobusem do Chani, w pobliżu hotelu dużo sklepów, restauracji, w pobliżu wodne atrakcje. Pokoje bardzo małe, łóżka wygodne, ale meble nadają się do wymiany. Duży plus za klimatyzację z oddzielnym zasilaniem. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie (mimo to mieliśmy karalucha w pokoju, po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji Pani stwierdziła, że to i nich norma i że dokładniej wysprzątają pokój), ręczniki zmieniane codziennie. Obsługa na bardzo dużo plus. Wszyscy bardzo pomocni i życzliwi tak samo na stołówce, jak i w barach. Hotel z dostępem do piaszczystej plaży. Co do jedzenia to śniadania mogły być bardziej zróżnicowane, bo po 2 dniach jedzenia tego samego zrobiło się nudno. Obiady i kolacje dobre każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Wspaniały kameralny hotel. Bez przytłaczającego zgiełku ale co drugi dzień wieczorem gra na skrzypcach lub saksofonie muzyk co bardzo umila ten czas. Czysto zarówno w pokojach jak i w przestrzeni poza nimi - pokoje sprzątane codziennie wraz z wymianą ręczników. W pokoju przyjemna klimatyzacja która nie hałasowała. Obsługa poprostu na medal. Przemili i bardzo uczynni ludzie. Plaża piaszczysta wspaniała. Leżaki wiadomo- na plaży trochę brakuje ale nad basenem zawsze coś wolnego się znalazło. Basen - my akurat nie potrzebowaliśmy aż tak ale też był ładny. Jedzenie świeżutkie, urozmaicone, pyszne. Pokój miałam z centralnym widokiem na morze- centralnie morze było na wprost balkonu- to było cudowne. Nie można się do niczego doczepić tu. Nam polecili znajomi i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni a sami poleciliśmy już rodzinie i... Pojedziemy tam też w przyszłym roku. Polecam serdecznie.

Hotel o standardzie podstawowym, czysty, posiłki bardzo dobre, piękna plaża- idealna na wieczorne spacery. Brak animacji zarówno przy basenie w ciągu dnia jak i wieczornych. Jeżeli ktoś ma problemy z poruszaniem się to nie polecam tego hotelu ze względu na dużą ilość schodów.

Hotel ok czysto, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i zmieniana pościel. W łazienkach też ok były dostępne kosmetyki. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie bardzo pomocni, usmiech z twarzy im nie znika. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Cały tydzień mieliśmy różne potrawy do wyboru, nie chodziliśmy głodni. Ciasta na najwyższym poziomie.

Hotel bardzo dobry, pięknie położony, otoczony śródziemnomorską roślinnością. Wszystko zgodne z ofertą. Bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątane całe otoczenie oraz pokoje. Zmieniana była pościel , a codziennie ręczniki. Plusem było też rozwiązanie z ręcznikami plażowymi, które były w pokoju, a na plaży i basenach były pojemniki, gdzie można było zużyte zostawiać. Pokój trochę mały, widać dostawka dla dziecka była wciśnięta do pokoju dwuosobowego. Poza tym wszystko dobrze, balkon z suszarką, funkcjonalna łazienka, szafa z dużą ilością wieszaków, półki. Dostępna mała lodówka. Wyżywienia bardzo dobre, duża różnorodność wyboru dań. Bardzo miła obsługa na jadalni wprowadzała dodatkowo radosną, ciepłą atmosferę. 3 bary sprawiały, że napoje, przekąski, lody, kawa, czy drinki były " pod ręką', niezależnie od tego, czy przebywało się na basenach, czy nad morzem. Jadalnia pięknie położona- nad morzem z możliwością wyboru stolika na zewnątrz, czy wewnątrz jadalni. Widok był piękny. Druga jadalnia przy części 5 gwiazdkowej mniej atrakcyjna, mniejsza, ale również z szerokim menu. Plaża piaszczysta, zadbana, rzeczywiście z bezpłatnymi leżakami. Zawsze znajdowaliśmy wolne leżaki na basenach, nad morzem, chociaż wcześniej nie rezerwowaliśmy. Raz się zdarzyło, że nie było wolnych na plaży, obok były płatne więc skorzystaliśmy za 10 euro na cały dzień. Plusem jest wejście do morza- tylko drobny żwir, potem już piasek, można sporo wejść do morza, gdyż długo jest płytko, co jest ważne dla rodzin z dziećmi. W ostatnim dniu , gdy czekaliśmy bez pokoju na nocny lot, dostępne były prysznice w segmencie przy basenie dolnym. Piszę, gdyż nie wszyscy o tym wiedzieli. Miłym akcentem było wyłożenie tam czystych ręczników, z których można było przy kąpieli skorzystać i które były dokładane, aby nikomu nie zabrakło. Hotel oceniam pozytywnie i zdecydowanie polecam. Bardzo fajne miejsce na wypoczynek. W żaden sposób nie odczuwa się wielkości hotelu z uwagi na rozłożenie hotelu praktycznie trzech poziomach. Dwie restaurację, dobra kuchnia ale niestety monotonna przy pobycie powyżej 7 dni. Pokoje sprzątane na bieżąco, czyste i klimatyzowane. Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa. Położenie hotelu pozwalające zarówno na spacery jaki i bazę wypadową na różne wycieczki i zwiedzanie okolicy. Jedyny minus to brak aranżacji czasu dla dzieci przy niewielkiej aktywności na zewnątrz nie stanowi to problemu. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia.

Hotel może nie nowy, ale starają sie utrzymywać porządek jak i w pokojach tak i w całym obiekcie. Położony przy samej plaży wiec posiłki z widokiem na morze to najlepsze co można mieć na wczasach. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Przy barach jak i przy posiłkach wszyscy bardzo mili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Basen bardzo czysty, leżaki, ręczniki bezpłatne. Polecam!!!

EASTERN CRETE
The Heraklion region:

Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
