Kolejny raz wakacje z ITAKA, polecam! Hotel, jego położenie mega, przestronne i czyste pokoje, duże łazienki, pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone jedzenie, obsługa hotelowa począwszy od recepcji, przez Managera gastronomii, kelnerki i kelnerzy, panie sprzątające, barmanki i barmani na piątkę z plusem!!! To miejsce, gdzie naprawdę można wypocząć. Wszyscy bardzo mili, uśmiechnięci, pomocni. Napoje alkoholowe na wypasie, nawet dla wybrednych. Cisza, spokój, nie ma walki o leżaki. Jak nie przy basenie, to bez problemu dostępne są leżaki na plaży, która jest zaraz przy kompleksie rekreacyjnym . Nie przepadam za animacjami, nagabywaniem do wspólnej zabawy, więc tutaj na plus tego nie ma, jedynie czego mi brakowało to więcej wieczornych koncertów, pokazów dla gości hotelowych na tarasie przy lampce wina, czy dobrym drinku. Basen duży, na głębokość 110 cm świetny do wspólnej zabawy z piłką.

Prywatna plaża , bez problemu można było zająć leżaki. 2 restauracji, 2 baru, przekąski, napoi. Wszystko było cudownie. Polecam hotel!

Były to bardzo udane wakacje! Jest to hotel dla ceniących sobie ciszę i spokojny wypoczynek. Sam hotel zadbany, bardzo ładny. Pokój czysty,sprzatany na bieżąco, ręczniki wymieniane nawet dwa razy dziennie! :) Plaza tuż przy hotelu, kamienista lecz zadbana i czysta. Leżaki darmowe zarówno przy basenie jak i na plaży. Zawsze udało się znaleźć jakieś wolne, tak więc ich ilość jest wystarczająca. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, świeże i różnorodne. Z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. To co zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie w tym hotelu to z pewnością obsługa. Bardzo serdeczni, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci ludzie! Przez to atmosfera była wręcz rodzinna i bardzo ciepła. :) Indywidualne podejście, co dawało poczucie kompletnego zaopiekowania. Dało się to odczuć w każdym aspekcie obsługi! Naprawdę polecam!

Hotel mogę polecić wszystkim szukającym prawdziwego odpoczynku. Hotel położony w sąsiedztwie plaży umożliwia wybór pomiędzy basenem a kąpielą w morzu. Hotel czysty, sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników dwa razy dziennie, jedzenie smaczne, chociaż z warzyw na śniadanie jedynie pomidory i ogórki (przydałoby się tutaj jakieś urozmaicenie). Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa, czułam się zaopiekowana na wakacjach. Brak imprez po godzinie 23 sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Z dala od głównej ulicy. W bliskim sąsiedztwie wypożyczalnia rowerów i samochodów. Duży parking samochodowy i możliwość przechowania roweru w pomieszczeniu do tego przeznaczonym.

Materac dla dorosłych king size, ale twardy. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyciszony, i z dobrą klimatyzacją. Jedzenie bardzo dobre z dużym asortymentem potraw. Drinki mocne, nie zalewane wodą. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Basen duży i dla wszystkich, 110 cm maks głębokość. Plaża ładna i czysta, ale same kamienie, koniecznie trzeba mieć buty do pływania. Chętnie byśmy wrócili do tego hotelu. Minusy hotelu to płatny sejf, WiFi, i siłownia. Dla all inclusive darmowe drinki kończą sie o 23:00.

Hotel jako budynek może się podobać. Położony na odludziu i to w pozytywnym tego słowa znaczeniu. Cisza i spokój. Mało dzieci (początek czerwca) Nie trzeba biegać po wielu piętrach a i tak są windy . Bardzo przestronny hall z dużą ilością miejsc siedzących i nawet kilka leżących. W recepcji bardzo kompetentne osoby, miłe i sympatyczne. Pokój mieliśmy z żoną na pierwszym piętrze od strony kortów. Czysty i wygodny. Duża łazienka z wanną i osobną kabiną prysznicową. Po trzy ręczniki na osobę, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów , duże lustro - super. Jak zwykle w krajach południa- zużyty papier toaletowy do kosza na śmieci ( a na zewnątrz hotelu walają się plastiki wszelkiej maści ) . Trochę przeszkadzały odgłosy urządzeń przy basenie, ale klima działała cicho i wydajnie, można było spać przy zamkniętym oknie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Ktoś narzekał na śniadania - ale co może być na śniadanie - pieczywo, jajka w każdej postaci, jogurty w min. 3 rodzajach, wędliny, płatki , sery żółte, jakieś kiełbaski na ciepło , pomidory, ogórki, papryka , oczywiście angielskie papinki - fasola, bekon, pieczarki, . Do tego miody (więcej niż jeden), dżemy, suszone i świeże owoce - czy jest ktoś kto nie umiałby wybrać z tego czegoś dla siebie ? Nie wspomniałem o napojach - herbaty (różniste), woda, soki, kawa (cieniutka, ale w barze przy basenie pycha). Dwa pozostałe posiłki czyli lunch (dla mnie obiad) i obiad (dla mnie kolacja) też super. Jak na miejsce na środku Morza Śródziemnego mało owoców morza . Między posiłkami głównymi można było dopełniać się przekąskami w restauracji obok basenu głównego - wytrawne, słodkie, owoce, soki. W barach - w basenie, dosłownie, wszelkie napitki - drinki przeważnie z oryginalnych składników, wina, piwo nawet bezalkoholowe, super obsługa . W barze w hallu głównym to samo, ale niestety już drinki robione mniej solidnie, czasami w brudnym szkle . No i co najważniejsze, wszędzie dostęp do wody , czy to butelkowanej czy nalewanej z dystrybutora. Nasz pobyt zaczynał się 2-go czerwca (faktycznie przylot był 3-go w nocy) i była obawa, że po zakończeniu pobytu i zdaniu pokoju zostaniemy bez wiktu. Otóż nie. Korzystaliśmy z całości formuły all inclisive do wyjazdu w nocy czyli do 23 ostatniego dnia czyli 9-go czerwca . I jeszcze jeden plus - brak opasek na dłoń - czasami pytano nas o nr pokoju lub pokazywaliśmy kartę uprawniającą do formuły all inclisive - chodzi o sytuacje w restauracjach lub w barach. Jeszcze o plaży - bałtyckie ładniejsze, nurkować nie ma po co , dno szare, bez kolorów . Woda czysta i ciepła jak dla mnie.

Hotel bardzo czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa miła, usmiechnieta, pomocna. Wyżywienie zróżnicowane i bardzo dobre. Codziennie nowe dania. Restauracja a la carte Azzuro z niesamowitym menu. Plaża bardzo czysta, kamienista. Zarówno leżaków przy basenie jak i na plazy jest sporo, zawsze znajdzie się wolny. Tak samo z miejscem w restauracji. Muzyka na żywo kilka razy w tygodniu - do godziny 23. Wszystkie atrakcje zorganizowane ze smakiem. Spokojna okolica, spacerem można dojść do pobliskich miejscowości. Hotel na wysokim poziomie, zasługuje na 5*.

Polecam wakacje w tym hotelu. Pokoje czyste, ręczniki zmieniane 2 razy dziennie, Zejście że schodów wprost do basenu a dalej na plażę. Po drodze jeszcze bar ze świetną obsługą, mówiąca trochę po polsku. Zawsze uśmiechnięci , uprzejmi. Cała obsługa uprzejma i miła. Wszędzie czysto, cicho. Jedzenie wyśmienite i urozmaicone. Piękny odpoczynek.

Hotel zdecydowanie nie w standardzie 5 gwiazdek, niemniej czystość bez zastrzeżeń, Meble jak i inne elementy wyposażenia pokoju z minionej epoki, ale spełniają swoje zadanie tyle że taki wystrój i dekoracje a raczej ich brak może być w prywatnym pensjonacie za 50-80 euro. Łazienka przestronna, także tutaj widać upływ czasu. W pokoju jest lodówka, tyle że wypełniona minibuteleczkami alkoholu , napojów i wody, za tą ostatnią którą nieopacznie wziąłem na wycieczkę po powrocie zastałem kwit do zapłaty 6 euro za 2 x 0,33 l. (te same butelki z wodą w strefie basenowej dostępne bez ograniczeń). Jednak czujnu personel jak najbardziej uprzejmy błyskawicznie wychwycił braki w "ekskluzywnej" lodóweczce, zanim zdążyłem ją uzupełnić po powrocie . Sama lokalizacja pokoju to kolejny duuży minus niestety dla hotelu ale też i dla ITAKI . Widok boczny na morze jest naprawdę mocno boczny. Widok na sąsiadujące z hotelem nieużytki i pustostany na pewno nie jest standardem 5*. Potwierdza się niestety opinia że ITAKA rezerwuje pokoje, których pewnie inne biura sobie nie życzą. Wymiana ręczników w pokoju 2 razy dziennie, widzę po opiniach innych że są zachwyceni, jednak uważam za dużą przesadę codzienne zbieranie nawet dwa razy dzienie ręczników które nawet nie zostały raz użyte. Działania eko chyba nie w tym standardzie. Wyżywienie - tutaj mam mieszane odczucia ponieważ, śniadanie poprawne jednak dalekie od standardu 5*. Kompletnym nieporozumieniem jest kawa podawna z termosów - nie nadająca się do picia. Na szczęście był bardzo dobry sok z wyciskanych świerzych pomarańczy. Obiady i kolacje dobre i bardzo dobre. Kieliszek wina butelkowego do wyboru białe czerwone, rózowe jest miłą odmianą od napojów winnych "z kija" , jakie serwowane są w greckich hotelach. Co do barów przy basenie - standardowe plastiki i rozwodnione niskogatunkowe alkohole, ktoś kto oczekiwał wyższego 5* standardu nie doczeka się takiej niespodzianki . Natomiast tutaj wreszcie można napić się dobrej mocnej kawy - podwójne esspresso zdecydowanie na plus. nawet z papierowego kubeczka. Obszerny teren zielony przy basenie zewnętrznym pozwala czuć się swobodnie, Basen zadbany, jednak głębokość 1,1 metra raczej do brodzenia niż pływania. Zdecydowanie świetną sprawą jest bliskość morza, z kamienistą plażą . gdzie są dostępne leżaki. - to niewątpliwy jak dla mnie atut tego miejsca. Podumowując hotel posiada wiele zalet, jednak jak na wstępie zaznaczyłem nie jest w standardzie 5 * Tym samymy stosunek jakości do ceny zdecydowanie odbiegał od moich oczekiwań - więc puki co jeżeli pada pytanie czy polecam - tak ale nie za taką cenę. Tym bardziej że obecnie jak widzę taką samą cenę za 3 dni jaką zapłaciłem za 8 dni przecieram oczy z niedowierzania.

Czystość w hotelu na wysokim poziomie, jedzenie dość przeciętne, raczej na poziomie 3 *, a nie 5. W hotelu duża liczba gości z Polski, pisemne informacje otrzymane w recepcji po przyjeździe w języku angielskim. Nie każdy musi znać i się nim posługiwać, szkoda, że nikt nie pomyślał o tym, Tym bardziej , że zasady korzystania z zaplecza hotelowego, bardzo różnorodne i nie do końca oczywiste, zwłaszcza na początku pobytu. To wina hotelu oraz zapewne biura podróży. Przyjechaliśmy w późnych godzinach wieczornych, tuż przed 23, w pokoju czekał posiłek ( sałatka i smażone nugetsy , rolsy, i paluszki rybne) i za to plus, ale nie było ani jednej butelki wody. Woda w lodówce, jako wyposażenie mini baru, płatna. Zrobiło to na nas złe wrażenie, spotęgowane tym bardziej, że następnego dnia rano pierwsza wizyta obsługi pokoju polegała wyłącznie na wystawieniu rachunku za wodę z mini baru. Bardzo słabe, zwłaszcza przy opcji all inclusive. Wyjeżdżaliśmy z hotelu w godzinach popołudniowych, po lunchu, a przed kolacją, pokój należało opuścić do godziny 11, Pani rezydentka na spotkaniu poinformowała nas, że mamy się dogadać w kwestii ewentualnego przedłużenia odpłatnego pobytu i to oczywiste, ale również w kwestii jedzenia i to już bardzo dziwna sytuacja. Ogólnie hotel do polecenia dla gości, którzy chcą wypocząć we względnym spokoju.
