Hotel znajduje się w bardzo cichej i spokojnej okolicy, co jest ogromnym plusem dla osób szukających wytchnienia od miejskiego zgiełku. Mój pokój oferował przepiękny widok zarówno na morze, jak i góry. Codziennie pokój był sprzątany, a ręczniki wymieniano trzy razy w ciągu tygodnia, co zapewniało komfort i świeżość. Obsługa hotelu bardzo dbała o czystość i porządek, co należy docenić. Niestety, posiłki były dość monotonne. Śniadania i obiady niewiele różniły się od siebie, brakowało również regionalnych potraw i owoców morza, które mogłyby urozmaicić menu. Wyjątkiem były kolacje, które naprawdę były smaczne. Hotel znajduje się w bliskiej odległości od dwóch plaż – kamienistej i piaszczystej, do których można dotrzeć w około 15 minut spacerem. Dla osób, które preferują mniej aktywne formy transportu, hotel oferuje również możliwość skorzystania z busa, kursującego cztery razy dziennie na plażę Voulisma. Porównując ten hotel do innych obiektów czterogwiazdkowych, można odnieść wrażenie, że jego standard jest nieco niższy, szczególnie pod względem gastronomicznym. Niemniej jednak, personel hotelu był bardzo miły i zawsze gotowy do pomocy, co sprawiało, że pobyt był przyjemniejszy. Podsumowując, hotel oferuje wspaniałą lokalizację, piękne widoki i komfortowy pobyt, choć niektóre elementy, jak gastronomia, mogłyby zostać ulepszone. Mimo tych drobnych niedociągnięć, pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Sam w sobie hotel naprawdę bardzo fajny, pokój spełnia wymogi praktyczne czyli wykąpać się i przespać się, widok z balkonu trafił się piękny. Jedzenie fantastyczne, obiady i kolację rozmaicone, przy śniadaniach czasami trzeba było wykazać się kreatywnością. Obsługa hotelowa godna polecenia, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, nawet ubrania w kostkę ułożone. Barmani przy basenie jak i w lobby bardzo uprzejmi. Wisienką na torcie jest Pani Hara, przecudowna kobieta mówiąca po polsku, ucząca alfabetu greckiego oraz organizuje fantastyczne lekcje gotowania. Plaże w okolicy piękne, zarówno ta bliższa kamienista jak i Voulisma. Warto też wsiąść w autobus i za 2€ pojechać do Agios Nikolaos oraz wynająć auto większą ekipą i pojechać na Vai Beach lub Richtis Gorge.

Niestety hotel nie spełnił moich oczekiwań, mimo 4 gwiazdek hotel zasługuje na 2 maksymalnie 3. Pokoje ze świetnym widokiem na krajobraz aczkolwiek łazienki jak i jakość łóżek/materacy pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jedzenie średnie, śniadania monotonne. Hotel sprawdzi się jako baza wypadowa do wycieczek, aczkolwiek nie polecam all inclusive. Mała gamma alkoholi - napoje gazowane bardzo słabej jakości, z alkoholi tylko whisky, brandy i wódka.

Pokój o średnim standardzie, duży, ale czysty. Łazienka ok - prysznic mały co powodowało wylewanie się wody i z zasłonką, która się przyklejała. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, pościel wymieniania. Mieliśmy bardzo głośno działającą klimatyzację w sypialni, ale po zgłoszeniu została wymieniona na nową. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna. Sam kompleks hotelowy ciekawy, fajnie położony na wzgórzu i z widokiem na morze. Okolica raczej spokojna, z kilkoma barami/restauracjami i sklepami, plaża około 1,5km od hotelu, piaszczysta z prysznicami. Można podjechać na nią busem z hotelu (kursuje kilka razy w ciągu dnia). Ogólnie spędziliśmy fajny tydzień.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, lecz zdecydowanie oceniłbym go na 3-gwiazdkowy. Pokoje bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Klimatyzacja działała i była w cenie. Na minus – łazienka. Kurtyna prysznicowa nie spełnia swojej roli i po kąpieli w łazience jest pełno wody, a materiał z niej przylega do ciała, co nie jest komfortowe. Basen hotelowy po prostu jest. Można z niego korzystać, jest czysty, woda względnie ciepła. Leżaków zdecydowanie za mało, ręczniki basenowe dodatkowo płatne. Bar basenowy, jak i ten główny, obsługiwany przez zawsze uśmiechniętych i miłych ludzi. Drinki w ofercie all inclusive to po prostu alkohol z dolanym napojem, drinki typu Aperol, Sangria, Mojito itp. dodatkowo płatne. Jedzenie było smaczne, był wybór oraz bardzo dbano o to, żeby niczego nie brakowało. Nie są to jednak smaki, które zostaną z wami na dłużej. Wystarczająco, żeby nie przejadło się podczas 7-dniowego pobytu. Na duży minus, niestety, brak leżaków plażowych lub możliwości ich wynajęcia w lepszej cenie (leżaki na plaży to koszt 15-25 euro/dzień). Plaża bliżej hotelu jest brzydka, niezadbana. Na szczęście, 15 minut spacerem od hotelu (4 razy dziennie również kursuje tam hotelowy bus) jest jedna z najpiękniejszych plaży, na jakich miałem okazję być. W dniu wyjazdu o 5 rano hotel zapewnił nam lunch boxy. Ogólnie cały pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Jedzenie wspaniałe , niestety można przytyć . Pokoje niestety małe , ale gustownie urządzone , czysto . Czasami z kanalizacji zaleci ... Nie powinno tak być . Obsługa miła , co niektórzy z obsługi mówią po polsku... Okoliczne najbliższe plaże , szczególnie ta dalej to bajka , lazur i piasek . W opcji all Inclusive winko i piwko oraz lokalne trunki jak to zwykle cieniutkie .. jak wszędzie . Niestety opóźniony lot o 3 h ( tam i z powrotem ) , i tak podobno w całym sezonie wg. innych uczestników . To popsuło cały wyjazd

Chciałbym przestrzec przed nadmiernym entuzjazmem po przeczytaniu większości opinii. Osobiście zignorwałem pojedyncze negatywne opinie o hotelu, które jak się okazało najtrafniej opisywały rzeczywistość. Pozwolę sobie na kilka najważniejszych punktów odnosząc się do pozostałych komentarzy. 1. Prawdą jest, że hotel dba o czystość. Jak na Grecję jest naprawdę nieźle. Szczególnie widać to w restauracji i tutaj akurat 4* są zasłużone, o jedzeniu wspomnę później. W pokojach też sprzątanie codziennie natomiast do perfekcji daleko. 2. Położenie hotelu jest również na plus, bo widok z większości części wspólnych (przede wszystkim z restauracji) rozpościera się na góry i zatokę). Blisko, bo zaledwie 20 minut jazdy autobusem znajduje się Agios Nikolas, bardzo ładne miasteczko. Niestety sam Istron to taka typowo obskurna grecka wioska, nic wartego podziwiania. Na szczęście są tawerny i pizzerie, a on mogą się Wam przydać, ale o jedzeniu będzie później. Na plażę nie jest daleko, maks 15-20 min spacerem, kursuje bardzo sprawnie bus hotelowy. Plaża ładna, ale bardzo zatłoczona. 3. Ludzie piszą, że hotel jest ciekawie zaprojektowany to prawda, moim zdaniem ma ładne lobby, spory basen otwarty do 20:30, więc świetnie i brak tłoku na nim. Internet działa tylko w lobby hotelowym. Na tym plusy się kończą. 4. Połowa leżaków na basenie jest w stanie rozsypki, podobnie z częścią krzeseł w częściach wspólnych. 5. Nie ma praktycznie żadnych animacji poza jednym wieczorem greckim, który był w najbiedniejszej wersji jaką widziałem, ale to można przeżyć. 6. Obsługa jest pozornie miła, ale po kilku dniach człowiek odczuwa, że to wymuszony dobry humor, sztuczny. Najbardziej negatywnie wspominam pana sygnalistę stojącego na wejściu do restauracji. 7. Największą nieprawdą są opinie o wyżywieniu, no chyba, że mieliśmy 5dniowego pecha. Jeśli chodzi o wybór to śniadania codziennie identyczne (tylko jajka sadzone trzymały jakiś poziom), obiady i kolacje czasem lekko się zmieniają, a często to co na obiedzie to i na kolacji następnego dnia. Wybór jedzenia żaden, nie wiem jak można pisać o różnorodnym wyżywaniu w tym hotelu. W jednym bemarze kukurydza, w drugim brokuł, w trzecim frytki itd. Łącznie maksymalnie z 10 bemarów, ale dan to tam jest ze 3. . Jakość składników najgorsza z jaką się spotkałem, a dotąd myślałem, że miałem pecha w 3* w Bułgarii. Jedzenie w większości niesmaczne, mięso twarde jak skała, okroponie doprawione, znaczna część to mrożonki. Nawet nie podają normalnej fety tylko ser typu słatkowy ze znanej nam sieci dyskontów w Polsce. Wybór deserów to kończy się zwykle na dwóch rodzajach, desery są sztuczne. Jedyny plus to smaczne melony, które sprawiły, że przetrwaliśmy w tym hotelu. No i wspomniane wyżej jajka sadzone. Żeby w greckim hotelu nie było podanej musaki... Przekąski to sztuczne kanapki serowane przez godzinę. Być może były pyszne, ale wygląd mnie zniechęcił. 8. Kolacja w greckiej tawernie brzmiała świetnie, ale to największe oszustwo moim zdaniem. Dostaliśmy sałatkę grecką ze składników ze śniadania, czyli bez fety. Do tego rolsy z liści winogron dużo gorsze, od tych, które dostaniecie w Polsce z marketu. Następnie podano talerz grillowanych mięs. Mięso nie pachniało dobrze, ugrilowane było jaky na długo wcześniej, potwornie such. Oczywiście do tego talarki z zamrażarki. Sama tawerna to taka rozpadająca się w środku buda. 9. Napoje w ramach all. inc. również najniższej jakości. Wiadomo, lokalne, nie mozna mieć zbyt wielkich oczekiwań w stosunku do nich, ale, żeby wino smakowało jak sik, raki śmierdziało i smakowało płynem do mycia naczyń to już kpina. Dało się wypić piwo, ale również było kiepskie. 10. Pokoje są małe tak jak pisali inni (dotyczy std 2os.). W środku ciężko się pomieścić. Cieszyliśmy się, że nasz pobyt to tylko 4 noce. Nie było gdzie rzeczy odłożyć. Klima działała wystarczająco, ale wentylator na balkonie huczał potężnie. Hotel aspiruje do 4gwiazdek, ale jest tyle niedociągnięć, szczególnie w jakości jedzenia, że bliżej mu do 2-3. Nie umiem jednoznacznie wskazać czy poleciłbym hotel. Osobom, które chcą tylko gdzieś się przespać nastawionym na zwiedzanie i co najwyżej wieczorem chcących schłodzić się w basenie pewnie wystarczy. Ja zapłaciłem bardzo mało i tylko to sprawia, że nie żałuję wyboru. Natomiast nie jest to hotel dla osób, które wiedzą jaki standard powinien trzymać 4 gwiazdkowy hotel.

Hotel ze świetnym klimatem i przepięknymi widokami. Pokoje były w porządku, poza prysznicem, który był dosyć mały i przez zasłony wylewała się woda na podłogę. Jedzenie było całkiem dobre i różnorodne, zawsze dało się coś znaleźć dla siebie. Bardzo polecam kolację w tawernie :). Basen nie był zbyt duży, ale zdecydowanie wystarczający, nigdy nie było żadnego ścisku. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaże były wspaniałe. Ta bliżej nieco mniej oblegana, piaszczysto-kamienista z cudownymi widokami, a na dalszej plaży jest już więcej ludzi i czasem może być problem z miejscem. Jest to plaża piaszczysta, woda jest krystalicznie czysta, a widoki piękne. Bardzo polecam ten hotel.

Hotel zlokalizowany na wzgórzu co jest zarówno plusem i minusem. Na plus zdecydowanie widoki czy z restauracji czy z basenu. Minusem jest niestety dość strome podejście do obiektu. Jeśli chodzi o pokoje to codziennie są one sprzątane i wymieniane są ręczniki. Osoby pracujące w hotelu zawsze bardzo miłe, uśmiechnięte i gotowe do pomocy. Jeśli chodzi o jedzienie tutaj jestem niestety bardzo zawiedziona. Śniadania codziennie te same. Obiady i kolacje dość powtarzalne i niestety wszystko smakowało dość podobnie. Nie do końca też estetyczne. Dla kogoś kto lubi dobrze zjeść, raczej nie poleciła bym tego miejsca. Natomiast jeśli chodzi o obsługę restauracji to jestem mile zaskoczona. Sprawnie, miło - Panie szybko zabierały brudne naczynia. Jeśli chodzi o basen to czysty, aczkolwiek mało leżaków. Przesympatyczna Pani w barze przy basenie. I Pani Hera, która mówi po Polsku. Niestety do plaży jest dość daleko a bus hotelowy jeździ w godzinach które absolutnie nie współgrają z godzinami posiłków (aby z plaży wrócić na obiad, albo jechać po śniadaniu)

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
