Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty, zadbany. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i kontaktowa oraz chętna do pomocy. Plaża przy samym hotelu, przepiękna czysta z łagodnym zejściem, piaszczysta. Bezpłatne parasole i leżaki. Otoczenie hotelu także zadbane i zielone. Restauracja spora, miejsca także na tarasie. Jedzenie w porządku, jak to w hotelach po pewnym czasie dość monotonne. Basen duży, czysty i zadbany. Niewielka ilość animacji co dla mnie osobiście jest ogromnym plusem, bo zwyczajnie nie jest to ulubiony punkt urlopowych wyjazdów ;) Hotel zdecydowanie nastawiony na Niemców, których był chyba cały hotel poza kilkoma wyjątkami ;) Hotel idealny do odpoczynku, nie ma atrakcji dla dzieci, których swoją drogą była dosłownie garstka w czasie mojego pobytu.

Hotel o wyjątkowych walorach położenia, typu plaży, zagospodarowaniu (liczne palmy pośród pawilonów), duży i czysty basen. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane z wymianą ręczników. Bar sprawnie działający różnorodne napoje i serwowane dania. Obsługa w barze i restauracji miła i chętna do pomocy. Hotel ma źle zorganizowaną obsługę hotelową, powodującą pewne utrudnienia dla klientów. W hotelu podano informacje, że woda w kranie nie nadaje się do picia, a oferowana woda do mycia zębów lub pitna jest ukryta w lodówce (bezpłatna) , ale za każdym razem gdy się skończy trzeba informować tylko recepcję. Panie pokojowe odmawiały pomocy w tym zakresie. Informacje o animacjach w hotelu umieszczone niemal w "ukryciu" i odkryte przez nas w przedostatnim dniu pobytu.

Bardzo fajny hotel, wart swojej ceny. My mieszkaliśmy w bungalowie, blisko plaży i budynku restauracji. W zasadzie to cały hotel, to bungalowy rozmieszczone w ogrodzie, ładnie utrzymanym. Były też dwa nieduże piętrowe budynki z pokojami, położone bliżej ruchliwej ulicy. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki, w tym również plażowe, które były w pokojach. Obsługa hotelu przemiła i pomocna. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dwa bary, jeden przy plaży z napojami i przekąskami, drugi w budynku restauracji. Napoje typowe dla all inclusive. Plaża bardzo ładna, długa, piaszczysta, przy wejściu do wody żwirek. Nie było żadnego problemu z leżakami na plaży ani przy basenie. Większość gości to Niemcy i Czesi (przynajmniej podczas naszego pobytu). Animacje w hotelu bardzo słabe. Pani prowadząca aerobik przy basenie oraz wieczorne słabiutkie występy grupy tanecznej ewentualnie wokalnej. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bowiem w okolicach hotelu jest dużo sklepików, jest blisko do Heraklionu, autobusem ok. 20 min, przystanek przy hotelu. Moim zdaniem bardzo wygodny hotel, wart polecenia.

Zaznaczam, że moja ocena dotyczy pokoju w budynku, a nie bungalowu. Hotel i personel nastawiony na starszych Niemców i Austriaków (ok 3/4 gości), toteż można się łatwo dogadać po niemiecku. Ładny pokój z widokiem na morze, ale łazienka mała -wymagająca remontu. Może ona spełniać standardy najwyżej dwugwiazdkowego hotelu. Niestety w pokoju były karaluchy, co przekreśla dobrą ocenę za zakwaterowanie. Mam na ten temat dokumentację fotograficzną. Jak to na północnej Krecie - spore fale na plaży. Plaża bardzo ładna, spory świetny basen. Jedzenie smaczne. Jeden bar do godz.18 przy basenie oraz od 18 w budynku - nocny bar (duża część drinków płatnych). Hotel przeznaczony raczej dla ludzi szukających ciszy i spokoju. Animacje wieczorne smętne i dla mnie, przy ich powtarzalności - nudne. Osoby chcące potańczyć lub szukające dyskoteki raczej niech tam nie jadą. Personel żeński bardzo życzliwy, natomiast część męskiego bardzo powściągliwa, nie chcąc napisać niemiła. Okolica piękna, blisko Heraklionu (prawie przedmieścia). Podsumowując, w mojej ocenie ilość gwiazdek jest zawyżona, a cena za wysoka jak na warunki tam panujące. Jeżdżę z Itaką już od paru lat po Grecji i ten hotel oceniam najniżej.

Obszerny teren, wysadzany palmami, czyste, klimatyzowane bungalowy, dobra kuchnia, urocza lokalna restauracja na terenie. Doskonałe miejsce na leniwy tydzień dla pary.

W łazience wanna zamiast prysznica .Taras dość duży,stolik,dwa krzesła,suszarka.Teren ośrodka zadbany.Plaża czysta,zawsze dostępne bezpłatne leżaki.Kuchnia mało urozmaicona ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Obsługa hotelu miła,komunikacja w języku niemieckim i angielskim.W recepcji trafiliśmy pewnego dnia na przemiłego greka,który znał trochę język polski. W hotelu większość turystów z Niemiec.Codziennie wieczorem można było posłuchać muzyki na tarasie kawiarni.Miejscowość spokojna,w pobliżu sklepiki,tawerny.Polecam hotel,blisko Heraklionu,chociaż my korzystaliśmy z wycieczek z Itaki.Transport dobrze zorganizowany.

Mala łazienka z wanną - środki czystości serwowane w małych ilościach . Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Jedzenie bardzo dobre - smaczne urozmaicone. W czasie pobytu były upały ponad 37 stopni C. Gorąc łagodził wiatr od morza Bardzo atrakcyjny ogród z licznymi palmami.

Dużo przemyślanych udogodnień dla dorosłych i dzieci. Jedzenie przepyszne i urozmaicone, potrawy rzadko się powtarzały. Obsługa profesjonalna i sympatyczna. Duży basen , dostępne leżaki zarówno przy basenie jak i na przyległej piaszczystej plaży. Wszędzie czysto i miło. Przyjazna, pomocna obsługa. Blisko do sklepików. Bardzo udane wakacje.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Miła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie. Posiłki w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem potraw. Kolacja to praktycznie drugi obiad. Kolacja a la carte - fajna sprawa, ciekawe, smaczne i wykwintne dania. Mimo, że jedna w trakcie pobytu jest bezpłatna, to za napoje trzeba zapłacić. Np buteleczka 200 ml wody gazowanej = 3 Euro (!?). Hotel posiada prywatną plażę z bezpłatnymi leżakami i parasolami. Nie ma problemu z dostępem do leżaków. Na plaży znajduje się również plenerowa siłownia i boisko do siatkówki plażowej. Obok plaży duży basen plus brodzik. Obok brodzika stół do ping-ponga. Wokół basenu dużo leżaków i parasoli. Przy basenie bar czynny do 18-tej i toalety. Przy plaży i basenie natryski. WiFi działa na terenie całego obiektu. Klimatyzacja w pokojach bez dodatkowej opłaty. Jest spokojnie, większość gości to Niemcy. Jest animatorka, która zajmie się dziećmi. W barze głównym oprócz serwowanych napojów w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu serwowana też była muzyka na żywo (nie tylko Zorba). Można potańczyć, posłuchać. Minusem są małe prysznice w pokojach z zasłonką z ceratki, która bardzo lgnie do ciała. Jeden z budynków hotelowych jest usytuowany blisko ruchliwej i hałaśliwej ulicy. Hałas maleje dopiero około 2-giej w nocy, na krótko. Co prawda wszystkie okna są od strony ogrodu, więc ten hałas nie jest raczej uciążliwy, ale my mieszkaliśmy w ostatnim skrajnym pokoju, w którym było jednak głośno. Ale w nocy można zamknąć okna, włączyć klimatyzację na minimalnym nadmuchu i ruchu ulicznego już nie słychać. Oprócz pokojów usytuowanych w budynkach niedaleko ulicy i przy plaży, hotel posiada bungalowy (bodajże w liczbie 50), za które trzeba chyba zapłacić więcej. Całość rozmieszczona jest w uroczym palmowym ogrodzie, z kwitnącą roślinnością. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
