Hotel bardzo ładny. Lobby, restauracja, basen urządzone ze smakiem i dobrym gustem. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Posiłki bardzo bogate i różnorodne, duży wybór dań. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedynie wczesne śniadania mogły by być nieco bogatsze, ale najeść się dało Pokój ma wszystko co powinien posiadać, bardzo ładny balkon i wygodne łóżko. Co do pokoju nasze zastrzeżenie budził jedynie prysznic który był zdecydowanie za mały i posiadał zasłonkę co utrudniało troszkę kąpiel i sprawiało ze łazienka była w połowie mokra ale najprawdopodniej my trafiliśmy pokój który nie posiadał w pełni wyremontowanej łazienki. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany a wiec czystość i w pokoju i w hotelu można określić na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wspaniałą sprawą jest lokalizacja hotelu. Bliskość do plaży i tawern zadowoliła nas najbardziej. Rewelacyjne miejsce wypadowe i do zwiedzania, i wypoczynku. Serdecznie polecam ten hotel.

Hotel bardzo ładny, odnowiony, a przede wszystkim czysty, do tego basen faktycznie robi wrażenie. Jedynym minusem jest pokój (przynajmniej jeśli chodzi o pokój "standard"), a przede wszystkim łazienka. O ile do czystości nie można się doczepić, to prysznic jest maleńki i bardzo "niewygodny". Dodatkowo w pokojach od strony ulicy (a właściwie wydaje mi się, że w większości) jest dość głośno, szczególnie w nocy, dlatego warto zabrać ze sobą korki do uszu :) Balkon spory, ze stolikiem i krzesłami, ale widok na inny hotel nie zachęca do spędzania na nim czasu. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, część potraw się powtarzała (jak to w hotelach), ale sporo było też takich, które zmieniały się codziennie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (również jeśli ktoś nie je mięsa, szczególnie jeśli je ryby). Obsługa bardzo miła, z nastawieniem - cytuję - "we see problem, we fix it". Hotel znajduje się blisko bardzo długiej, piaszczystej plaży, która w niektórych miejscach jest węższa, w niektórych za to baardzo szeroka. Jest duży wybór parasoli (ceny 6-9 EUR/zestaw). Warto wspomnieć, że większość Greków zarówno w hotelu jak i w restauracjach/sklepach w okolicy mówi i po angielsku i po niemiecku. Okolica hotelu może nie zachwyca, ale rekompensują to piękne stare miasto (w odległości spacerku) oraz mnogość restauracji, sklepów, barów, straganów. Generalnie hotel do polecenia!

Czystość w hotelu była na wysokim poziomie, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, aczkolwiek zdarzały się dni w których Pani sprzątająca nie zawsze wymieniała wszystkie ręczniki, np.dwa z czterech a dwa pozostałe zabierała, ale nie było to dużym problemem. Jedynie basen i przestrzeń wokół mogłaby być dokładniej sprzątania że spadających liści, mrówek i odchodów ptaków i kotów. Przy basenie,na leżakach codziennie były dwa koty, które w trakcie posiłku na tarasie przychodziły do ludzi i myślę że jeśli ktoś ma alergie albo po prostu nie lubi zwierząt i takiego zachowania to mógł to być minus, mnie osobiście nie przeszkadzało, jednak czasem sierść można było znaleźć na leżaku a raz nawet kocie odchody które przez cały dzień nie zostały posprzątane. Jedzenie było dobre (zwłaszcza śniadania) i zazwyczaj dość różnorodne, aby każdy wybrał coś dla siebie. Plusem były potrawy, dodatki i przyprawy typowo greckie. To co na lekki minus, to czasami było odczucie, że wypadało zamówić dodatkowo płatne napoje. W dodatku miało się wrażenie, że jest się obserwowanym przez jednego z pracowników (chyba szef /koordynator kelnerek/manager?) który przy każdym posiłku stał i obserwował ludzi bardzo intensywnie, a jak raz nie zamówiliśmy czegoś do picia to kazał kelnerce zapytać nas o nr pokoju, co było dla nas trochę dziwne. Minusem było też to że dostaliśmy pokój na samym dole poniżej parteru, aczkolwiek były ładne i wyremontowane. Hotel ogólnie bardzo elegancki, obsługa bardzo miła, serdeczna i uśmiechnięta.

Wspaniały hotel, czysty i elegancki. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja (blisko do plazy, do centrum miasta spacerkiem 15 minut). Bardzo różnorodne i bogate posiłki, było w czym wybierać, codziennie opcja była jakaś pyszna ryba i regionalne specjały. Świetna opcją jest brak dzieci w hotelu, dzięki czemu przy basenie i podczas posiłków panowała odpowiednia cisza.:) dobrze wyposażony pokój, lodówka i klimatyzator to podstawa. Jedyny minus, podczas tygodniowego pobytu ani razu nie zmieniono nam ręczników, mimo codziennego w nim sprzątania pokoju

Bardzo ładny hotel położony ok. 2 km od starego miasta w Retymno (bardzo przyjemny spacer wzdłuż morza). Super miła i pomocna obsługa, zarówno na recepcji, jak i w barach i restauracji. Hotel niedawno wyremontowany, bardzo dobrze utrzymany basen, zawsze dużo wolnych leżaków nad basenem. Hotel tylko dla osób dorosłych, więc nad basenem w ciągu dnia panuje przyjemna cisza i spokój. Pokoje przestronne, codziennie sprzątane, duże balkony wyposażone w stół i krzesła. W łazienkach kabiny prysznicowe z zasłonką (mało komfortowe), być może w nowowyremontowanych pokojach wygląda to lepiej. Sejf dodatkowo płatny 2.5 eur za dobę. Wyżywienie HB sprzyja zwiedzaniu. Jedzenie w restauracji smaczne i bardzo zróżnicowane: lody, owoce, desery, zimne przekąski, dania regionalne, kilka dań gorących mięsnych i bezmięsnych. Codziennie inne menu. Przy bardzo wczesnym porannym wyjeździe można zamówić śniadanie (zimna płyta, pieczywo, kawa). Napoje do kolacji dodatkowo płatne (butelka wina ok. 20 eur, przy czym można ją pić przez kilka dni, woda - 3 eur). W ciągu dnia w hotelu pracuje bar sałatkowy, gdzie za opłatą można zjeść lekki lunch. W hotelu kilka razy w tygodniu od 21 do 23 organizowane są wieczory tematyczne: dyskoteka z dj, pokaz tańców regionalnych, pokaz tańca brzucha, wieczór z saksofonem. Jeśli kogoś to nie interesuje, tak jak nas, to nie jest to w ogóle uciążliwe, można posłuchać muzyki z balkonu. Na koniec pobytu dopłaciliśmy 130 eur (opłata klimatyczna, sejf, zwykle woda do kolacji, butelka wina, kilka razy świeży sok).

Polecam osobom wymagającym hotel Atrium.Pokoj sprzątany codziennie z wielką starannością.Obsługa bardzo miła,sympatyczna,pomocna,witająca każdego uśmiechem.Wyżywienie urozmaicone,smaczne estetycznie podane.Nigdy niczego nie brakowało.Pokój trafiliśmy dokładnie taki,jaki był w opisie oferty - czysty po remoncie.W pokoju lodówka,klimatyzacja działająca bez zastrzeżeń,łazienka również po remoncie.Plaż bardzo blisko ok.2 minut z hotelu,szeroka piaszczysta,serwis plażowy.Hotel dla osób dorosłych(nie ma dzieci),spokój,porządek.Nie było żadnych problemów podczas pobytu.

Bardzo dobry hotel, pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Nie ma opcji All ale opcja HB w zupełności wystarcza, jeżeli ktoś nie przebywa cały dzień w hotelu przy basenie. A dla tych co preferują taką formę wypoczynku to zawsze jest bar, gdzie za dodatkową opłatą można sobie zakupić przekąski i oczywiście różnego rodzaju napoje. A wieczorami przy tym barze są organizowane różnego rodzaju wieczorki tematyczne. Z hotelu na plażę jest bardzo blisko, spacerkiem 2-3 min. Plaża wyróżniona błękitną flagą, więc jest bardzo czysta i bardzo dobrze zagospodarowana (przebieralnie, leżaki, itp.).

Jedyny minus to pokoje. Hotel został wyremontowany, lecz pokoje w jednym ze skrzydeł hotelu nadal maja gorszy standard. Brak wentylacji w łazience.

Hotel ładny, pokój w porządku, łazienki małe, trochę niedomyte, lekki zapach kanalizacji, który sami zwalczaliśmy. Jedzenie super, ale obiady trzeba było jeść "na sucho", za butelkę wody płaciliśmy 6 euro i trochę wymuszano na nas kupno wina. Do śniadania była tylko kawa.

Na nas hotel zrobił ogromne wrażenie, położony w bliskiej odległości od plaży i promanady z restauracjami i sklepikami, piękny, czysty, urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu. Plaża czysta, piaszczysta, wyposażona w parawany do przebierania, prysznice z czystą wodą, parasole i leżaki w zestawie płatne 9 euro na dzień. Obsługa hotelu pracująca na najwyższym poziomie. Jedzenie, bardzo urozmaicone, przepyszne, wspaniałe, cudowne, po prostu delisious i to trochę zrekompensowało wpadkę ze standardem pokoju. Panie kelnerki zawsze uśmiechnięte i służące pomocą, do śniadania kawa, herbata, soki bezpłatne, jeśli chodzi o kolację, woda wino, piwo dodatkowo płatne, ale można zamówić butelkę wina z numerem pokoju na kilka kolacji do przodu. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. My dostaliśmy pokój który odpowiada standardom 2,5*-3* i na pewno nie na więcej, choć na infolini zapewniano nas że jeśli na stronie są pokoje w standardzie 4,5 * to na pewno taki otrzymamy, liczyliśmy na to gdyż to głównie był nasz argument przy wyborze hotelu, stało się inaczej i mimo interwencji u rezydenta, który był wręcz oburzony zwróceniem uwagi nie udało sie z tym nic zrobic a dodam, że nie tylko my mieliśmy taki problem. Gdyby nie ten mały mankament dałabym 100 % satysfakcji z pobytu w tym hotelu. Zapłacilismy za 4,5 * a dostaliśmy 3*!!!

Rewekacyjne położenie hotelu. Blisko plaży- z górki 150 kroków:-) do tętniącego życiem centrum 10 minut spacerkiem. Stare miasto w klimacie weneckim. Wąskie uliczki z niezliczoną ilością restauracji, sklepów. Świetne kluby nocne grające do wschodu słońca.Wracając do standardu hotelu. Jako jeden z niewielu w swojej galerii pokazuje łazienki a u Greków to słaby punkt. Atrium ma czym się pochwalić. Nowoczesne, czyściutkie, pachnąca pościel, klimatyzacja. Restauracja z rewelacyjną obsługą. Napoje do kolacji odpłatne, można alkohole zostawić w depozycie na kolejną kolację :-) warto dodać, że dodatkowo płatne jest klimatyczne 3€ za dzień, płatne a koniec pobytu. To nasze drugie wakacje na Krecie. Pobyt w tym hotelu jest wart swojej ceny :-)

Hotel bardzo ładny i nowoczesny, robi wrażenie. Położony blisko plaży, ale z dala od gwaru turystów. Plaża czysta, piaszczysta, dwa leżaki z parasolem w cenie 9 euro. Basen nieduży, posiada jacuzzi a wieczorem bardzo ładnie się prezentuje. Jedzenie w hotelu bardzo dobre, jest dostępna grecka kuchnia a oprócz tego często jakieś spaghetti. Codziennie była podawana ryba, jakieś mięso w postaci pieczeni, dużo warzyw i owoców, pieczywo, makaronowe sałatki i sporo rodzajów serów. Śniadanie było również w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem. Minusem jest brak napoju do obiadokolacji. Jest możliwość zakupienia butelki wina za około 16 euro co starcza na 3 dni dla dwóch osób. Najbardziej zawiódł nas pokój hotelowy. Nie był tak odnowiony jak reszta hotelu. Widać częściową renowację, ale łazienka została nieodnowiona. Najbardziej irytująca w łazience była zasłonka prysznicowa, która bardzo kleiła się do ciała. Ręczniki wymieniane co dwa dni, pokój raczej czysty. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma i zawsze chętna do pomocy.

Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Time for swimming and lunch, which is prepared by the crew of the ship: grilled meat and Greek Salad. After returning to land, a walk through the charming and romantic Agios Nikolaos. Cretan evening — an amazing encounter with the island's folklore in a tavern in the scenic mountain village of Kato Karouzano. Golden beaches and lagoons of Crete — Gramvousa and Balos: the route of the expedition runs along the northern coast, to the port of Kissamos, where the cruise begins around a gorgeous bay. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
