Hotel bardzo przyjemny z 3 basenami na zewnątrz, mini brodzikiem w Klubie dla dzieci oraz basenem wewnętrznym. Codzienne atrakcje dla najmłodszych sprawiają, że jest to idealne miejsce dla rodziny z dziećmi. Pokój otrzymaliśmy z widokiem na morze (bez dopłaty), niestety łazienka sprawiała wrażenie, że powinna być niebawem wyremontowana. Jedzenie smaczne, w głównej restauracji powtarzające się menu, ale z możliwością skorzystania z innych 3 tawern na terenie obiektu. Plaża kamienisto-piaszczysta. Niespecjalnie ładna, ale z parasolami i leżakami bezpełatnie dla gości hotelowych. Wydzelona strefa leżaków dla rodzin oraz dla osób bez dzieci.

Hotel z bogatą infrastrukturą, szeroką plażą przy której nie ma najmniejszego problemu z leżakami. Świetny duży basen przy którym obsługa hotelowa uwija się w pocie czoła żeby zadbać o wypoczywających. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Bogata roślinność na terenie hotelu. Jedyny minus to pokoje w głównym budynku które są oczywiście zadbane jednak widać że wystrój jest dość stary.

W pokoju wszystkie udogodnienia m.in. sejf, lodówka z minibarkiem uzupełnianym codziennie, czajnik, kawa, herbata itp., Na powitanie wino i paczuszki rodzynek. Klimatyzacja rewelacyjna, można było nawet utrzymać 16 st.C. Wyżywienie bardzo smaczne, zróżnicowane, co tylko można sobie zamarzyć. Może zaspokoić nawet największe marudy. Restauracji dużo i różnorodne. Plaża ładna, piaszczysta, trochę grubszego żwirku przy samym morzu, podzielona na strefy dla rodzin, dorosłych, dużo leżaków, super barek plażowy. Obsługa w każdej części przemiła, pomocna, w pełni profesjonalna.

Szczera i obiektywna ocena hotelu po tygodniowym pobycie z 8-letnią córką. Hotel rzeczywiście nie jest nowy, ale w ogóle się tego nie odczuwa. Oczywiście uważny gość zauważy nadgryzienie zębem czasu, jednak dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu. Obsługa niezwykle miła i uczynna, pomocna na każdym kroku. Super kelnerzy w barze na plaży i w restauracji głównej. Jak już kogoś zapamiętali, to traktowali z najwyższym priorytetem . I to wcale nie dzięki napiwkom, bo takich nie dawałam :) Nie korzystałyśmy z oferty restauracji a la carte więc tutaj się nie wypowiem. Jedzenie smaczne i zawsze każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Najlepsze były śniadania. Napoje w opcji all inclusive premium na najwyższym poziomie. Super robione drinki, a wybór ogromny. Animacje. A najwyższym poziomie - zespół Animatorów międzynarodowy. Niestety bez Polaków, ale dla nas to nie był problem. Wieczorne show - po prostu świetne! Widać było ogrom pracy włożonej w przygotowanie widowisk. Plaża duża, piaszczysta, ale dość duże fale więc nie bardzo było jak popływać w morzu. Natomiast baseny extra! Szczególnie ten największy. Nie było dużego problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków, nawet w okolicach godziny 10. Minusem dla gości z małymi dziećmi może być to, że przy części z brodzikiem nie było baru i naprawdę daleko trzeba było iść po napoje. Hotel blisko sklepów i restauracji. Warto wybrać się autobusem do Rethymno - prawdziwie greckie uliczki, sklepiki, puby. Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia. I choć należę do osób, które nie wracają dwa razy w to samo miejsce, do tego hotelu chętnie kiedy wrócę. Dodatkowo była to kolejna wycieczka z Itaka i kolejna zakończona pełnym zadowoleniem :)

Hotel przede wszystkim ma 50 lat, widać to w infrastrukturze. Podróżowaliśmy z 3 letnim dzieckiem, do windy trzeba wyjść po schodach. Styl hotelu też jest mocno retro. Obsługa jest perfekcyjna. Wyżywienie l, restauracje tematyczne, wieczorne atrakcje, animacje dla dzieci są świetne. W bliskiej odległości są sklepy, apteka i lekarz. Polecam z dzieckiem jeśli ktoś nie używa już wózka. Kompleks jest bardzo duży i brakuje większej ilości barów, trzeba na prawdę daleko chodzić po napoje jak mamy złe miejsce na plaży lub nad basenem. Ogólnie polecam, ale trzeba się nastawić na pewne niedogodności związane z infrastrukturą hotelu.

Po przyjeździe i zameldowaniu się w hotelu okazało się, że pokój który nam przydzielono jest nie zgodny z opisem biura ITAKA. Pokój zamiast deklarowanych około 25 m2 miał około 15 m2. Nie zgodziliśmy się na zakwaterownie w tym pokoju i w zamian zaoferowano nam pokój który był już dla nas satysfakcjonujący. Problem jest chyba jednak ciut większy gdyż następnego dnia spotkaliśmy Polską parę która miał ten sam problem. Wygląda na to, że biuro ITAKA sprzedaje pokoje PROMO opisując te pokoje jako komfortow o powierzchni około 25 m2 a w rzeczywistości są to dużo mniejsze pokoje które powinny być oferowane jako pokoje ekonomiczne. Ogólnie widać już, że hotel był budowany w latach 70-tych i standard pokoji pokrywa się ze standardem z tamtego okresu i na pewno nie są to pokoje o standardzie 5 gwiazdek. No ale dosyć marudzenia gdyż poza niezbyt komfortowymi pokojami to sam hotel jest bardzo przyjmny z bardzo miłą obsługą. Plaża hotelowa ma 500 metrów linii brzegowej z mnóstwem lerzaków i parasoli. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, skorzystaliśmy z wieczorów tematycznych: kuchnia włoska, BBQ, wieczór grecki i na koniec wzieliśmy wieczór kreteński. Całkiem dobre lokalne wino serwowane do posiłków. Małym minusem był główny bar (jedyny otwarty wieczorem) i z tego co widziałem to czterech barmanów próbowało sprostać zamówieniom dużej ilości gości i trochę to słabo wychodziło. Ogólnie wrócilliśmy z urlopu zadowoleni i jesteśmy pod wrażeniem poziomu obsługi hotelowej - czuliśmy się naprawdę goszczeni w tym hotelu.

Prosty i przejrzysty sposób zameldowania się. Następnie zostaliśmy przewiezieni pod nasz pokój który znajdował się przy basenie nieco oddalonego od głównego obiektu co dało nam duży komfort i ciszę. W pokoju na powitanie list z życzeniami oraz butelka schłodzonego szampana z racji iż była to nasza podróż poślubna. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone niezależnie od tego czy to śniadanie, obiad czy kolacja. Bardzo smaczne, zawsze w strefie bufetu panowała czystość i nie brakowało niczego. Bardzo słodkie desery które na pewno były przygotowane "na świeżo". Przed wejściem do restauracji witali nas pracownicy którzy odprowadzali nas do stolika, zawsze pytając czy chcemy zjeść wewnątrz czy na zewnętrznym tarasie. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta miła mówiąca biegle na pewno po angielsku i niemiecku. Plaża czysta, 70% piasku 20% małych kamieni, 10% drobnych kamyczków. Basen, czysty codziennie rano sprzątany z resztą jak cały obiekt utrzymany w absolutnej czystości. Pokój w formie małego apartamentu, z wygodnym wielkim łóżkiem, lodówka z wodą, coca cola, Sprite i lokalnym piwem regularnie uzupełniane. Toaleta niestety z wanną i materiałowym parawanem który niestety nie był na tyle szczelny by zapewnić czystość toalety, po każdym prysznicu niestety było sporo wody na płytkach. I niestety jakość wody, choć o to nie chce się czepiać bo czysta woda zdatna do picia to niestety coraz większy problem w obecnych czasach. Reasumując jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
