Hotel jak najbardziej zgodny z oferta wydawał się zadbany, jednak na przyszłość uważam, że wszyscy wyjeżdżający z Państwa biura powinni zostać zakwaterowani w pokojach o takich samych standardach, dokładnie chodzi o mi o łazienkę, gdyż niektórzy z nas mieli łazienki nowiutkie wyremontowane i bardzo czyste, a niektórzy stare i nie do końca zadbane.

Przybyliśmy do hotelu po godz 22 i nie dostaliśmy żadnego wyżywienia ani napojów pomimo wcześniejszych zapewnień, że na miejscu będzie dla nas kolacja. Ostatniego dnia musieliśmy dopłacić za pokój, żeby przez 14 godzin nie siedzieć na walizkach (od 12 do 2 w nocy). Powrót w nocy sprawił, że wróciliśmy dosyć umęczeni podróżą.

Hotel ogólnie w porządku. Alkohole lokalne w opcji all inclusive słabe, także na 'drinkowanie' za darmo lepiej się nie nastawiać. Jedzenie raz lepsze raz gorsze - ogólnie ok, ale można się przyczepić do małej różnorodności (królowały niestety frytki). Napoje i 'soki' strasznie przesłodzone i zaliczyłbym je do kategorii B, np. zamiast coca-coli kola, a zamiast soków przesłodzone nektary. Pokój był OK, przestronny, z balkonem i klimatyzacją - ale chyba tylko dlatego że mieliśmy opcję HONEYMOON - jak to bywa na zdjęciach w katalogu pokoje wyglądają dużo ładniej. Na terenie hotelu było darmowe WiFi więc to spory plus. Uważam, że 'dzięki' pani (Natalii) z ITAKI (biuro w Bonarce) za wycieczkę przepłaciliśmy - stąd niska ocena 'stosunek jakości do ceny'.

Położony jest daleko od plaży morskiej,położonej dużo niżej i dla osób starszych korzystanie z plaży jest w zasadzie niemożliwe.Przy basenach mało leżaków oraz bardzo mało miejsca do leżakowania, zwłaszcza dla tych, co nie chcą się smażyć przez cały czas w słońcu.Napoje alkoholowe w opcjii all inclisive, to po prostu pomyłka. Lurowate piwo, miejscowa brandy i ouzo. Nawet czystej wódki do drinków nie było w opcji. W hotelu, jak w grobowcu. Żadnej rozrywki,nawet muzki z płyt nie włączano.

Dobra lokalizacja do plażowanie (Balos,Samaria wypady obowiązkowy), najlepiej jest się zaopatrzyć w samochód, autobusem też można. A że jakieś opaski na rękę i barmani marudni bo kryzys, bo ouzo komuś nie smakuje :) Generalnie, wyśmienicie.

Ogólnie hotel oceniam DOBRZE (na czwórkę), ale całkowity brak animacji, wieczorów tematycznych, czy występów regionalnych zespołów (może regionalnych tańców) wpływa na tylko taką ocenę. Ponadto opcja All inclusive w tym obiekcie 'nie rzuciła mnie na kolana'...ale rozumiem, trzy gwiazdki, plus kryzys, mogą dawać taki efekt. Nikt oczywiście nie chodził głodny, dla każdego coś dobrego się znalazło, lecz nie da się porównać tego obiektu z taką samą opcją w trzygwiazdkowym hotelu Barcelo Varadero na Teneryfie, gdzie odpoczywałem (z biurem Itaka) w ubiegłym roku.

Conquering Ksiloskala - the stone steps carved into a hillside overgrown with cypress trees. Walk through the gorge, on the way the first of several churches - Agios Nikolaos. After exiting the gorge the route leads through an abandoned, old village of Agia Roumeli to the new Agia Roumeli. Boat cruise to Chora Sfakion, transfer to the hotels by coach. Day trip. This is a very fertile valley located in the middle of the Dikte massif, sheltered from the wind on all sides by mountains. It is said that here, in one of the caves - Psychro - the "father of gods and people" Zeus was born. Except for the typical tourist towns on the coast, in the depths of the mountainous land the life has stopped. An additional attraction will be a visit to Eco Park, where you will have time for a traditional Greek dinner and learning the Cretan folklore. Samaria Gorge — an expedition through the longest gorge in Europe - approx. 18 km, in the White Mountains National Park (Lefka Ori). Departure early in the morning towards the plateau of Omfalos at an altitude of approx. 1100 meters. Descent into the gorge. Conquering Ksiloskala - the stone steps carved into a hillside overgrown with cypress trees. Walk through the gorge, on the way the first of several churches - Agios Nikolaos. The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
