Hotel sam w sobie nie był zły natomiast, pokój mocno średni nie czułam się jakbym była w 5-cio gwiazdkowym hotelu, jedzenie monotonne nie zawsze potrafiłam znaleźć coś dla siebie. Jak na tak duży hotel uważam że za mało toalet przy basenach. Długie wyczekiwanie na napoje przy posiłkach, można było zjeść cały posiłek i dalej czekaliśmy na picie. Drugi raz bym się już raczej nie wybrała do tego hotelu.

Hotel czysty, zadbany, teren widać, że pielęgnowany. Minusem była łazienka w pokoju, z której wydobywał się olbrzymi smród kanalizacji. Po wziętym prysznicu było w niej gorąco ale ze względu na odór nie było możliwości otwarcia drzwi i wywietrzenia bo smród roznosił się na cały pokój. Kolejnym minusem plaża a w zasadzie morze. Woda do kolan, w głębszych miejscach rafa koralowa gdzie nie można było pływać bo większość czasu czerwona flaga mimo, że na plaży obok w tym samym czasie wywieszona była żółta. Reszta ok. Jedzenie różnorodne, pyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Hotel jak najbardziej zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek, duże przestronne i dobrze wyposażone pokoje , sprzątane codziennie przez miłą obsługę wraz z dostawą świeżej wody. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne jedzenie, na terenie hotelu duża dostępność snack barów i drink barów , bardzo bogaty program animacyjny. Na uznanie zasługuje plaża gdzie bez problemu można wejść z niej bezpośrednio do morza co w Egipcie nie jest takie oczywiste ze względu na rafę , tutaj jest na tyle komfortowo, że podczas przypływu można spokojnie korzystać z morza bez konieczności spaceru pomostem. Sam pomost na rafę dosyć długi jednak na jego końcu jest zapewniona słodka woda do opłukania się oraz woda pitna. Przy rafie , pod wodą gratka dla fanów nurkowania w postaci zatopionego statku. Pomimo dużej ilości turystów, duża dostępność leżaków basenowych i plażowych. Teren samego hotelu to piękny ogród z basenami. Lokalizacja pod względem widokowym też jest ogromnym plusem , z jednej strony widok na wyspę Tiran , z drugiej góry Synaj. Na terenie hotelu mieści aleja sklepowa, z cenami podobnymi a nawet lepszymi niż te przed hotelem. Wieczorami bogaty program rozrywkowy, cały czas coś się dzieje - muzyka na żywo, dyskoteki , imprezy w basenie, pokazy taneczne i cała masa innych atrakcji. Nie jest to mój pierwszy pobyt w hotelach grupy Jaz i napewno nie ostatni, bardzo polecam.

Głównym minusem są animacje i animatorzy. Niestety nie było zaplanowanych aktywności oraz atrakcji, które były w planach na dany dzień. Po prośbach o zorganizowanie aktywności animatorzy odmawiali.

Obiekt zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Z doświadczenia wiem, że w czterogwiazdkowych hotelach w Grecji i Hiszpanii jedzenie, pokoje i obsługa są na znacznie wyższym poziomie. - Pokoje nie były remontowane od około 10-15 lat. - Sprzątanie to bardziej parodia niż rzeczywista usługa. Po zameldowaniu znaleźliśmy pod łóżkiem metki bagażowe z datą listopada 2023 roku! Jeśli zostawisz napiwek — posprzątają coś pobieżnie, jeśli nie — nawet nie udają, że sprzątali. - Teren hotelu jest zadbany, z dużą ilością zieleni. - Plaża jest czysta, ale bardziej nadaje się do opalania niż pływania. Odpowiednia głębokość (przynajmniej po szyję) zaczyna się dopiero 500 metrów od brzegu; bliżej jest woda po kolana. Jedynie co, to można było snurkować z molo przy hotelowej plaży.

Zalety: hotel bardzo duży, czysty, zadbane ogrody, baseny i plaża. Animacje i program rozrywek - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Urozmaicone i smaczne wyżywienie, duża ilość barów, dobre drinki. Osobna restauracja dla dorosłych i rodzin z dziećmi - świetny pomysł ze względu na ciszę i spokój od często wrzeszczących, czy płaczących dzieci. Wady: w barach przy plaży trzeba najpierw znaleźć wolny stolik i czekać aż podejdzie kelner i przyjmie zamówienie, przez co czas oczekiwania na posiłek się wydłuża. Krócej było iść do restauracji głównej i tam zjeść, niż w barze plażowym. Ogólnie polecam ten hotel.

Sea Scope (boat with glass side walls) — 1-hour cruise by boat with a deck that is partly immersed under water and admiring the most beautiful coral reefs of the Red Sea without going into the water. Price - approx. 50 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 28 USD.
Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Take comfortable sports shoes and warm clothes with you. Price - approx. 42 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 27 USD.
Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel.
