Na plaży dużo leżaków i parawanów. Fantastyczna i pomocna obsługa. Kelnerzy uprzejmi i pracowici. Chętnie przynoszą napoje, są uśmiechnięci i bardzo mili. Restauracja serwuje dania dla każdego, grillowane mięsa i ryby, dietetyczne również. Bardzo duży wybór na każdym posiłku. Bar w lobby serwuje super drinki, także spoza karty, wystarczy poprosić kelnera. Snack bar przy basenie ma przekąski typu pizza, hot dog, hamburger, frytki, sałatki. Serwują również napoje oraz drinki. Są też lody. Basen podgrzewany (luty), drugi nie, brodzik dla dzieci też podgrzewany. Dużo leżaków przy basenie, a jak brakowało to miły pan z obsługi przynosił :) Polecam hotel dla wszystkich szukających ciszy i spokoju, jest to hotel raczej na uboczu - dla mnie na plus.

Czasami zapominali dostarczyć nam wody butelkowanej czy papieru toaletowego. Plaża hotelowa blisko, szeroka i zadbana. Basen przyjemny, zawsze był czysty. Wyżywienie było najlepsze ze wszystkich naszych wakacji. Bardzo dużo ludzi z Rosji.

Już samo wejście do hotelu powala przepychem i bogactwem, Teren jest dość rozległy i domki są "porozrzucane " po całym terenie, ale absolutnie to nie przeszkadza. Teren otoczony jest przepiękną roślinnością. Obsługa w Restauracji rewelacyjna, Kelnerzy pracują bardzo sprawnie i z uśmiechem. Menager Restauracji podszedł do naszego stolika i pytał się czy jesteśmy zadowoleni z obsługi i pobytu. Hotel w podziękowaniu że to ich wybraliśmy zaprosił nas Polaków na koktajl przed kolacją i naprawde byliśmy pod wrażeniem jak nas ugoszczono. Kolacja ala karte była przepyszna. Nie sądziłam, ze w Egipcie zjem najpyszniejszą polędwice wołową jaką jadłam. Wszędzie czyściutko. Widziałam jak wieczorem chłopak czyścił lampy na zewnątrz hotelu. Pracownicy robią wszystko abyś wspaniale wypoczywała i chciała do nich wrócić. Polecam

Ogólnie hotel nie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Na duży plus zasługuje przepięknie zadbana zieleń , czystość na całym terenie łącznie z plażą. Woda w basenach wymieniana codziennie. Osoby pracujące przy pielęgnacji zieleni zasługują na ogromne uznanie. będąc kilkakrotnie już w Egipcie w innych hotelach to tak zadbanego terenu nie widzieliśmy. Ogrodnicy ubrani w uniformy pracowali w tym upale bardzo cały dzień. Trawa codziennie nawadniana, często koszona , wyglądał niesamowicie pięknie ( zielony dywan). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie zawsze uzupełniane były butelki z wodą . Obsługa hotelowa uprzejma , nie narzucająca się. Niestety to już koniec pochwał. Na duży minus oceniamy obsługę w restauracji oraz czystość. W hotelu najwięcej gości to Włosi i Rosjanie i tubylcy , którzy bardzo zaniżali standard restauracji bardziej była to stołówka. Kelnerzy najchętniej obsługiwali swoich ziomków, oraz Włochów i Rosjan. Nas traktowano jak gości drugiej kategorii. Stoliki sprzątali opieszale byle jak .Tą samą ścierką wycierali stoliki jak i siedzenia krzeseł. Na stołówce panował chaos. Ponieważ dużo było Egipcjan, których kultura jedzenia odbiega od norm europejskich, stoliki i podłoga wyglądały nieestetycznie. Nikt z kierownictwa nie potrafił zapanować nad tym bałaganem. Jedzenie dość urozmaicone ale niestety mięsa , szczególnie drób zbyt spalone. Duży wybór owoców, warzyw to na plus. Napoje do posiłków przynosiliśmy sami, ponieważ nikt nam nich nie proponował w przeciwieństwie do pozostałych gości Włochów Rosjan i Egipcjan, ich obsługiwali w pierwszej kolejności. Plaża na plus a na minus brak rafy koralowej, choć w opisie organizatora mowa jest o pięknej rafie. Nic bardziej mylnego. Rafa jest obumarła. Ogólna ocena to 4. Osobiście nie skorzystamy ponownie z oferty hotelu Jaz Belvedere. Nie zaliczamy się do osób zbyt wymagających , ale cenimy sobie szacunek i kulturę zachowania. .

Jeśli chodzi o egipt to na pewno TOPKA. Ładny duzy basen. Super plaża. Jest molo i skromna rafa ale można pooglądać pare rybek. WiFi bez użyteczne - polecam zakupić swój internet bo przez cały pobyt nie dało sie nawet załadować strony jakiejś na tym internecie hotelowym. Animacje niestety są tragiczne - byliśmy w wielu hotelach w Egipcie i nie tylko, tu chyba najnudniejszy zespół animatorów, atrakcje wieczorne z których goście wychodzili w połowie a reszta siedziała w telefonach. Kompletna klapa jeśli o to chodzi. Kupilismy pokój rodzinny - w opisie miał informacje o DODATKOWEJ łazience w pokoju za kotarą: NIC TAM NIE MA. I w hotelu powiedzieli nam, że nie mają dodatkowej łazienki wiec ITAKA wprowadza w błąd w opisie.

The hotel is standard 3 stars maximum. The service is terrible, no one cares about you and no one will help you. Complete lack of internet on the territory of the hotel (there is only at the reception) had to go 10 minutes there and back in order to use WiFi, which still works with interruptions. The food is good and the choice is great, everything is delicious but I got poisoning the day before departure, it seems that the matter is unsanitary, dirty appliances, glasses and plates, the kitchen has no complaints cooks clean and neat and in fact mostly the food left a good impression. The beach is good, to the depth you need to go about 50 meters on the reef. The bar on who how to get but most of them do everything as it is to get behind and do not approach. Hotel wyróżnia się pięknym, zielonym ogrodem. Urlop w połowie maja, także nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego leżaka zarówno na plaży, jak i przy basenie. Niestety, jedzenie w hotelu nie zachwyca różnorodnością. Alkohol lokalny jest natomiast całkiem przyzwoity nadający się do picia. Do morza warto zabrać buty, ponieważ wejście i dno nie jest piaszczyste. Pokoje są już nieco wyeksploatowane, ale codziennie są sprzątane (zmiana ręczników i ścielenie łóżka). Animatorzy w hotelu są praktycznie niezauważalne. Jedynym fajnym wydarzeniem było fire show i impreza na plaży.

Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. City Tour — evening trip around Sharm El Sheikh. Sightseeing: mosque (from the outside), the Coptic church, free time for shopping in the Old Market - an Oriental district of Sharm El Sheikh in true Egyptian style. A visit to the Salt Grotto, a visit to Soho Square in Naama Bay - the most popular district of the city with numerous shisha restaurants, bazaars, discos. OWD diving course for beginners — in 3 or 4 days, under the supervision of a Polish instructor you can take an OWD diving course, with PADI certificate. Price approx. 300 USD, plus PADI OWD certificate - approx. 40 USD, book - 40 USD. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel.
