Plaża piękna piaszczysta ,zadbana oraz woda w morzu tak czysta że jak stałem po szyję w wodzie to widziałem własne stopy. Baseny też super.

Cudowna plaża niestety jeśli nie posiadacie słuchawek wygłuszających to może być ciężko tam wytrzymać, no chyba ze ktoś lubi słuchać włoskiej muzyki puszczanej z dużego głośnika (niewazne gdzie pojdziesz na plazy to i tak slychac) od 8 do 18 i jeszcze dodatkowo atrakcje dla wlochow na plazy. to byl największy minus tego hotelu

Pobyt w Marsa Matrouh uważam za udany . Duży ,przestrony Hotel Jaz Almaza Beach resort znajduje się nad piękną szeroką plażą i turkusowym morzem. Pokoje hotelowe bardzo ładne i czyste . Obsługa hotelowa przyjazna a zarazem pomocna . Kuchnia może troszkę monotonna ale każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie . Drinki i napoje bezalkoholowe serwowane w barach troszkę słabe ale nie najgorsze . Niestety z racji przewagi włoskich turystów mocno odczuwa się dyskryminację .Włosi mają lepszą kawę , piwo z puszki a nie z nalewaka oraz lepszą jakość drinka . Animacje hotelowe z racji tej przewagi też w języku włoskim co nawet było pozytywne ponieważ Polaków czy Czechów nie zaczepiano .Duża dostępność leżaków także nie trzeba była martwić się o miejsce Zdarzają się problemy z wifi hotelowym na które obsługa nigdy nie ma odpowiedzi .Te drobne mankamenty rekompensuje krystaliczne morze oraz szeroka i długa plaża .

Przepiękny, urzadzony że smakiem hotel. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, jedzenie wyborne. Wg mnie hotel bardziej dla dorosłych uczestników bo jakieś szczególne atrakcje dla dzieci nie rzuciły mi się w oko, ale też nie specjalnie się za nimi rozglądałam:) Plaża bajeczna, kolor morza nie odbiega niczym od zdjęć folderowych a nawet piękniejszy. Łagodne zejście do wody, delikatny piach, wg mnie buty do wody zbędne. Cały akwen przeznaczony do pływania odgrodzony siatka zabezpieczającą od reszty morza. Jeżeli tylko Itaka zdecyduje się na kontynuację kierunku w 2025 roku, ja będę jedną z pierwszych którzy zarezerwują wyjazd. Jednym słowem bajka.

Pierwsze wrażenie pozytywne, lecz z każdym dniem zmieniało się na gorsze. Jedzenie monotonne, codziennie to samo, hotel ewidentnie nastawiony na włoskich gości. Animatorzy tylko po włosku mówili, bezczelny podział na lepszych i gorszych: W barach przy basenie i plazy Włosi mieli kawę z ekspresu (mielone ziarna) my natomiast z automatu, My mogliśmy dostać tylko 3 przekąski w barach, Włosi oczywiście mieli do wyboru całą kartę bezpłatnie ( zamawiali przy nas i nie płacili). Ogólnie mocno wyczuwalny podział na Włochów i ich "euro" oraz całą resztę. W piątek na plazy "ktoś" zorganizował sobie prywatną imprezę, z dużą rozbudowaną sceną, której towarzyszyli naćpani ludzie i strzykawki w toaletach hotelowych!!

Hotel pięknie usytuowany, nam trafił się pokój z tarasem i widokiem na przepiękny ogród i basen z barem do którego było zaledwie 20 metrów, do plaży i zawierającego dech w piersiach widoku na morze niepełna 100 metrów. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo przyjazna i uczynna. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i mimo, że jakoś bardzo nie uważaliśmy, nie spotkała nas „klątwa Faraona” ;) Sam wygląd pokoju jest dość przestarzały, ale wszystko co na zewnątrz to rekompensuje. Jedyny mankament to brudne zasłony i nienależycie posprzątana łazienka. Nie mniej, bardzo polecamy i z chęcią wrócimy :)
