O 21.15 nie ma już czego nakładać

Animacje oraz atrakcje dla dzieci całkiem fajne, szkoda że tylko w języku włoskim. Rafa koralowa przy brzegu hotelowym z pomostu to bardzo duża zaletą. Bardzo polecam.

W łazience suszarka, duże lustro, mnóstwo światła, co dzień wymieniane ręczniki, mydła, balsamy.W pokoju tv z polskimi programami, czajnik bezprzewodowy, na bieżąco dostarczana woda, herbaty, kawa, cukier. Czysciutko, co dzień sprzątane pokoje. Pokój klimatyzowany. W przedpokoju duża pojemna szafa z sejfem, olbrzymie lustro. Mieliśmy ogromny taras z widokiem na morze i na basen. Na tarasie suszarka na pranie, krzesła stolik. Taras również codziennie sprzątany. Jedzenie GENIALNE!!! Obsługa GENIALNA!!!!, przemila, większość mówiąca po polsku. Bagaże odbierane i na powrocie dostarczane z pokoju do recepcji Absolutnie żadnych wad. Polecam to miejsce na MILION PROCENT!!!! Z pewnością nie raz tam będziemy wracać.

Анимация возле бассейна все время: воллейбол, аэробика, танцы! Класс! И аниматоры не навязчивые, но веселые и заводные. Молодцы ребята!!! Очень красивый риф прямо у отеля. Предложение отелю: сделать прокат ласт и масок на пирсе у моря. Еда - это отдельный восторг! Изыски каждый день и все очень вкусное!!! Мы остались довольны всем и очень!

Moje wakacje w Sataya Resort Marsa Alam były absolutnie fantastyczne! Od momentu przyjazdu czułam, że trafiłam do miejsca, które zapewni mi prawdziwy relaks i świetną zabawę. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – uśmiechnięci, pomocni ludzie, którzy zawsze byli gotowi spełnić każdą prośbę. Hotel ma aż sześć basenów, w tym jeden cichy, tylko dla dorosłych, co było świetną opcją dla relaksu. Jest też aquapark, który szczególnie przypadł do gustu rodzinom z dziećmi. Cudowna plaża, do tego pomost prowadzący prosto do rafy koralowej – idealne miejsce na snorkeling. Kolorowe rybki i piękne korale zrobiły na mnie ogromne wrażenie! To były jedne z najlepszych wakacji w moim życiu! Świetny hotel, cudowne miejsce i niesamowite doświadczenia – chętnie wrócę tu ponownie!

Do niczego nie mam uwag w Hotelu Sataya Resort Marsa Alam . Hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania . Ma prawdziwe 5 gwiazdek. Polecam ten Hotel innym potencjalnym klientom Wszystko mi odpowiadało . Nie korzystałem z animacji , bo po prostu mnie nie interesowały. Powinno być więcej informacji o nich w języku Polskim. Nie znam innych języków obcych oprócz polskiego. Zauważyłem że hotel był zdominowany przez włochów , mimo że według mojej opinii w tym czasie w hotelu przebywało najwięcej ludzi z Polski.

Głównym atutem hotelu jest jego obsługa. Bardzo pomocna, mila i profesjonalna kadra w całym hotelu. Hotel zbudowany na dużym obszarze, co urozmaica wypoczynek. Jak na Egipt to sporo (...)
Głównym atutem hotelu jest jego obsługa. Bardzo pomocna, mila i profesjonalna kadra w całym hotelu. Hotel zbudowany na dużym obszarze, co urozmaica wypoczynek. Jak na Egipt to sporo zieleni ale wokół pustynia i zero możliwości wieczornego wyjścia poza obiekt. Za to polecam wycieczkę quadami oraz jeepami (wykupione w sklepie na plaży). Woda w basenach raczej zimna. Ostatnie dni do basenu wchodziły tylko osoby, które chciały skorzystać z baru. Dużym minusem hotelu byli natrętni panowie, którzy sprzedawali usługi przy basenach. Nie dało się spokojnie poleżeć kilkunastu minut, by ktoś nie zaproponował wycieczki czy usługi w spa. Animacje dla dzieci głównie z Włoch. Minidisco słabe. Pokoje duże, codziennie posprzątane (mile widziany napiwek dla obsługi) ale widać mocne ślady użytkowania wyposażenia. Polecam pokój z bezpośrednim dostępem do basenu. Jedzenie w restauracji smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bez szaleństwa ale smacznie i różnorodnie. Niestety kiepska praca pani rezydent. O odwołanej wycieczce statkiem dowiedzieliśmy się pół godziny po planowanym odbiorze z hotelu. Dziwne tłumaczenia, że informacja została podana przez organizatora. My kupiliśmy wycieczkę w biurze u pani rezydent i dla nas organizatorem jest właśnie ITAKA. Podsumowując świetna obsługa, fajny obiekt ale sporo do poprawy.
