Piękny hotel, przepiękna zatoka z super rafą, animacje z Futura były niesamowite, obsługa rewelacyjna, wszyscy bardzo mili i pomocni. Na pewno to nie był ostatni nasz pobyt w tym hotelu :)

Hotel pięknie położony, z żywą, kolorową rafą. Mnóstwo ryb. Plaża przyjemna. Piękna, zadbana roslinność wokół budynów hotelu. Obsługa w hotelu bardzo życzliwa i pomocna, serdeczna. Pracownicy nadrabiają uśmiechem i swoją pracą mankamenty hotelu. Hotel jednak nie powinien mieć pięciu gwiazdek. Jakość wyposażenia, wyglądu pokoi jest bardzo kiepska. Po wejściu do pokoju miałam wrażenie, że trafiłam do skrzydła starego motelu. Zalany sufit, zepsute drzwi do łazienki, właściwie pokój zniszczony i brudny. Firany z żółtymi plamami, zacięty sejf. Zgłosiłam wady pokoju. Poprosiłam o naprawę sejfu. Pomimo próby naprawy, sejfu nie dało się użytkować. Po dwóch dniach wyprosiłam zmianę pokoju. Kolejny był trochę lepszy i z ładnym widokiem. Jakość jedzenia średnia. Na pewno nie na poziomie 5 gwiazdek. Niestety nie wrócę już do tego hotelu.

Przed wyjazdem czytałem negatywne opinie i zakładałem, że to te marudy piszą ale.... rzeczywistość zweryfikowała mnie jako marudę również, dlatego przedstawię swoje doświadczenia. Zatem pokój: przestronny z dużą łazienką natomiast bardzo zaniedbany, średnio czysty. Łazienka nosiła znamiona nieudanego odświeżenia. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna nawet przy ustawieniu nawiewu "low". Więc wybieraliśmy albo średnio spać przez hałas albo przez duchotę i ciepło. Łóżka wyleżane z jednej strony przez co noce dodatkowo były bardzo trudne. Jedzenie: bardzo średnie ale jak już się znalazło to co bylo Oki to dało się przetrwać. Niestety polski bar mleczny ma jedzenie lepszej jakości. Ale jeśli ktoś jedzie tam tylko dla przestrzeni rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowej to będzie zachwycony. Ogrody i baseny bardzo zadbane, przyjemnie się spacerowało. Na plaży zawsze znaleźliśmy leżak co jest bardzo ważne. Woda wręcz gorąca bo to zatoka. Brak fal które przy mocnym wietrze prawdopodobnie utrudniałyby korzystanie z morza. A najważniejsze, że ośrodek ma Rafę koralową przy plaży. Cudowne uczucie spędzać czas wśród tych pięknych zwierząt w niej żyjących i zobaczyć kolorową rafę na żywo, wydaje mi się że to główna zaleta ośrodka. Obsługa średnio mówi po angielsku łatwiej już im idzie rozmowa po polsku, ale czuć problem we wzajemnym zrozumieniu szczególnie gdy trzeba rozwiązać problem, a nie tylko zamówić piwo. Ogólnie średnio polecam ale to zdecydowanie kwestia indywidualna.

Byliśmy tutaj już drugi raz ze względu na bardzo ładną plażę i rafę. Co do hotelu to w tej cenie są dużo lepsze. Hotel ma już 20 lat i widać już, że go nadszarpał ząb czasu - tynki i farba na budynkach miejscami odchodzi, w pokojach sufity nierówne po szpachlowaniach. Pokoje były odśnieżane (malowane) i zapomnieli zabezpieczyć żyrandole na lampach i teraz niezbyt ładnie wyglądają niedomyte. Klimatyzacja w pokojach z przed 20 lat - bardzo głośna, nie da się spać przy włączonej a jest bardzo ciepło. Bardzo niemiłe jest, że ciągle podlewają ( woda chyba z szamba bo straszny smród - dzieci na ten trawnik radzę nie wpuszczać). Wieczorem nie można było sobie posiedzieć na tarasie ponieważ był nieprzyjemny zapach a dodatkowo kosiarki hałasowały. Co do jedzenia specjalnych zastrzeżeń nie mam - nie był rewelacyjne, ale głodni nie chodziliśmy.

Bardzo polecamy pobyt w tym hotelu, wszystko na duży plus. Piękna rafa przy samym hotelu z której korzystaliśmy 2-3 razy dziennie i widzieliśmy żółwie :) Hotel i baseny bardzo zadbane a obsługa przemiła. Polecam uważać na lokalny shopping center - ceny strasznie wysokie a sprzedawcy mocno naciągają, na lotnisku można kupić te same pamiątki nawet 3 razy taniej! To jedyny minus. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z urlopu :)

Miła i uczynna obsługa w hotelu. Widać jaki ogrom pracy trzeba włożyć by w pustynnym rejonie stworzyć zieloną oazę. Teren hotelu bardzo atrakcyjny, zielony. Palmy, kwiaty, trawniki pięknie utrzymane. Dostęp do morza bezpośrednio z plaży bardzo łagodny. Woda w morzu ekstremalnie ciepła ( druga połowa września) Dostęp do rafy koralowej z pomostu z opieką ratownika zapewniony. Rafa koralowa bardzo ładna i dobrze widoczna dzięki czystej i niezmąconej wodzie. Nawet przy wietrznej pogodzie morze przy hotelu jest dostępne i spokojne dzięki zatoczce nad którą jest położony. Wyżywienie : każdy znajdzie coś co mu będzie odpowiadać.

Jedzenia bardzo dużo, smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bez mega kolejek. Plaza cudowna, palmy, mnóstwo leżaków, pomost, super rafa koralowa. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, wymiana pościeli, ręczników. Wiadomo hotel ma.juz swoje lata, ale zupełnie wystarczające warunki.

Hotel mimo tego, że starszy nie miał dużo do zarzucenia. Jedzenie w mojej opinii mocno średnie, a owoce i warzywa tragiczne. Jeśli chodzi o czystość w pokoju było różnie szczególnie jeśli nie dało się 1 dolara, co według mnie należało do obowiązków hotelu a nie patrzenia czy ktoś da napiwek czy nie. Infrastruktura hotelu świetna, plaża cudowna, a rafa niespotykanie piękna, kolorowa i bogata we wszelkie zwierzęta. Obsługa hotelowa miła i pomocna jedyne co lekko przeszkadza to namawianie po kilka razy dziennie na plaży na zabiegi, maseczki, masaże, tatuaże i inne.

Największym atutem jest rafa. Wspaniale miejsce do nurkowania, i snurkowania. Plaża dość duża, leżaków nie brakuje. Hotel wymagający remontu ale czysto. Obsługa miła i pomocna, wszystko można załatwić bez problemu. Wyżywienie urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Chętnie odwiedzę ten hotel jeszcze raz.

Hotel w standardzie egipskim. Pokój duży, klimatyzacja działa. Sprzątany codziennie, nie do końca dokładnie. Jedzenia sporo, ale w połowie tygodniowego pobytu niestety było już mocno monotonne. Leżaki dostępne na plaży i przy basenach bez większego problemu. Wejście do wody niestety tylko z pomostu, lub od strony zatoki - mimo że leżaki są oddalone o 2m od linii wody, nie można wejść ze względu na rafę. Rafa po zejściu z pomostu przepiękna - niestety podczas pobytu mieliśmy nieprzyjemną sytuację, rekin podpłynął bardzo blisko snurkujących z pomostu - oczywiście nie jest to winą hotelu, trzeba być jednak świadomym. Najbardziej przykra sytuacja spotkała nas na recepcji - ze względu na późny wyjazd na lotnisko i konieczność wymeldowania do godz. 12:00, chcieliśmy przedłużyć pokój do godz. 18:00 (koszt 30 euro). Niestety Pan, który nas meldował i przez zmęczenie i zamieszanie przy meldowaniu nie dostał od nas napiwku, jak tylko usłyszał numer pokoju, od razu powiedział że nie ma możliwości późniejszego wyeldowania, ani w naszym, ani w innym pokoju. Jego zamiennik na recepcji przedłużył nam dobę od ręki. Większość personelu hotelu, dopóki nie dostała pieniędzy, nie była ani życzliwa ani pomocna.
