Це не перший мій відпочинок у Єгипті, тож є з чим порівнювати. Готель високого рівня, як для Єгипту. Заселення відбулось дуже швидко ( ми приїхали у ночі), номер отримали покращений з видом на басейн (6119), за що окрема подяка пану з рецепції! Гарні, просторі та дуже чисті номери. Меблі у номерах нові, як і сантехніка. Кожного дня поповнюється вода, і що важливо не по одній бутилці на людину(нам приносили по 5)! Пляж великий та чистий, лежаків багато, пляжні рушники гарної якості та нові. З пляжу можна заходити і плавати, глибина не велика, але поплавати можна. Барів на пляжі три! Територія готелю дуже велика, пересуватись на тук туках чи автобусах. Багато фотозон для гарних фото. Харчування дуже смачне. 5 чи 6 ресторанів- вибирай який тобі до смаку! Були рибні дні з креветками та кальмарами, рибкою на любий смак. Аквапарк та 33 басейни по усій території, з підігрівом було три( і це в квітні)! Персонал-привітний, готовий допомогти у кожному питанні. Щиро рекомендую готель Портофіно

Bardzo czysto, jedzenie w miarę, ale bez szału, obsługa sympatyczna. Duży teren więc na plaży zawsze leżaki dostępne, nie ma wrażenia tłumu. Jest gdzie spacerować i co robić. Bardzo słabe drinki, za to piwo super. Fajny aquapark dla dzieci, przyjemna promenada i ładna plaża. Wyjazd bardzo udany, wróciłabym do tego hotelu na pewno. Polecam!

Hotel ogromny, nie sposób się nudzić. Jedzenie urozmaicone, codziennie kolacje tematyczne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Rafa przy hotelu jest, częściowo obumarła ale pływa mnóstwo kolorowych rybek na głębokości 1m, więc snurkować mogą nawet dzieci! Podczas naszego pobytu niestety nieczynny był pomost.

bardzo fajny hotel i bardzo rozległy. Plaża bardzo ładna choć wymaga butów do wody. Świetnie zorganizował transport po ośrodku, Duży wybór restauracji, choć ogólnie w każdej jest praktycznie to samo (wszyscy by napewno w jednej się nie zmieścili) Ratownicy nad basenami faktycznie zajmują się swoją pracą a nie patrzeniem w telefon. Był incydent z jednym z barmanów, który był kilkukrotnie nie miły a ostatnim raz mocno przegiął zostało zgłoszone do kierownictwa Hotelu i dosyć szybko zareagowali - dosłownie w 5 minut. To 1 wyjazd do Egiptu i odbieramy go pozytywnie. Z wycieczek na pewno warto pojechać do Luxoru, lecz trzeba się przygotować na trasę 6,5h w każdą stronę. Jest ona b długa, ale faktycznie warto się wybrać

Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, oraz rozwiał wszelkie obawy sprzed wyjazdu, a takich było sporo... Na wczasy polecieliśmy w 4 osoby w tym z dwiema kobietami odpowiednio w 4 i 5 miesiącu ciąży. Po konsultacji z lekarzem i otrzymaniu zielonego światła co do wyjazdu było wiele wątpliwości czy kierunek podróży i obiekt jest odpowiedni dla przyszłych mam. Teraz z ulga stwierdzamy, że tak i z tą wiedzą bez większych stresów polecielibyśmy ponownie. Z Uwagi na ciążę zależało nam na wysokim standardzie jedzenia, czystości i dbaniu o higienę, a także o odpowiedniej liczbie atrakcji w samym obiekcie, gdyż nie nadajemy się na wycieczki fakultatywne. Jedzenie jest różnorodne i tak naprawdę nawet najbardziej wybredne osoby znajdą coś dla siebie. Na przykładzie kolacji w hotelu znajduje się restauracja ala carte ( przysluguje 1 rezerwacja na tydzien) z rybami oraz owocami morza, restauracja z kuchnią azjatycka, oraz dwie inne restauracje które zmieniają się tematycznie w zależności od dnia i tak można wybrać między kuchnia: francuska, włoska, Turecka, libanska czy srodziemnomorska. Ogólnie w obiekcie dbają o czystość i higienę. Nasz pobyt poprzedzony i wspomagany wtrakcie probiotykami zakończył się bez żadnych kłopotów żołądkowych. W porównaniu do innych obiektów jak na egipskie standardy dobre desery. Na minus brak karty z drinkami, a barmani nie są wstanie zaoferować nic po za wybranego alkoholu z sokiem/ tonikiem czy cola lub mohito. Dobre wino, fajne lekkie piwo Obiekt zadowoli potrzeby zarówno rodzin z dziećmi jak i samotnych par czy starszych ludzi. Od aquaparku po przez wszelkie sporty po snurkowanie wśród koralowców możliwe z plaży hotelowej. Piaszczysta część plaży odpowiednią dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi, brak większych fal i woda płytka do kolan do nawet 100 metrów wgłąb morza. Polecam wieczorne animacje w części Vita z muzyką na żywo, gdzie można potańczyć i pośpiewać. Zawsze się znajdzie coś, do czego można się przyczepić, nawet w najdroższych hotelach, tu jednak cena jest znośna a standard nieproporcjonalnie wysoki. Myślę że wrócimy tu kiedyś już w powiększonym składzie. :-)

Hotel na bardzo rozległym terenie, niska zabudowa. Ogólnie dobre wrażenia poza dwoma minusami tj. bardzo śliskie płytki wokół basenów - znajoma mimo rozbiła sobie głowę mimo że bardzo uważała, drugim minusem brak pomostu. Rezydentka niestety niezbyt pomocna w razie problematycznej sytuacji.

Jak poprosiłam o lody to mi wskazano lodówkę, żebym sobie sama nałożyła... mały wybór owoców też. Nie wiem może to przez brak sezonu, ale nie było ani bananów, ani mango, ani arbuza. Jabłka mamy w Polsce więc to słaba atrakcja. Dobrze, że chociaż w niektóre wieczory był melon i truskawki.
