Duży hotel z kilometrową plaża i rozmaitym życiem rafy koralowej... Obszar hotelu jest ogromny jednak można się po nim poruszać darmowymi rowerkami lub busem/melexem. Każda strefa hotelu "wyposażona" jest w baseny, bary i restauracje. Atrakcje dla siebie znajdą tu starsi i młodsi wczasowicze- zaczynając od aerobiku,spa,tenisa poprzez możliwość gry w tenisa etc po atrakcje dla młodszych jak malowanie twarzy, zabawy z animatorem czy bajki/przedstawienia. Jedzenie jest naprawdę wyśmienite i każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie od wczesnego ranka do późnego wieczora, a obsługa jest przemiła i naprawdę bardzo pomocna (nawet zamieni parę zdań w twoim języku). Hotel wywołał w nas naprawdę pozytywne odczucia i nie ukrywam, ze rozważamy powrót!

Był to nasz pierwszy wyjazd do Egiptu. Mamy ogromne szczęście że wybraliśmy właśnie ten hotel. Pokoje bardzo czyste sprzątane codziennie.Obsługa przesympatyczna w całym obiekcie ,urozmaicone jedzenie, mnóstwo atrakcji dla każdego . Piękne plaże na których nie brakuje leżaków barów itp. Pickalbatros Portofino to prawdziwy raj na ziemi. Wyżywienie zachwyca różnorodnością i jakością – codziennie czekały na nas wyśmienite dania, które były smaczne. Pokoje są zawsze nienagannie czyste, a obsługa dba o każdy szczegół, aby zapewnić komfortowy pobyt. Nasz pokój był przestronny, przyjemnie urządzony i miał wszystko, czego mogliśmy potrzebować, w tym widok na morze. Atrakcje hotelowe również nie zawiodły – od basenów i centrum fitness po animacje i wycieczki, które sprawiły, że każdy dzień był pełen wrażeń. To miejsce, do którego chce się wracać!

Hotel polecam ogromny resort w którym każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , ktoś szukający zabawy jak i spokoju. Świetna atrakcja hotelu to rowerki którymi może poruszać się cała rodzina. Plaża piękna , mnóstwo leżaków, zawsze znajdzie się miejsce , ilość basenów sprawia że nie trzeba wcześniej rezerwować miejsc. Pokoje bardzo duże czystość bez zarzutów, również w całym hotelu. Jedzenie pyszne, wiele restauracji do wyboru, na śniadania świeżo wyciskane soki. Z moją dietą bezglutenową poradzili sobie świetnie. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, napoje donoszone do leżaków , wszyscy bardzo mili i pomocni.

Hotel Pickalbatros Portofino Marsa Alam oceniam ze wszystkich miar : otrzymałem informację w Biurze Itaki w Białymstoku w Galerii Alfa od Pani Kierownik przed wyjazdem które potwierdziły się w rzeczywistości. Bardzo dobre warunki w miejscu zakwaterowania , czysto sprzątano codziennie , wymieniane ręczniki codziennie , codziennie wymieniano napoje - wodę w pokojach bez wyliczania , raz też została zmieniona pościel. Łóżka były codziennie poprawiane i posłane na nowo. Do restauracji blisko , w restauracji każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie , kelnerzy szybko donosili zamówione napoje i sprzątali w czasie posiłku. Kolacja ala karta jest przereklamowana i myślę że normalna kolacja jest nie gorsza. Plaża ok z rana po południu w czasie odpływu mało wody , ręczniki można było wymieniać bez problemów codziennie. Ten Hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Super pomysł do wózki rowerowo dla gości hotelowych. Można było korzystać z transportu hotelowego bus i melexy.

Najlepszy hotel w jaki bylem dotychczas. Super obsluga super jedzenie, piekna rafa. Jedyne do czego mógłbym się przyczepić to ulokowanie mnie prawie na końcu calego resortu które jest potężny jeśli chodzi o powierzchnię. Ale ostatecznie miał to i swoje dobre strony...nie przytyłem tyle pokonując dziennie okolo 30 000 kroków:)

Duży, fajny, ciekawy hotel. Wiele atrakcji typu aquapark lub dostępne rowerki do przemieszczania się po całym obiekcie. Rafa koralowa z pomostu jest, nawet całkiem kolorowa. Niestety przy nawet delikatnie wietrznych dniach jest czerwona flaga. Plaża jak na Egipt fantastyczna, dużo miejsca w wodzie żeby wejść i się trochę schłodzić. Buty do wody konieczne. Drinki i jedzenie jak w Egipcie- różne. Wydaje mi się, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Często były owoce morza, różne ryby wiec duży plus. Restauracji na terenie hotelu jest sporo wiec do jedzenia nie było kolejek, zawsze też wszystko było. Ogólnie można się naprawdę zaskoczyć, że hotel ma tylko 4*. Co prawda, obiekt jest naprawdę duży i jest to jego zarówno zaletą jak i wadą. My dostaliśmy pokój na końcu wszystkiego więc dosłownie wszędzie trzeba było trochę się nachodzić lub podkradać rowerek:) zauważyliśmy, że może to być celowy zabieg w celu zwyczajnego wyłudzenia pieniędzy od turysty. Tak było w przypadku wielu osob którzy się na to złapali i po dopłacie otrzymali pokój bliżej plaży, basenów czy innych atrakcji. My nie wspominając jeszcze o żadnych pieniądzach na pytanie czy możemy zmienić pokój usłyszeliśmy, że nie ma nic wolnego. Mimo kilku niedogodności, oceniamy go jako jeden z lepszych hoteli w Marsa Alam.

Wszystko bardzo na plus. Najlepszy dla rodzin z dziećmi. Pomost z możliwością pływania przy rafie zlokalizowany niekorzystnie (być może opinia moja wynika z pogody - duże wiatry, często czerwona flaga) - według mojej opinii przydałby się jeszcze jeden lub dwa pomosty wzdłuż wybrzeża.

Wybierając się na wakacje do Egiptu nie spodziewałem się że hotel zrobi na mnie aż tak dobre wrażenie. Moim zdaniem każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Wybierając się do hotelu w swój plan dnia trzeba obowiązkowo wkomponować atrakcje, które odbywają się codziennie o 21 na scenie w okolicach lobby. Są to takie atrakcję jak pokaz świateł czy pokaz tańca z ogniem. Ilość basenów robi naprawdę duże wrażenie. Z infrastruktury basenowej można korzystać od 8/9 do 18. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się aquapark, w którym każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Są zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci oraz dla osób, które lubię mocniejsze wrażenia :) . Obsługa w barach i restauracjach bez zarzutu. Warto wziąć ze sobą zapas banknotów jednodolarowych, które są najpowszechniejszą formą napiwku. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się "centrum zakupowe", raczej nie polecam robić tam zakupów przez wzgląd na fakt że tutejsi sprzedawcy dają wygórowane ceny z których nie chcą schodzić. W trakcie korzystania z basenów osoby z okolicznych barów zbierają zamówienia a następnie przynoszą wskazane napoje. Do leżaków podchodzą również osoby proponujące różnorakie atrakcje takie jak spa, nurkowanie czy wyjazd na safari. Osoby, które nie chcą żeby im przeszkadzać, mogą poprosić ratownika o wydanie specjalnego oznaczenie "nie przeszkadzać", z którego na pewno warto skorzystać. Największym minusem hotelu są krótkotrwałe braki prądu, trwają one do 5 minut, jeśli człowiek jest akurat pod prysznicem to jest to problem, ponieważ instalacja wodna jest zasilana pompami, które są na prąd. Na terenie resortu znajduje się kilka restauracji, w których w porze kolacji, można spróbować różnych kuchni świata. Hotel dysponuje bardzo długą linią brzegową, serwis plażowy jest w cenie. Przy praktycznie każdym basenie i na plaży jest bezpłatny serwis z ręcznikami. Przy zakwaterowaniu otrzymuje się karty ręcznikowe, których ilość odpowiada ilości lokatorów. Z kartą wystarczy podejść do ratownika a ten wyda ręcznik. Po zakończonym pływaniu idziemy z ręcznikiem do ratownika a ten oddaje kartę. Na zakończenie wspomnę o wymeldowaniu. Wylot z Egiptu mieliśmy o godzinie 8:40. Na lotnisku musieliśmy się stawić 3 godziny przed odlotem. W związku z powyższym z hotelu wyjechaliśmy o godzinie 4:45. Przy wymeldowaniu otrzymaliśmy tak zwane "breakfast boxy", które zawierały w sobie pieczywo, jabłko oraz pomarańcze a także 3 słodkie przekąski. Uważam to za naprawdę duży plus. Wskazałem kilka rzeczy, które na pierwszy rzut oka mogą odrzucać, jednak ten hotel naprawdę nadrabia pozostałymi aspektami. Jeżeli ktoś rozważ wakacie w Egipcie to zdecydowanie polecam ten Hotel.

Hotel bardzo dobry, zasługuje na mocne 4 gwiazdki. Ogromny teren, rozrzucone na nim małe budyneczki tworzą coś na wzór osiedli, w których ukrywają się różnej wielkości baseny. Wokół dużo rozmaitych roślin, co prawda jeszcze malutkich ale bardzo zadbanych więc pewnie za kilka lat będzie ślicznie. Jeśli komuś nie chce się chodzić to może poruszać się po terenie albo autobusem albo kilkuosobowymi rowerami. Plaża długa i szeroka, mnóstwo łóżek i parasoli. Baseny czyściutkie. Jedzenie fantastyczne, urozmaicone, świeże, desery super. Można jeść od 5 rano do 24 jeśli ktoś ma taką potrzebę. Pokoje duże z balkonami lub tarasami, łazienki przestronne. No i najważniejsze pracownicy hotelu, zawsze na miejscu, mili i uśmiechnięci. Morze jest piękne, są plaże z płytką wodą do brodzenia. Dostępny również pomost, z którego jest zejście na głęboką wodę ale niestety bez rafy. Często też wieje silny wiatr, są wysokie fale, wisi wtedy czerwona flaga i pływać nie wolno. Ogólnie jeśli ktoś chce spędzić tydzień na totalnym nic nierobieniu z książką na leżaku to polecam ale jeśli szukacie rozrywek innych, poza hotelowych to tu tego nie znajdziecie.

Do wyboru dużo restauracji, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Soprano zdecydowanie najlepsza. Aquapark z super atrakcjami. Animacie ciekawe, choć te wieczorne przeważnie takie same jak w każdym hotelu. Pokoje codzienne sprzątane. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedyny minus to silne wiatry przez które często była czerwona flaga i nie można było snurkowac. Zdecydowanie jeszcze tam wrócę
