Świetny hotel. Bardzo miła obsługa, nie wyciągająca ręki po bakszysz na każdym kroku. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, przestronne.Bardzo rozległy teren, można korzystać ze wszystkich restauracji i usług we wszystkich trzech hotelach. Bardzo dużo leżaków przy basenach i na plaży. Przez cały dzień różne animacje prowadzone przez młodych, życzliwych, wesołych ludzi. I jeszcze ogromy plus hotelu: 15 minut od lotniska . Można też spokojnie wyjść z hotelu, w 3 minuty dojść do Portu Galib, a tam jest restauracja Hakuna Matata, którą prowadzi Polka i często gości artystów z Polski.

Bardzo słaba jakość do ceny. Jedyny plus hotelu to położenie. Blisko lotniska i Portu więc można wyjść i pospacerować po porcie. Rafy nie ma. Co do obsługi to bez napiwku napój dostaje się tylko raz, później jest się pomijanym. Krewetki grillowane na kolacji były wydzielane. Max 5 sztuk. Jeszcze czegoś takiego nie widziałam.

Z całym przekonaniem polecam ten hotel:zadbana i pięknie urządzona przestrzeń , wygodne pokoje, miła i zaangażowana obsługa, smaczne i zróżnicowane jedzenie- to wszystko sprawiło, że nasza rodzina odpoczęła i przełamała swoje opory przed tego typu urlopem w hotelu z ofertą All inclusive. Dotychczas wybieraliśmy mniejsze hotele. Hotel leży tuż obok niewielkiego portu gdzie można zrobić zakupy, spędzić wieczór w kawiarni czy restauracji, lub przedłużyć poranny lub wieczorny spacer po hotelowej plaży. Na nasze uznanie zasłużyło to jak czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, jak bardzo liczna obsługa dbała o porządek, wygląd ogrodu czy naszą rozrywkę. Aquapark, podgrzewane baseny( byliśmy w tym miejscu w styczniu)- stanowiły uzupełnienie odpoczynku na plaży, który był głównym celem naszego wyjazdu. Dzięki wycieczkom fakultatywnym mogliśmy wzbudzić nasze i córki zainteresowanie kulturą i życiem społecznym Egiptu. Bardzo polecamy i z przyjemnością wrócimy do hotelu Palace

Polecam, duży plus blisko do centrum miasta jak i do lotniska.

Jedzenie pyszne , pokoje mega czyste , cały teren hotelu bardzo zadbany i naprawdę nie ma nudy. Jeżeli będzie taka możliwość będziemy tam wracać . Byliśmy w styczniu . Także podsumowując bardzo polecamy z mężem ten hotel .

Mieliśmy pokoje ( rodzina 5 osób) widokiem na ogród i słoną lagunę ( niepodgrzewana zimą). Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Zawsze zostawiałem drobny napiwek na łóżkach i po sprzątaniu (...)
Mieliśmy pokoje ( rodzina 5 osób) widokiem na ogród i słoną lagunę ( niepodgrzewana zimą). Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Zawsze zostawiałem drobny napiwek na łóżkach i po sprzątaniu zawsze były jakieś zwierzaki wykonane z ręczników i kwiatków. Miłe to. W pokojach i tak nie spędza się czasu. Jedyny minusik- w okolicy sylwestra kilka nocy było chłodnych ( ok. 13 stopni) i w pokojach nie było zbyt ciepło, a mimo ustawienia klimatyzacji na grzanie i na wysoką temperaturę - i tak wiało chłodem. Dwie kołdry na szczęście załatwiły sprawę. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne. Najlepsza restauracja souk al khana. Polecam. Wieczór sylwestrowy był wspaniale zorganizowany. Potrawy cieszyły oko ( coś przepięknego!) i podniebienie. Hotel przy samej plaży. Dla mnie to było najważniejsze. Wybrzeże skaliste, od razu rafa koralowa, ale jest wysypany piasek, są gdzieniegdzie łagodne zejścia do morza, a przy hotelu radisson wspaniałe miejsce do snurkowania bezpośrednio z piaszczystej plaży. Rafa już nieco martwa, ale dla przybysza znad Bałtyku i tak coś przepięknego. Pracownicy hotelu dbają o turystów na każdym kroku. Uwijają się, są uśmiechnięci i życzliwi. Słaba jakość alkoholi, ale to dla mnie było najmniej istotne. Atrakcje wieczorne bez szału, ale i tak cieszyły oko i ucho.

Rewelacyjny hotel. Wielkim atutem jest bliskość do lotniska w Marsa Alam - tylko 10 minut autobusem, nie trzeba tracić czasu na dodatkowy dojazd. Hotel jest bardzo zadbany i dobrze utrzymany, widać, że obsługa stale coś sprząta, konserwuje. Pokoje ładne, przestronne, urządzone z gustem. Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna i przyjaźnie nastawiona do gości. Oferta gastronomiczna na najwyższym poziomie, kilka restauracji, w każdej trochę inna kuchnia, do tego codziennie serwowane były trochę inne potrawy. Bardzo ładna, piaszczysta plaża, masa leżaków, więc nie ma ryzyka, że wszystko będzie zajęte. Animatorzy dbają o zajęcie czasu. Z chęcią bym wrócił.

Plusy to LUDZIE czyli każda osoba z którą mieliśmy do czynienia od ogrodnika do managera życzliwi od rana do wieczora. Zachwyt wzbudzała czystość w restauracji w toaletach to już można było się zachwycić w każdym z trzech części pickalbatros. Gość Palace może korzystać ze wszystkich restauracji, robiliśmy sobie spacerek i wybieraliśmy dania które nam pasowały. Owoce morza i kuchnia indyjska zachwycają. Ciepłe baseny w grudniu.
