Witam wszystkich poszukujących miejsca na fantastyczny urlop! ;) Hotel polecamy z całego serca. Pierwszy duży atut to bliskość lotniska. Transfer trwa dosłownie chwilę. Zameldowanie przebiega bardzo sprawnie, obsługa recepcji jest pomocna i sympatyczna. Do pokojów hotelowych goście odwożeni są meleksem. Pokój w części Oasis był wygodny, urządzony w delikatnie orientalnym stylu. Duże wygodne łóżko, kanapa, kącik z lodówką i czajnikiem, duży telewizor, kącik z sejfem, półeczkami oraz drążek z wieszakami. Łazienka dość duża. Czystość zarówno pokoju jak i części wspólnych w hotelu nie pozostawia niczego do życzenia. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Zawsze czekały na nas butelki wody i pachnące ręczniki. Na terenie hotelu jest kilka restauracji i barów. Jedzenie jest smaczne i różnorodne. Śniadania są dość powtarzalne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo duży wybór pieczywa, stacja z jajkami, cieplutkie pączki, croissanty, naleśniczki, dużo owoców i warzyw. Lunch w głównych restauracjach opuszczaliśmy bo korzystaliśmy z przekąsek na plaży lub w aquaparku, serwowana była pizza, makarony, burgery, frytki bez konieczności wychodzenia z plaży i przerywania sobie świetnej zabawy. Panowie z obsługi uwijali się jak mróweczki, wszystko na bieżąco sprzątali, donosili do posiłków napoje, zawsze z uśmiechem na ustach i dobrym słowem. Kolacje bardzo różnorodne, różnorodne rodzaje mięs, owoców morza, trochę kuchni egipskiej, kącik z kuchnią indyjską i włoską, kącik ze zdrowym jedzeniem, wybór warzyw i sałat, wiele słodyczy i deserków. Wszystko nam smakowało, oczywiście o gustach się nie dyskutuje, ale jestem przekonana, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animacje przygotowane były zarówno dla dużych i małych gości, joga, tańce, siatkówka plażowa, i wiele więcej, wieczorami muzyka na żywo, można potańczyć i miło spędzić wieczór. Plaża jest duża, regularnie sprzątana. Dwa pomosty do snoorkowania, do morza można też zejść z plaży, zejście jest łagodne, płytkie, nawet osoby które nie pływają brodząc po brzegu spotkają piękne kolorowe rybki. Dla osób snoorkujących jest bajecznie. Molo oferuje kamizelki, miejsce gdzie można zostawić rzeczy osobiste, czujne oko ratowników ciągle obserwuje. Woda cieplutka, bardzo bardzo przyjemna. Aquapark jest duży, część dla dorosłych i część dla dzieci, na górne zjeżdżalnie można wjechać windą. Zabawa jest przednia, dla mnie był to zastrzyk adrenaliny podczas urlopu. Podsumowując, polecamy ten hotel, zarówno za czystość jak i obsługę, dobre jedzenie, piękne morze, animacje. Zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i par. Obiekt jest ogromny, można spędzać tam czas na wiele sposobów, znaleźć tam muzykę i wakacyjny rozgardiasz ale też ciszę i spokój.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, na bieżąco sprzątany przez pracowników którzy dbają o najmniejszy szczegół, aby teren hotelu prezentował się perfekcyjnie. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Jedzenie w restauracji codziennie zapewniało nowe danie, ale były również posiłki które powtarzały się codziennie - nie był to problem, jedzenia było na tyle dużo że nawet w ciągu pobytu tygodniowego ciężko było wszystko spróbować. Obsługa przemiła, baseny czyste, leżaki codziennie myte.

Najlepszy hotel w jakim do tej pory byłem (a trochę ich było). Bardzo czysto, wspaniała obsługa, zadbany obiekt, czysta plaża, dobry jedzenie. W sumie to chyba nie ma niczego do czego można się "przyczepić". Byliśmy rodzinnie w 5 osób i wszyscy wrócili zachwyceni.

To był nasz pierwszy wyjazd do Egiptu, dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na ten hotel - biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie opinie. Dla nas to jednak duże rozczarowanie - infrastruktura w miarę ok, ale w okresie zimowym wszyscy kąpią się tylko w podgrzewanym basenie, więc szanse na leżak są znikome. Mieliśmy kupione 2 pokoje dwuosobowe, bo biuro nie miało już pokoi rodzinnych, ale po przyjeździe na recepcji udało nam się dostać nawet bez dopłaty pokój rodzinny - bardzo duży, ale wszystko tam jest takie brudne, nieładne i stare… Jedzenie w restauracjach bardzo monotonne, w zasadzie cały czas to samo, wędliny nie nadają się do jedzenia, nawet nie wyglądają dobrze, ciasta dramat. O alkoholu nie wspomnę nie nadaje się do picia. Restauracje z zapisami - Tagine jeszcze w miarę, ale cardamon dramat - wyszliśmy i zjedliśmy w normalnej restauracji. Za wszystko oczywiście każdy oczekuje napiwku, więc jest to naprawdę męczące. Plaża beznadziejna, nie dorasta do pięt naszym polskim plażom. Lokalizacja ok bo blisko do lotniska i tego portu Galib, w którym i tak nic nie ma …

Hotel czysty, plaża piękna, duży aquapark, podgrzewany basen, byliśmy z pięciolatka i trochę brakowało placu zabaw, na którym dziecko mogłoby się wyszaleć. Jedzenie w miarę dobre, nie chodziliśmy głodni. Bardzo dużo Polaków.

Hotel wspaniały, pięknie zadbany, ale w okresie zimowym nie ma zbytnio animacji dla dzieci co było rozczarowujące. Jedzenie przepyszne, ale wybrałabym Pickalbatros Palac który nie miał 4 godzinnej przerwy w serwowaniu jedzenia. Plaża przepiękna, obsługa bardzo miła. Aquapark super, wiadomo lekko zimno jak sie mokrym wchodziło na wieżyczkę ale to trzeba brać pod uwagę jak sie w styczniu jedzie :)

Szczerze polecam z całego serca kurort Pickalbatros Oasis Port Ghalib,najlepszy hotel w jaki dotychczas byłam a troszkę ich już było,piękna arabska zabudowa,pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone,czyste,codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i pościel,uzupełniane kosmetyki,obsługa przemiła,zawsze uśmiechnięta,kuchnia zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek Michellena,jedzenie przepyszne palce lizać,nigdy niczego nie brakowało,kelnerzy też na 5 ,piękna zieleń wszędzie zadbana,animatorzy super,dużo różnych rozrywek,nie sposób się nudzić,jak ktoś chce dobrze się bawić na wakacjach to tylko tam,ja napewno tam wrócę na 100%

Czysto, zadbane otoczenie, hotel położony w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji. Bardzo ciekawa architektura, stylizowana na zabudowę egipskiego miasteczka. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Obsługa hotelowa, miła, pomocna, sympatyczna obsługa barów. Smaczne jedzenie, duży wybór potraw - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje czyste, dostępne trzy programy telewizyjne w języku polskim, na całym terenie sprawne wi-fi. Na plaży już nie ma zasięgu hotelowej sieci. Niestety główny basen w centralnej części kompleksu w kiepskim stanie. Liczne braki glazury w niecce basenu, schodach oraz w elementach małej architektury basenu. Przy odrobinie pecha można się skaleczyć. Naprawdę wymaga to szybkiej naprawy, basen w takim stanie nie powinien być użytkowany - w szczególności w hotelu z czterema gwiazdkami. Drugi minus to czystość restauracji Suk Al Hana. Sama restauracja jest oczywiście czysta, natomiast cześci kuchenne nie wyglądają już tak czysto. Brudne, zakurzone i zatłuszczone okapy, ubytki glazury, zwęglone patelnie, brudne kuchenki gazowe. Bardzo brudne krzesła i materiałowe siedziska. Tutaj niestety mamy standard przydrożnego baru, a nie hotelu z ****. Lokalne alkohole niestety podłej jakości, gin, whisky, brandy i rum smakują prawie tak samo i z wyraźną "denaturowatą" nutą :-) Jak przymkniemy oko na te drobne niedogodności to jest super. Piękna rafa koralowa na którą można zajść bezpośrednio z 2 pomostów, przejrzysta i ciepła woda Morza Czerwonego aquaparki dla dzieciaków i dorosłych - można wypocząć.

Hotel jest rozległy, czysty, pachnący, codziennie sprzątane pokoje aczkolwiek trzeba wszystko trzymać w sejfie. Jedynym minusem jest zbyt mało animacji wieczorem i zabaw czy muzyki do której ludzie się bawią. Dj gra do godziny 23 ale nie codziennie, kiedy ludzie się rozkręcają on się zwija. Jedzenie różnorodne i dużo, każdy coś wybierze dla siebie. Obsługa w całym hotelu bardzo miła, uprzejma i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Plusem jest położenie hotelu przy Porcie Ghalib oraz niewielkim miasteczku gdzie można się przejść.

Mieliśmy cudny pokój z wyjściem do ogródka. Wszędzie blisko, plaża basen restauracja. Blisko port. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić hotel.
