Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna, po każdym sprzątaniu pozostawia różne " dzieła" z ręczników. Jedzenie różnorodne, bardzo smaczne. Oprócz głównej restauracji wiele małych barów dostępnych na terenie całego hotelu. Zjeżdżalnie, baseny, leniwa rzeka z pontonami to rewelacja dla dzieci jak i dorosłych.

Hotel jest wart tych 4* . Jest w nim co robić, bardzo czysto i aquapark jest super. Bardzo dużo obsługi i ratowników. Pokoje bardzo dobrze sprzątane, jedzenie smaczne, możliwość ciągłej wymiany ręczników plażowych w różnych miejscach. Baseny w niektórych miejscach wymagają już remontu ale każdy zajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo duża ilość leżaków. Hotel idealny na wyjazd z dziećmi. Na duży plus darmowe boisko do padla i tenisa.

Niestety restauracje śniadaniowe czynne krótko, jak ktoś lubi pospać to punkt 10:00 wszystko zaczynają zbierać , o 10:02 jest pusto, nawet kawy już ci nie zrobią. W obydwóch restauracjach śniadaniowo-kolacyjnych jest zbyt mało stolików w klimatyzowanym pomieszczeniu w stosunku do ilości ludzi. Co do czystości i obsługi, nieco niechlujne. Brak czytelnych informacji o animacjach i imprezach, albo na nie trafisz albo nie. Ogromnym plusem jest pomost i przepiękna rafa przy hotelu.

Nie chcę nikogo skrzywdzić tą opinią, (podobno są i tacy, którym się podobało) ale każdy musi być świadomy gdzie jedzie - ja nie byłem. Nic mi się tam nie podobało-pustynia. Jedzenie jak w barze mlecznym plus rewolucja żołądkowa w pakiecie. Bary na plaży to główna przyczyna "zemsty Faraona". O pogodzie nie będę pisał ale ma znaczenie dla przygotowywania i podawania posiłków spoconymi dłońmi bez rękawiczek, stąd problemy żołądkowe. Hotel to betonoza, poza hotelem pustynia. Jest tyle piękniejszych miejsc, właściwie każde będzie lepsze od tego. Jak dla mnie jest to pierwsze, za którym nie tęsknię. Rafa koralowa to jedyna fajna rzecz, ale nie uratuje ogólnego wrażenia nieaktrakcyjności tego miejsca. W Egipcie byłem pierwszy raz i to z polecenia... ;-) reasumując: syf , kiła i mogiła.

Na terenie aquaparku bar z napojami, lodami oraz pizzą i makaronami. Plaza piękna, zawsze wolne leżaki, przy brzegu zejścia do wody ale płytka woda, z pomostoŵ zejscie na gleboką wodę i piękne rafy, u ratownika dostępne kamizelki do pływania. Na plaży bary z napojami i przekąskami. Na terenie hotelu duzo basenów, restauracje - jedzenie bardzo dobre, sklepy, centrum spa /masaże super/. Przy marinie centra nurkowe, polecam nurkowanie bo wrazenia niesamowite. W porcie kawiarnie i sklepy, fajnie pospacerować wieczorem. Obsluga wszedzie mila i uśmiechnięta, zawsze pomocna niezaleznie czy otrzymala napiwek. Sporo animacji ale nie korzystaliśmy za duzo. Internet działa, nawet na plazy czasem sie udalo połączyć . Nie ma sie do czego przyczepić. Polecam hotel. Wycieczki u rezydenta Sataya /snurkowanie z delfinami/ i wyspy Qulan /jak w bajce i cudna rafa/ polecam.

Woda w basenie też aż mętna popołudniami. Na plus lokalizacja, piękna rafa!!! Bardzo miła obsługa przy pomoście z którego schodzi się na snorkeling.

Wszystko było dobre i pozytywnie zaskoczyło nic dodać nic ująć. WiFi hotelowe działa świetnie nie potrzeba kupować niczego więcej. Niedaleko od hotelu jest miasto do którego warto się wybrać na drobne zakupy jeśli ktoś potrzebuje. Morze z rafą na której można zobaczyć życie podwodne (dla małych dzieci jest wystarczające nie potrzeba wybierać się wycieczkę) jest na plaży przy hotelu. Ceny wycieczek u rezydenta i w miecie są bardzo zbliżone.

Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w Marsa Alam. Bardzo duży hotel połączony z jeszcze 2 innymi hoteli Pickalbatros. Jednak łatwo nauczyć się swoich ścieżek i nie ma problemu z możliwością zagubienia się. Posiada 2 baseny jeden średni z wodą słodką a drugi mega duży ze słoną wodą. Wszędzie na każdym kroku są bary z napojami. Na plaży jest bardzo dużo leżaków i bardzo dużo miejsca do pływania. Są 2 pomosty z których schodzi się do głębokiej wody gdzie można podziwiać rafę koralową w towarzystwie pięknych ryb a przy odrobinie szczęścia z żółwiami bądź delfinami. Pokoje hotel oferuje bardzo duże i ładne. Klimatyzacja chłodzi naprawdę dobrze. Jedynie animacje były nie najlepsze w porównaniu do innych hoteli i leżaki przy basenie ze słodka woda trzeba było rezerwować z rana bo po godzinie 9/10 nie było już szans na znalezienie wolnego leżaka w tym miejscu. Co do jedzenia było go bardzo dużo każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Jest parę restauracji z których można korzystać. Aquapark ma dużo ciekawych zjeżdżalni od łagodnych po ostre jednak minusem dla mnie sa maty które były wymagane do zjeżdżania. W ciągu dnia serwowane są przepyszne lody jak i świeżo pieczone pączki Bardzo polecamy hotel Napewno kiedyś tam wrócimy

Czysto , pyszne jedzenie i bardzo duży wybór , kawa z ekspresu w cenie ,soki świeżo wyciskane do śniadania.Obsługa sprawna, nigdy za niczym nie ma kolejek , pomimo dużej liczby gości.Barmani zawsze uśmiechnięci nawet po 12 h pracy mega sprawnie serwują drinki ,napoje , piwo (Stella butelkowe) Plaża bardzo ładna ,czysta z dużą ilością leżaków ,dwa pomosty z których można oglądać rafy.Dwie restauracje do których trzeba się zapisać i naprawdę warto.Niedaleko hotelu Port Ghalib gdzie można zrobić zakupy ,jest tam też fajna kręgielnia ,którą polecam.
