Ogólne wrażenie dobre, kilka niedociągnięć typu: klimatyzacja to tak naprawdę tylko nawiew bez chłodzenia, przydałaby się bardziej szczegółowa mapka co gdzie jest, hotel znajduje się w rozległym kompleksie. Jedzenie dobre chociaż trochę monotonne, każdy może coś dla siebie wybrać mimo, że codziennie jest to samo. Minusem są soki a w zasadzie ich brak oraz kiepska kawa w głównej restauracji, dobra kawa w barze przy recepcji ale trzeba uważać kto robi, raz dostaliśmy jakieś popłuczyny. Mimo zakazu rezerwacji leżaków przy basenie, niestety nikt tego nie przestrzega a obsługa hotelu nic z tym nie robi, także rano wszystko jest zajęte do wieczora, większość czasu nikogo na nich nie ma. Linia brzegowa wybetonowana, teoretycznie z powodu dbania o środowisko żeby nie wchodzić do morza bezpośrednio z plaży tylko w wyznaczonym jednym miejscu ale wygląda fatalnie. Rafa dostępna z pomostu, mniej ciekawa niż w innych hotelach. Na plus, mało plastiku, plaża codziennie sprzątana i zamiatana. Dostępne leżaki na plaży cały czas. Dobre rozwiązanie z ręcznikami plażowymi od razu były w pokoju w torbie, jeśli chce się je wymienić wystarczy powiesić torbę na zewnątrz drzwi pokoju. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i życzliwa, raczej czysto. Blisko lotniska (5 minut) szczególnie ważne kiedy zwożą na ponad 3 godziny przed odlotem. Myśmy mieli zbiórkę o 05:30. Słabe wi-fi, rezydent przyjechał tylko po to by zapisać na wycieczki, nie uprzedził, że w jednym miejscu trzeba założyć kapok czyli nici ze snorklowania a wycieczka właśnie było na snorkeling.

Fantastyczne animacje dla dorosłych i dzieci prowadzone przez Magic World których członkowie życzliwie zachęcają do wzięcia udziału jednak bez najmniejszej nachalności. Super rafa na terenie plaży hotelowej-bywaja tu delfiny i żółw i cała masa kolorowych ryb. Blisko zjeżdżalnie wodne z których można korzystać będąc gościem hotelu w ramach ALL. Jedzenie różnorodne i przepyszne. A sam hotelu jest trudo opisać-samemu trzeba zobaczyć bo każdy zakątek zarówno pokoi jak i obszernego lobby tarasu czy wejścia głównego robi ogromne wrażenie. Czysty i bardzo starannie sprzątany pokój i cały kompleks hotelowy. Duży i zmienny wybór posiłków. Dla tradycjonalistów pizza lub makarony. Plaza przy hotelu; ze względów dbania o naturę wejście w wyznaczonej części wybrzeża, ale jest tam bardzo łagodny i bezpieczny spadek głębokości wody - bardzo długo płytka woda o piaszczystym dnie.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu po raz ósmy , jak zwykle to był wspaniały wypoczynek. Mieliśmy piękny pokój na parterze z widokiem na basen, codziennie pan , który sprzątał , tworzył z ręczników różne zwierzątka. W hotelu codziennie coś się działo: a to beach party, piana party przy basenie, taniec brzucha, występ tzw. spódnica, dla dzieci dmuchany aqua park , codziennie muzyka na żywo i można tańczyć na tarasie. Obsługa przemiła, a jedzenie przepyszne : różne owoce morza , nawet kraby, z mięs wołowina , jagnięcina , indyki , kaczki , kurczaki a nawet cielęcina, a jakie desery to trudno opisać! Dodatkowo hotel położony jest przy pięknej zatoce z łagodnym wejściem do wody. Jest też pomost gdzie można patrzeć bez końca na rafę pływając z maską. Obok hotelu jest też centrum nurkowe. Jest gdzie spacerować , bo hotel położony jest na rozległym terenie . W sąsiednim hotelu jest aqua park i można z niego korzystać. Serdecznie polecam ten hotel a my jeszcze do niego wrócimy.

Hotel jak najbardziej wart polecenia. Budynek nie jest nowy, ale zadbany. Ciekawa, lokalna architektura. Pokój czysty, przestronny. Obsługa z recepcji przemiła i gotowa do pomocy. Barmani i kelnerzy z ogromnym poczuciem humoru. Czasami wiedzieli co chcemy do picia zanim im to zgłosiliśmy, napoje już na nas czekały. :) Jedzenie pyszne, bardzo szeroki wybór. Jeżeli ktoś jest na specjalnej diecie, może to zgłosić przy meldowaniu (ankieta do wypełnienia). Równie duży wybór alkoholi i drinków bezalkoholowych. Animatorzy nie są nachalni, ale potrafią zmotywować do zabaw. Wieczorne atrakcje na najwyższym poziomie. Plaża szeroka, z parasolami i parawanami. Możliwość korzystania z leżaków innych hoteli. Na wodzie wyznaczony korytarz do snurkowania. Możliwość snurkowania z pomostu. Hotel znajduje się w kompleksie hoteli z sieci Jaz, nad zatoką Coraya. Długi na około 2km deptak. Wspaniały hotel położony nad zatoką, można oglądać rybki z pomostu na głębokiej wodzie i również wchodząc od strony plaży. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ryby, owoce morza , mięsa (była nawet cielęcina) owoce i pyszne ciasta. Codziennie można potańczyć przy muzyce na żywo, były też beach party i pool party. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta. Polecam ten hotel , byliśmy w nim już siódmy raz.

Hotel obszerny, piękny, w pokojach czysto, plaża bardzo duża, zawsze są wolne leżaki na plaży i również przy basenach. Dozwolone miejsce do kąpieli w morzu ok 150m, można też korzystać z kąpieli w morzu bezpośrednio z pomostu, z którego również można obserwować piękną rafę kolorowa. Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo aktywna grupa animatorów, którą zabawia i dzieci i dorosłych. Duży wybór jedzenia i bardzo smaczne, bardzo duży wybór ciast. Nie ma nachalności ze strony sprzedających różne atrakcje, obsługa zadowolona z napiwku, ale jeśli nie dasz, też miło obsługują. Pobyt w sierpniu, nigdzie nie było tłoku, wyjątkowa cisza i spokój na całym terenie hotelu. Jesteśmy z pobytu bardzo zadowoleni i szczerze go polecamy.
