Mogę powiedzieć, że prawie wszystko było w przypadku. Piszę prawie bo jak się na końcu okazało obietnice i zapewnienia panów z recepcji były nieadekwatne do ustaleń przy meldunku . Namówili nas (...)
Mogę powiedzieć, że prawie wszystko było w przypadku. Piszę prawie bo jak się na końcu okazało obietnice i zapewnienia panów z recepcji były nieadekwatne do ustaleń przy meldunku . Namówili nas do dopłaty za pokój De lux w strefie ciszy ( tylko w nazwie). Obiecano nam, że jeden z trzech pokoi w dniu wyjazdu będziemy mieli do 18-stej ( transfer na lotnisko 20.00 ). Nie pomogły tłumaczenia i proszenie. Z tego powodu zrobiło się "niesmacznie". Wspomnę, że hotel był bardziej dla Włochów niż reszty. Mimo wszystko spędziliśmy 7 dni w miejscu, które na pewno jeszcze odwiedzę. Czasami emocje biorą górę.

Jedzenie przepyszne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, kawa z ekspresu bardzo dobra, piwo w butelkach, białe i czerwone wino dobre niestety pozostałe alkohole dla nas nie do picia, straszne.

Hotel zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę pod względem zagospodarowania terenu. Nigdzie wcześniej w rzadnym Innym hotelu nie było tyle pięknie utrzymanej zieleni. Trawniki ładnie utrzymane.Żywopłoty równiutko przycięte. Dużo klombów kwiatowych. Super! Przy okazji dużo ptactwa. Czystość w pokoju na dobrym poziomie. Musieliśmy się upomnieć o czajnik który był w opisie pokoju. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre i mocno zróżnicowane. Dla każdego coś dobrego. Wielki plus hotelu to duży basen z czyściutka podgrzewaną wodą. Leżaków i parasoli było pod dostatkiem przy basenie i na plaży. Największy problem stanowiło wejście do morza. Brzeg był kamienisty, pełen pozostałości po rafie. Nawet obuwie do wody nic nie pomagało. Dodatkowy plus to dużo bufetów na terenie obiektu. Barmani do przyjęcia choć nie zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy. W sumie bardzo polecam ten hotel.

Sama Fantazia nastawiona na gości z Włoch. Animacje po włosku, muzyka w lobby dla Włochów, obsługa mówiąca lepiej po włosku niż angielsku. Hotel Sirena bardziej nowoczesny, o wiele cichszy i spokojniejszy. Jedzenie przepyszne! To mój 5 wyjazd do Marsa Alam i jeszcze nigdy nie było tak dobrego jedzenia w hotelu. W Sirenie pięknie położona restauracja główna z widokiem na morze. Plusik za plaże tylko dla dorosłych wyposażoną we własne molo do morza. Pokoje czyste, miła obsługa i bardzo fajny team animatorów. Goście Sireny mogli korzystać z udogodnień obu hoteli.

Ogólnie Egipcjanie są pozytywnie nastawieni do nas. Przewaga turystów z Italii. UWAGA: Jedzenie 1 klasa, wyśmienite i różnorodne, każdy nawet najbardziej wybredny turysta znajdzie dla siebie coś dobrego. Ogólnie to już tęsknię za tym miejscem. (Przejażdżka na wielbłądzie 30 dolarów, warto polecam). Wielbłąd kosztuje 2000 dolarów :-)

Fantazja była bardziej "głośna", korzystaliśmy w dzień odlotu po wymeldowaniu z obiadu, kolacji i basenów w Fantazji więc mieliśmy porównanie. Ogólnie podsumowując wyjazd wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Jedzenie przepyszne, urozmaicone, każdy wybrał coś dla siebie, nawet Ci najbardziej wybredni. Polecam szczególnie spa i masaże w wykonaniu Waela i Hamdiego, czegoś takiego nie da się opisać słowami. Chcę wrócić za rok, może uda się szybciej, z opcją codziennego masażu. To najlepsze co można zrobić dla siebie. W styczniu piękna pogoda, przyjemność przebywania tam jest nie do opisania. Tęsknimy.

Pokoje przestronne, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie różnorodne. Pyszne ryby. Super włoski kucharz. W barach dobra kawa z ekspresu. Jedyny minus - jedna karta na pokój! Muszą mieszkać razem trzy osoby dorosłe, żeby dostać drugą kartę. Bardzo uciążliwe.

Przepiękna piaszczysta plaża z piękną lazurową wodą. Z mola widać o wiele więcej kolorowych rybek niż na wycieczce statkiem z przeszklonym dnem. Podczas naszego pobytu dwa razy w odległości ok. 20 metrów od mola pływały delfiny :) hotel Fantazia jest podzielony na strefy, tylko dla dorosłych i dla wszystkich. Obok jest jeszcze hotel sirena z o wiele wyższym standardem i zdecydowanie mniejszą ilością dzieci niż w fantazji. W fantazji jest muzyka na basenach i na plaży, natomiast w sirenie jest spokojniej i cicho. Jedzenie w obu hotelach jest praktycznie takie samo. Jedyna różnica jaką zauważyłam, to w sirenie jest więcej owoców morza i deserów. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, takie europejskie. Jest w czym wybierać. Drinki takie sobie ale za to piwo dobre. Na terenie hoteli jest bardzo dużo miejsca do pospacerowania, a plaża można się przejść do hotelu obok-sentido. Mimo, że miejsca do spacerowania jest dużo, to hotele są tak usytuowane, że wszędzie jest blisko- na plażę, na basen, czy do restauracji, więc jeśli ktoś nie chce dużo chodzić, to któryś z tych hoteli będzie dobrym wyborem. Jedynie dalej jest do Aqua parku. Jesli nie chodziliśmy na spacery to dziennie robiliśmy ok 5 tys kroków, chodząc na plażę, basen i na posiłki. W sirenie restauracja jest przy samym morzu, z przepięknym widokiem. Jesli chodzi o internet to najlepiej działał na basenach i na plaży. W pokoju często się zrywał. Ale w miejscach gdzie działał można było oglądać nawet filmiki na yt.
