Polecam hotel: plaża jest piękna i czysta i bardzo blisko. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie. Jest basen z podgrzewaną wodą, wspaniałe warunki do kite surfingu i do nurkowania. Wokół bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Za duży minus uważam brak darmowego WiFi w hotelu. Każda osoba z rodziny musi dopłacać za dostęp do internetu. Bardzo słaba jakość alkoholu w opcji all inclusive. Nie nadają się w ogóle do picia.

Robiłam kurs nurkowania OWD po angielsku, z Mahomedem w Globe Diving Clubs i nie zawiodłam się. Profesjonalne i spokojne podejście, wyjaśnione wszystko dokładnie. Chętnie będę wracać ze względu na przyjaznych ludzi, dobrą, adekwatną cenę i bardzo atrakcyjne miejsce pod kątem plaży oraz rafy.

Nie polecam Hotel Casa Mare Resort. Ludzie pracujący na recepcji są bardzo nieuprzejmi i aroganccy. W dniu przyjazdu zapomnieli wydać mi resztę – 60$. Kiedy ponownie o niej przypomniałam, byli bardzo zdenerwowani i nieprzyjaźnie się do mnie odnosili. Jeśli podchodzi się do nich z jakimś pytaniem, odpowiadają, jakby robili łaskę. Recepcja to wizytówka hotelu, pierwsza rzecz, którą widzisz. Takie właśnie „oblicze” ma ten hotel. Odrazu proponują VIP pakiet, albo będziesz mieszkać z widokiem na budowę. Cena vipu 70$ na osobę. Jedzenie takie samo, ale kucharze się starają. Serwis, obsługa i sprzątanie pokoju na bardzo wysokim poziomie – pracują tam naprawdę sympatyczni ludzie. Zostawię dla obsługę hotelową 5, ale dla dla pracujących na recepcji 0. Wokół hotelu jest pustynia, nie ma co robić. Hotel stary , potrzebuje remontu. Napisałam uczciwą opinię na Google w dniu wyjazdu, a tego samego dnia zaczęła mnie szukać administracja Hotelu. Zmusili mnie do usunięcia opinii z Google. Powiedziałam, że napisałam prawdę, ale menedżer „delikatnie” poprosił o jej usunięcie. Powiedział, że rozwiąże problem z pracownikami recepcji.

pokoje porażka - brud , smród, przeciekająca wanna, śmierdząca pościel-materac, firanka wisząca tak brudna że aż szkoda gadać. Na stołówce brak miejsc do siedzenia zaznaczam to był 15 marzec. W spa korzystałam z masaży- brudne ręczniki, brak suszarki do włosów i nie miałam obsługa. Miałam pakiet all inclusive pierwszy raz się z tym spotkałam że mohito było płatne. I tak na koniec bo to jest opis w skrócie rezydent w niczym nie pomaga porażka. Oczywiście kelnerzy w każdym barze nie mili i opryskliwi.

Posiłki bardzo dobre. Hotel czysty tak samo jak woda w basenie.

Hotel pięknie położony, pokoje duże przestronne, pościel i ręczniki czyste. Jedzenie bez względu na porę przyjścia do restauracji pyszne i pełen wybór. Obsługa miła, nie nachalna. Rafa koralowa przy pomoście jedna z piękniejszych. Jak na standardy Egiptu poziom bardzo wysoki. Hotel usytuowany na pustyni, więc trudno o atrakcje w pobliżu, warto wybrać się do Portu Ghalib. Baseny podzielone na te z woda podgrzewaną i te z wodą nieco chłodniejszą. Pomimo pełnego obłożenia leżaki zawsze dostępne.
