Hotel jest całkiem okay. Niestety wiele rzeczy jest dodatkowo płatnych. Od razu na samym wejściu proponują upgrade pokoju wraz z wi fi za 70 dolarów od osoby. Jak dla mnie lepiej aby cena była wyższa i udogodnienia były wliczone niż ciągłe pytania o dodatkowe dopłacanie. Położenie całkiem dobre, blisko lotniska, przy plaży, ale jeśli chcecie jechać do Marsa Alam taksówką to ponad pół godziny.

Czystość - ok. Pan Abdul bardzo miły i bardzo dbał o nasz pokój dodawał więcej wody niż podawała recepcja. Pokój raczej już do remontu a zwłaszcza łazienka ( standard pokoju to max 3 gwiazdki). Hotel bardzo duży i piękny, dużo miejsca przy basenach (nie trzeba biegać z ręcznikiem o 6 rano i rezerwować). Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża czysta zadbana piękne długie molo na końcu którego piękna rafa z kolorowymi rybkami ( nurkowanie za darmo i czysta przyjemność z oglądania podwodnej przyrody). Woda cieplutka brzeg długi i płytki (w zależności od przypływów). Animatorzy robią co mogą i codziennie ustalają nowy program zabaw. No i największy minus tego hotelu to podział ludzi na lepszych i gorszych za pomocą kolorowych opasek. Zapłaciłeś za all inclusive i dowiadujesz się na miejscu że możesz mieć lepszy lub gorszy standard pokoju, soczki wyciskane lub nie oraz alkohol. Dzwoniąc do ITAKI przed wylotem z zapytaniem o dodatkową opłatę w hotelu za standard słychać było jak Pan się denerwuje ze ja o coś takiego pytam. Gdyby nie opinie innych to człowiek by nic nie wiedział. Wygląda to tak kolor żółty cena 50$ za pokój superior za który już zapłaciliśmy wykupują wakacje( ITAKA - słabo) w cenie WiFi i 2 wody dziennie(niezależnie od ilości osób w pokoju. Kolor żółty za 70$ za pokój z widokiem na morze i WiFi (chociaż każdy pokój jest skierowany na morze ;) )i 2 wody. Kolor niebieski pokój rodzinny i WiFi cena chyba 140$ za pokój . Kolor czerwony ( tzw. VIP) cena 70$ za osobę ( nie za pokój!!! i płacą wszyscy od 11 roku życia) i tutaj rozpiska bardzo bogata, ale nie dajcie się nabrać większość i tak jest za darmo po za świeżo wyciskany i owocami których na śniadaniu nie użyczysz ( obsługa biega po basenie z soczkami) alkohol importowane tylko w lobby nigdzie indziej nie ma i trzeba mocno walczyć o niego bo nie chcą lać a nawet chcą żeby płacić. Jazda konna 15min dla osoby 1x w tygodniu i to cały VIP. Wyżywienie duży wybór, ale ogólnie monotonne i jak dla mnie słabe. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo fajne i myślę, że warto pojechać poleniuchować.

Czyli wychodzi na to że te all inclusive to nie do końca jest all inclusive ponieważ dostajesz produkty gorszej jakości a za lepsze o tak trzeba dopłacać.

Minusem jest opłata za internet oraz plastikowe kubki do napojów, które są mocno porysowane. Na plus czystość w hotelu. Baseny duże, każdy może swobodnie popływać a dzieci mogą szaleć z materacem czy piłką i nikomu nie będą przeszkadzać. Ogólnie brak większych kolejek do barów czy na stołówce. Raczej nie wracamy do tego samego miejsca ale tu bym się zastanowiła.

Jedzenie jest różnorodne i pyszne. Począwszy od pysznych śniadań poprzez fast foody, aż po owoce morze. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo udany. Najlepszym wspomnieniem będą animacje ze świetnymi animatorami. Kuba, Sully i Sam - dziękujemy!

Hotel położny 20 minut od lotniska. Duży, odnowiony, położony przy samej plaży, jeden basen z animacjami, zjeżdżalnie, drugi basen bez animacji. Bar przy basenie. Rano sporo leżaków zajętych ale pojedyncze można znaleźć wolne o każdej porze. Przy zameldowaniu dostajemy karty na ręczniki plażowe dostępne przy basenie, codziennie wymieniane. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Mieliśmy wykupiony pokój standard z jedną dostawką dostaliśmy pokój rodzinny (dwa pokoje, dwa balkony) tu byliśmy mile zaskoczeni. Przy zameldowaniu recepcja proponuje wykupienie opcji VIP - 70$ za osobę, w tej opcji jest możliwość przebywania w lobby VIP (chłodniej, mniej ludzi) przejażdżka konno, kolacja na plaży, bezpłatne wifi, przedłużona doba hotelowa do 18.00 jeżeli komuś na tym zależy ale nie warto (sąsiedzi wytargowali 45$ za dwie osoby - chcieli zostać dłużej w pokoju). Wymeldowanie jest o godzinie 12.00 (trzeba opuścić pokój) ale pozostałe opcje all inclisuve działają do momentu opuszczenia hotelu. Nie ma bezpłatnego Wifi (jest to wpisane w ofertę Itaka) ale i tak jest to jest dziwne jak na hotel 5*- najlepiej wykupić na lotnisku kartę. Plaża duża, po wyjściu z hotelu po prawej stronie jest bar i tam leżaki zajęte od samego rana a po lewej zajęte 3 leżaki. Długie molo, które prowadzi na rafę koralową, można nurkować, snurkować albo patrzeć z pomostu. Przy plaży morze sięga najwyżej do pasa, długo w głąb jest płytko. Pływają przy samym brzegu nieduże płaszczki. W barze przy plaży przekąski, pizza, hamburgery, ciasta, drinki, piwo. Jedzenie dobre, urozmaicone, niczego nie brakowało, w ciągu tygodnia raz podano arbuza, którego wydzielano po dwa plastry na głowę. Inne owoce dostępne non stop. Można u kelnera zamówić cole, fantę, wino i te trunki kelner podaje do stołu. Płatne są soki świeżo wyciskane i smoothie z owoców (2$). Niedobra kawa, smakowała okropnie niestety. Obsługa miła, nienachalna. Ogólnie polecam, jest czysto, hotel jest zadbany. Nie mieliśmy problemów żołądkowych. Mocno wieje, z plaży można popatrzeć na osoby, które uprawiają kitesurfing.

Mój pobyt w hotelu uważam za bardzo udany, na samym wejściu przywitała nas bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Przytulny i zadbany hotel, znakomita lokalizacja- okolica czysta i bezpieczna. Hotel świetnie wyposażony, pokoje zmodernizowane. Dostępne wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, dużo przestrzeni do socjalizacji. Posiłki serwowane w hotelu to czysta poezja, codziennie zadziwiało nas coś nowego, pyszna i świeża żywność, rozmaitość kulturowa. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje basen, który był codziennie czyszczony oraz animatorzy i atrakcję, które zapewniali każdego dnia. Przyjemnie było się zrelaksować w takim miejscu. Reasumując jestem pod wrażeniem sterylności panującej w hotelu oraz całego personelu, który nie stronił od pomocy. Jestem już, któryś raz w Egipcie i nigdy nie byłam tak usatysfakcjonowana hotelem i całościową organizacją wyjazdu, dlatego nie mogłam odpuścić sobie napisania opinii.

Hotel wspaniały blisko lotniska,tuż przy plaży z piękną rafą i tysiącem ryb. Jedzenie dobre ,duży wybór, owoce morza i pyszny grill. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny! Polecam!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w hotelu. Duże pokoje, wygodne łóżka, dobre oświetlenie.Lodówka. Czyściutko. Codziennie zmieniane białe ręczniki oraz pościel. Sprawna klimatyzacja . donoszona woda do picia. Duże balkony - ja miałam z widokiem na morze:) Zadbane trawniki, kwiaty, cała roślinność. Codziennie można było wymienić ręczniki kąpielowe. Czysta woda w basenie. Donoszone drinki, napoje. Wygodne leżaki. Wszędzie czyściutko. Czuwający ratownicy. Bardzo życzliwa obsługa w recepcji, na stołówce. Dania orentalne. Wspaniałe wyżywienie!! Nocne koncerty, które rozkręcali młodzi ludzie ( animacja). Dyskoteki. SPA. Czułam się tak, jakby każdy się cieszył, że tu jestem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna pod każdym względem. Z całą pewnością będę polecać innym ten hotel, w którym każdy ma szansę wypocząć, marzyć i cieszyć się słoneczną chwilą.

Paradise beach - Sharm El Luli — snorkeling on one of the most beautiful beaches of Marsa Alam.
