Ogromny plus za wode mineralna w dystrybutorach oraz robienie z niej lodu dla gości.Plaża czyściutka, animatorzy zapewniają wiele rozrywki. Jedyny minus to możliwość korzystania z WiFi oraz wody butelkowanej po wykupieniu pakietu VIP .

W lobby i całym hotelu brak internetu, woda limitowana to są minusy. Jedzenie czystość oceniam dobrze. Obsługa bardzo dobrze , w szczególności pana pokojqwgo Ali ,który opiekował się naszym 2931 pokojem . Mimo wszystko polecam Hotel.

Jedyny minus to brak WiFi bezpłatnego i na dzień dobry propozycja podwyższenia standardu pobytu za 70 dolarów za osobę - to takie niepotrzebne niemile doświadczenie ale … nie dałyśmy się naciągnąć i mimo to miałyśmy super pokój w super miejscu więc nie wiem po co taka presja na dzień dobry. Polecam z czystym sumieniem hotel jest super !

Moja opinia !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nie polecam!!!! Złośliwa nieuprzejma obsługa recepcji. Przyjechaliśmy na wakacje z rodziną mieliśmy dwie Osobne rezerwację w hotelu Casa Mare , O godzinie dwudziestej pierwszej nam proponują pokój czteroosobowy co Jest nienormalna dwie rodziny nie mogę spać w jednym pokoju!!!!! Gdzie po awanturze zrobiło jeszcze jeszcze gorzej . W momencie jak dostaliśmy pokój, kuzynkę z partnerem wywieziono do innego hotelu wmawiając że zgodzili się na upgrade nie mówiąc po angielsku. Odseparowano nas i zabroniono nam spotkania się. Nieuprzejma obsługa mówi że nic nie wie i proszę o kontakt z Itaka. Nie wiemy jak przetrwać te dwa tygodnie Masakra Jak la łatwo zrobić z wakacji piekło

Hotel położony w kompleksie dwóch hoteli na pustyni wokół niczego idealny na tygodniowy pobyt z rodziną. Obiekt czysty,obsługa bardzo miła,molo wypuszczone w rafę koralową 700 m od brzegu. Ok 300 m od brzegu woda po kolana dla osób podróżujących z małymi dzieci idealne warunki. Obok hotelu jest drugi hotel Casa Mare Blue niestety goście z tego hotelu mogą przechodzić do Casa Mare ale na odwrót już nie co jest lekko niesprawiedliwe. Podobno Casa Mare Blue jest tylko dla dorosłych aczkolwiek widzieliśmy tam dzieci. Pobyt oceniam na 5+. Wielkim minusem jest niestety lobby oraz restauracja gdzie nie działa klimatyzacja i jest po prostu gorąco ale z drugiej strony człowiek leci tam żeby było naprawdę ciepło. Jeżeli ktoś planuje pobyt w Egipcie i nie jest zainteresowany wycieraczkami tylko wczasami na miejscu to jest to hotel idealny patrząc na stosunek jakości do ceny. Nie polecam zakupu pakietu VIP za 70 dolarów za osobę choć mi zaproponowano 140 dolarów na 4 osoby. W pakiecie oprócz pokoju z widokiem na basen lub morze gdzie jest gwar i nic więcej nie dostajesz. Pokoje rodzinne duże ok 70 m kwadratowych spójnie pomieszczą 4-5 osobowa rodzinę. Internet w cenie biura podróży działa tylko w pokoju hotelowym bez najmniejszego problemu. Jeżeli chcesz mieć neta wszędzie musisz zapłacić 20 dolarów za osobę. Ja osobiście wykupiłem pakiet w Polsce u swojego operatora za 79 zł i miałem swój internet gdzie chciałem i kiedy chciałem. Wszystkie informacje są dostępne w języku polskim oraz obsługa porozumiewa się również po polsku. Dogadanie nie stanowi jakiegoś problemu nawet dla osób nie znających żadnego języka!

Sam hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze. Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Jedzenia dużo i urozmaicone (pyszne śniadania). Baseny duże i nawet w czasie największego obłożenia, zawsze znaleźliśmy wolny leżak. Bliskość plaży i pięknej rafy kolarowej zachwyca! Obsługa mówi po angielsku i bardzo często również po polsku. Wszyscy są bardzo pomocni i mili. Na niektórych rzeczach widać jednak oszczędzają, tj. nie włączone fontanny przy basenach, woda butelkowana limitowana, płatny internet. brak klimatyzaji w recepcji i lobby Pokoje z widokiem na morze/basen są super, ale wiele do życzenia pozostawia widok dla pokoi z wyjściem "na ogród". Ogród może okazać się złomowiskiem starych, zużytych leżaków i parasoli. Ogólenie , gdy masz pokój z lepszym widokiem i wykupioną opcję VIM, to nie ma na co narzekać.

Baseny czyściutkie, pięknie oświetlone noca. Jedzenia bardzo dużo. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Mało przyjemne jest picie drinków przy basenie z plastikowych kubków. Myślę, że spowodowane to jest ze względów bezpieczeństwa aby uniknąć szkla w razie potłuczonej szklanki w okolicy nasenu. Ogólnie hotel bardzo sympatyczny a obsługa bardzo miła mimo wielu godzina pracy. Polecam

Udane wakacje. Hotel nie jest nowy ale spełnia oczekiwania w relacji do ceny. Duży pokój rodzinny. Jedzenie smaczne. Obsługa w porządku , szczególnie jeśli nie zapomnicie o napiwku. Jedyny minusy to kolejki za napojami w barach oraz za mało parasoli dających cień przy basenie (po 8.30 właściwie zostają tylko miejsca w słońcu).

Piękna rafa koralowa i wspaniałe rybki po pokonaniu pomostu o długości ok. 800m. Hotel i pokoje w porządku, codziennie sprzątane, klimatyzacja działająca bez zarzutu, miła obsługa, absolutnie nie narzucająca się. Wyżywienie zróżnicowane, ale niedoprawione, cukierniczo - świetne. Baseny wielkie, nie zatłoczone, ale już o 7 rano niestety brak leżaków, które potem przez większość dnia służą do "przechowywania" ręczników. Na plus to, że obsługa hotelowa staje na wysokości zadania i stara się znaleźć jakieś leżaki dla gości pojawiających się później na basenie. Szkoda, że leżaki nie są myte/przecierane każdego ranka. Brakowało mi ogólnodostępnych napojów - proponowałabym wstawić dystrybutory z wodą, słodkimi napojami, colą itd. jako ogólnodostępne non stop i samoobsługowe, jak bywa to w hotelach w Bułgarii. Bardzo dobra restauracja a la carte oraz restauracja przy plaży z przekąskami i daniami obiadowymi. Plaża przy hotelu praktycznie pusta, ze względu na niski poziom wody - do kostek, praktycznie do długości mola, chyba, że był przypływ, wtedy nieco lepiej. Hotel jako cały kompleks wygląda ładnie , plaża super lecz jak rano nie polezysz w morzu to później trzeba iść kilometr bo są odpływy , leżaki ręczniki parasole oceniam na 4 /6 , jedzenie dobre , piwo , wino bardzo dobre natomiast drinki sam bimber nie za dobry alkohol . Rezerwacja rezerwacja w biurze Itaki a w rzeczywistości na miejscu jest inaczej mieliśmy w rezerwacji dwa osobne pokoje z łazienkami a dostaliśmy dwa pokoje z jedną łazienka jeden pokój łóżko małżeńskie a drugi pokój dwa podwójne i tak nam pani z Itaki zafundowała rezerwacje z wakacjami , w recepcji jak nie masz dolarów to nawet nie podchodź wszędzie i wszyscy chcą tylko żebyś płacil chociaż wszystko miało być zapłacone zarezerwowane w biurze Itaka , wielkie rozczarowanie najlepiej panie pracujące tam niech na własnej skórze się przekonają jak jest a później oferują wczasy , pokój z widokiem na budowę szczekające psy i pracownicy koszący trawnik tak wygląda All inclusive pokój supervisor śmiech , panie z Itaki powinny się wstydzić oferować i przedstawiać takie oszustwo .

Hotel spełniał moje oczekiwania, obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie- bardzo pomocna , uprzejma i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Wyżywienie urozmaicone, bardzo duży wybór, bemary na bieżąco uzupełniane, stoliki przygotowane starannie. Dwa dość spore baseny z barami oraz basen ze zjeżdżalniami dla dzieci. Plaża czysta i sprzątana regularnie, molo tuż przy hotelowej plaży , bogata fauna i florą stanowiła wspaniała atrakcję dla miłośników snurkowania. Jedynym minusem były animacje- słabo zorganizowane. Ogólnie obiekt warty polecenia.

Wyjazd bardzo udany. Pokoje duże i czyste . Obsługa miła i pomocna. Teren hotelu rozległy i zadbany, piękna zieleń nawet w sierpniu. Bardzo długie molo zakończone kilkoma ławkami z zejściem do morza ( rafy ) - pod stałą opieką ratowników. Rafa koralowa blisko i piękna. My nawet trafialiśmy codziennie żółwia morskiego. Centrum nurkowe na miejscu można się dogadać przy minimalnej znajomości j. angielskiego . Ważne!!! Zdjęcia z katalogu Itaki pokazują jak gdyby był to inny hotel. W rzeczywistości hotel wygląda nieporównywalnie lepiej. Dwie strefy basenów jedna dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi ze zjeżdżalniami- ten basen ze zjeżdżalniami . Druga spokojniejsza.
