To była moja druga wizyta w Casa Blue i po raz kolejny wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel, plaża, obsługa – zarówno w hotelu, jak i na plaży – spełniły moje oczekiwania. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, różnorodne i każdego dnia oferowało coś nowego, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ośrodek to idealne miejsce dla osób szukających zarówno aktywnego wypoczynku, jak i spokoju. Dzień pełen animacji czy wieczorne imprezy dla chętnych, a dla tych, którzy wolą ciszę, spokojniejsze zakątki, w których można się zrelaksować. Casa Blue jest dużym ośrodkiem, co daje możliwość wyboru atmosfery w zależności od potrzeb. Baseny, czysta plaża i obsługa, która nie tylko dba o każdy szczegół, ale również jest bardzo miła – nawet ogrodnicy pytali, czy wszystko w porządku, i uśmiechali się do gości. Pokoje były zadbane, regularnie sprzątane. Zdecydowanie jest to miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę i które mogę polecić każdemu, kto szuka odpoczynku na wysokim poziomie.

Casa Blue to miejsce odpoczynku dla dorosłych osób, bo formuła +12 to zapewnia. Wysoki poziom świadczonych usług. Bardzo dobre wyżywienie, soki naturalne do każdego posiłku, kawa parzona w ekspresach kolbowych, różnorodne drinki na dobrych alkoholach. Przepyszne ciasta, fontanna czekoladowa z truskawkami i bezami. Wieczorem różnego rodzaju występy i czas na tańce. W czasie naszego 11 dniowego pobytu były trzy różne wokalistki, pani pięknie grająca na instrumentach dentych blaszanych. Teren obiektu w pięknie utrzymanej zieleni. Ciepła woda w trzech dużych basenach. Przy basenach bary, w tym jeden działający do godziny 23 i dodatkowo muszę wspomnieć, że można było w nim się kapać do późnego wieczora. Wszystkie leżaki nowe i w wystarczającej ilości. W pokojach wszystkie niezbędne kosmetyki w dyfuzorach. Ponadto szlafroki kąpielowe, kapcie, szczotki i pasta do zębów, maszynka do golenia, gąbka do mycia i wiele innych dodatków. W pokoju jest lodówka z napojami w puszkach. I jak dla mnie najważniejsze to to, ze darmowy internet jest wszędzie. Można oglądać filmy, dzwonić przez komunikatory bez żadnego zacinania. Bardzo miła i troskliwa obsługa wszystkich pracowników. Mąż dostał tort na urodziny, pomimo braku informacji z naszej strony. W pokoju był przygotowany, przez pana sprzątającego, baner, balony i kwiaty. To było bardzo miłe. Był to nasz piętnasty pobyt w Egipcie i zdecydowanie najlepszy!

Podczas wyjazdu śmiałam się do swojego partnera, że tutaj nawet trawa przycinana jest od linijki. Kelnerzy profesjonalni i przemili, pomimo natłoku pracy często można było zobaczyć ich z uśmiechem na twarzy. Plaża przecudowna, morze zaparło mi dech w piersiach. Pobyt w Casa Blue Luxury Resort sprawił, ze naładowałam w pełni baterie i wciąż nim oczarowana planuję kolejną podróż z Itaką.

Hotel zasługujący na pięć gwiazdek. Czysty, położony przy plaży, ze znakomitą obsługą począwszy od recepcji, poprzez kelnerów, barmanów, panów na basenie, panów sprzątających a kończąc na wspaniałym teamie animatorów z polską animatorką Magdą, osobą bardzo życzliwą i pomocną. Cztery baseny, w tym dwa z podgrzewaną wodą co w marcu dla niektórych gości stanowi jedyną możliwość kąpieli - woda w morzu dla zmarzluchów jednak zimna. Teren hotelu zadbany i jak na hotel w Egipcie w miarę zwarty co stanowi duży plus - wszędzie blisko. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne w głównej restauracji. Gorzej z restauracją na plaży. Niesympatyczni kelnerzy i kolacja owoce morza niesmaczna - wyjątek stanowiła zupa krem - przepyszna. Dużym plusem hotelu jest jest bliskość lotniska, transfer to około 20 minut. Kolejny wielki plus to fakt, że Casa Blue to hotel dla gości powyżej 12-go roku, bez krzyczących dzieci i biegających za nimi rodzicami. Jest cicho i przyjemnie. Polecam osobom ceniącym spokój i dobrą obsługę.

Hotel czysty i zadbany, obsługa bardzo dba o jego otoczenie i wygląd. Wieczorem wszystko jest pięknie podświetlone, całość wystroju jest spójna i sprawia wrażenie spokoju i luksusu. W pokojach brak zawieszek nie przeszkadzać więc codziennie do drzwi puka obsługa sprzątająca, co jest raczej uciążliwe. Wyżywienie all inclusive na pozór bardzo bogate ale monotonne i niedoprawione ale ostatecznie nikt nie wyjdzie głodny. Dodatkowe restauracje w hotelu są ciekawe ale nie polecamy włoskiej, widać że kucharze sie na niej po prostu nie znają. Restauracja orientalna spełniła nasze oczekiwania, do japońskiej nie zajrzeliśmy po ocenie jakości sushi podanej na jednej z normalnych kolacji. Obsługa w trakcie posiłków bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża piękna, na długim odcinku jest bardzo płytka więc raczej nie do pływania. Cudowny długi pomost, świetny na kilka spacerów, na końcu możliwość zanurkowania i obejrzenia rafy. Na plaży leżaki i parawany, fajny bar. Baseny na bogato, ciepłe i zimne, do opalania i sportu. Obsługa basenowa fantastyczna (szczególnie jak dostaną napiwek). Pan chętnie przynosi drinki, wymienia ręczniki, ustawia leżaki w dogodnym miejscu. Po środku basenu bar ze stołeczkami. Codziennie wieczorem na patio muzyka na żywo, można potańczyć i pośpiewać. Trzeba pamiętać, że to Egipt ze swoją specyficzną kulturą dawania napiwków i nagabywania na każdym kroku. W tym hotelu nie było aż tak źle ale mimo wszystko było uciążliwe dla osób które pragną świętego spokoju. Pobyt oceniam na raczej udany ale bez zachwytu:)
