Very colorful, built on a grand scale, with a typically holiday, cheerful architecture, it is a paradise for all tourists, including the youngest. It encourages with an excellent standard of services, delicious cuisine and great fun - all in a nice, well-kept environment and beautiful interiors, decorated with elegant marbles. A great pool complex and water park are a great attraction and entertainment for the whole family! Superb holiday atmosphere and a lot of joy for the whole family, lots of attractions from morning to evening! The hotel guests can use the infrastructure of the Titanic Palace Resort hotel. In 2022, the hotel received ITAKA's SAIL for the highest quality of services.

Przepiękny hotel, mnóstwo miejsca żeby sobie usiąść i wypić kawę czy drinka. Pokoje zadbane, codziennie sprzątane. Lodówka na bieżąco uzupełniana wodą oraz napojami gazowanymi. Kilka basenów z podgrzewaną wodą, 8 zjeżdżalni, zarówno jeżdżą dzieci jak i dorośli oraz rwąca rzeka z pontonem, także dzieci były non stop zajęte atrakcjami. Duży basen z podgrzewaną wodą i sztuczną falą. Na zjeżdżalniach jest obsługa, która ciągle pilnuje bezpieczeństwa, koło basenów wszędzie są ratownicy. Pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie, owoce morza, mięso, ryby, lokalne dania oraz liczne restauracje. Dodatkowo można było korzystać z hotelu obok, który był równie duży i piękny. Nawet jak przyszło się pod koniec obiadu czy kolacji nigdy niczego nie brakowało, wszystko na bieżąco było uzupełniane. Dzieci również miały w czym wybierać. Na śniadanie świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Duża ilość stolików, nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca przy stole. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta, przynosili leżaki, nie czekali aż ktoś poprosi tylko od razu pomagali. Napiwki mile widziane, za ich uczynność, uśmiech, żart aż chciało im się ten napiwek dać, byli przesympatyczni co jeszcze bardziej umilało nam pobyt. Pracownicy uczą się j.polskiego, aż chce się tam wracać jeżeli słyszę „będę za wami tęsknić” w j.polskim :-). Plaża duża, przy leżakach są parasole i parawany. Hotel posiada duże molo, z którego można podziwiać pływające ryby, widzieliśmy skrzydlicę, barrakudy czy małe ośmiorniczki. Przy plaży jest rafą koralowa, można snurkować, na pomoście zawsze był pracownik, który służył pomocą. Na terenie hotelu są 2 duże żółwie i kilka malutkich, które można było wziąć do ręki i karmić. Na miejscu można kupić różne wycieczki. Były to dla nas cudowne wakacje, które będziemy długo i mile wspominać :-)

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest naprawdę świetny. Baseny z ciepłą wodą pozwalają na komfortowy relaks o każdej porze dnia. Pokoje są po niedawnym remoncie – gustownie urządzone, czyste i przytulne. Jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne, a dodatkowym plusem jest możliwość korzystania z restauracji oraz atrakcji sąsiedniego hotelu Titanic Palace, z którym obiekt jest połączony wygodnym przejściem. Serdecznie polecam!

Na starcie mieliśmy problemy z prądem w pokoju. Obsługa hotelowa nie była pomocna i mimo że była późna noc to nie kwapili się by szybko rozwiązać problem. Przez co wykończeni po podróży, głodni i nie umyci musieliśmy spać w pokoju bez klimatyzacji i światła. .Ogólnie obsługa hotelu to katastrofa , większość pracowników pracuje bo musi i liczą tylko na napiwki , stoją nad tobą i czekają aż wyciągniesz rękę z banknotem. Ten hotel już dawno zapomniał co to jest szacunek dla klienta i o stosunku jakości do ceny. Bo idzie tu tylko o ilość nie o jakość. Na plus tylko plaża i zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci

Jak na 6 raz w Egipcie do tej pory nic nam nie było tzn nie strulismy się a tu cała rodzina wymiotywala i miała rozwolnienie masakra... Kolacja była o 18.30 a nie 18

Spędziliśmy niesamowity tydzień w tym hotelu i z czystym sumieniem możemy go polecić każdemu, kto szuka relaksu, słońca i doskonałej obsługi. Pokoje były przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Szczególnie przypadły nam do gustu dania kuchni lokalnej. Obsługa restauracji przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje również zespół animatorów – codziennie organizowali ciekawe zajęcia i wieczorne show, które było naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Plaża czysta, morze ciepłe i pełne kolorowych rybek – idealne miejsce do snurkowania. Z pewnością jeszcze tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy całemu personelowi za cudowne wakacje!

Hotel w porządku, jednak w mojej opini jest to max 4* W pokojach widać niedociągnięcia, mieliśmy pokój 2osobowy-wg oficjalnej strony hotelu był to Classic. W budynku przed remontem. Pierwszego dnia zakwaterowano nas w takim samym pokoju, ale z bezpośrednim wejściem do basenu, kolejnego dnia dostaliśmy propozycję albo płacimy 15$/dzień za ten pokój albo przenosimy się do tego, który mieliśmy faktycznie wykupiony. Panowie od sprzątania są bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Minibarek był uzupełniany w wodę i napoje gazowane. Jedzenie dobre, każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie. W głównej restauracji czystość na średnim poziomie. Na plaży jedzenie smaczne. Restauracje a’la carte na zapisy, z tym że jak ktoś jedzie na tydzień to na lepsze restauracje (włoska, grill, japońska) nie ma co liczyć, bo wszystkie terminy zajęte. Jest też kilka a la carte bez zapisów to zdecydowanie polecam chińską- wszystko było bardzo dobre. Napoje bezalkoholowe z dystrybutorów, jednak niekiedy czuć zapach chemii, jakby nie spłukane szklanki, kilkukrotnie zwracaliśmy napoje obsłudze i informowaliśmy o problemie. Kawy średniej jakości, żeby napić się dobrej kawy trzeba iść do baru w Titanic Palace lub kupić w Starbucks albo innej płatnej kawiarni. Baseny czyste, woda podgrzewana w głównym basenie oraz dziecięcym. Ze znalezieniem miejsca przy basenie nie było problemu, a było podobno maksymalne obłożenie hotelu. Za rzeczy takie jak: wata cukrowa, popcorn, lepsze owoce (np. arbuz, truskawka) trzeba dodatkowo płacić po 2-3$. Podsumowując, hotel swoje najlepsze lata ma już za sobą. Na plus, że można korzystać z infrastruktury hotelu obok- Titanic Palace.

Obsługa nie naganna cały czas do dyspozycji gości.Cudowna plaża z pełną obsługą począwszy od znalezienia miejsca i leżaków skończywszy na drinkach i jedzeniu. Oczywiście nikt głodny nie będzie chodził ale widać mocne oszczędności Jedzenie niskiej klasy , nieestetyczny sposób podawania trochę jak dla spędu świnek , owoców morza praktycznie brak , Ew ryba na kolację , słabe owoce typu jabłka gruszki pomarańcza W innych hotelach były melony arbuzy ananasy , owoce morza na lunch i kolację Napoje gazowane Ok zamiast soków takie z podajnika napoje z koncentratu a alkohol każdy miał podobny chemiczny smak Bardzo niska jakość Wina w ogóle nie dało się pić Co do czystości również personel podchodzi dosyć luźno Codziennie po 8 rano pokojowy pytał czy sprzątać pokój ? Bardzo gorąco polecam ten hotel. Ogromnym plusem tego obiektu jest bliskość plaży. Bardzo czyste pokoje można zauważyć, że nie dawno odbył się w nich lifting. Meble i wyposażenie są wykonane w nowoczesnym stylu. Personel hotelowy i obsługa również jak najbardziej miła i pomocna dla gości. Wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone, jedynie pewne potrawy mogły by być bardziej doprawione, ale to kwestia gustu i smaku oraz standardów jakie muszą być zachowane. Animacje i program różnego rodzaju show również bardzo interesujący. Polecam.
