Hotel Jasmine Palace Resort to stary hotel z trzema rodzajami pokojów: Standard - pokoj na -1 gwiazdek jednym słowem syf, brud i malaria (zostałem tam zakwaterowany z rodzina i dopiero po awanturze przenieśli mnie do pokoju luxury. Superior - pokój na max 3 gwiazdki. Luxury pokój po remoncie w tym roku na max 4 gwiazdki. Administracja hotelu czyli manager i cala recepcja pomogą dopiero po grożeniu wystawieniem wszędzie złych opinii. Za zmianę pokoju chcieli wyłudzić 90 usd za dobę. Dopiero interwencji rezydenta zmienili bez opłaty. Natomiast obsługa kelnerska, ratownicy ogólnie ludzie, z którymi w czasie wakacji widzieliśmy się codziennie bardzo mili i pomocni. Plaża ładna przy samym hotelu. Jedzenie dobre, ale restauracje a' la carte to jakiś żart. Strata czasu.

Dla nas najlepszy byl basen tylko dla dorosłych blisko naszego pokoju, spokoj, cisza. Plaża piękna, ale akurat był odpływ i bardzo duża płycizna była. Wieczorem codziennie jakieś show, animatorzy zabierają gości na dyskotekę na zewnątrz hotelu. Tam z nimi zostają i potem wracają. Obsługa cudowna. Naprawdę wspaniale wakacje.

Do tego pięknie utrzymany zielony ogród naokoło z alejkami. Pokoje czysciutkie i w europejskim standardzie. Wszystko super zadbane. Do tego bardzo duża ilość personelu, która cały dzień obsługuje i pilnuje porządku. Naprawdę bardzo czysto.

Jedzenie daje do życzenia ..śniadania ok obiady zimne monotonne ,kolację tak samo najniżej ocenione przeze mnie po 3 dniach wróciliśmy do ,,polskich śniadań czyli bułki ,jajko ser itp, napoje typu cola fanta Sprite tak słodkie że mdli po wypiciu jednej szklanki . Brakowało nam drinków egzotycznych w naszym przypadku bezalkoholowych ,,mamy porównanie do hotelu casa Blue . Animacje 3 . Położenie hotelu nie najgorsze ale do centrum kawałek .Minusem jest rozbudowa hotelu bądź budowa obok czegoś ...za żywopłotem słychać pracę koparek i innych sprzętów dla kogoś kto dłużej śpi jest to mało komfortowe,nam też troszkę to przeszkadzało leżąc na basenie . A i jeszcze jedno mieliśmy pokój 4123 w toalecie było czuć przez cały pobyt zapach szamba na szczęście nie było tego czuć w pokoju.Oaly pobyt oceniamy na 4.5 pogoda była cudna towarzystwo mąż córka idealne więc wynagrodziło nam to małe niedogodności ...mimo wszystko polecam hotel i może kiedyś poprawia to co jest na maly minus .My na pewno z itaka bedziemy podrozowac bo transfery opieka rezydenta jrst zawsze na najwyzszym poziomie i tu mocna 6 Pozdrawiamy serdecznie

Odwiedziłam ten hotel po raz drugi, z uwagi na bardzo dobre jedzenie, codziennie inna kuchnia świata. Pokoje oraz inne przestrzenie hotelu codziennie sprzątane. Pokoje przestronne, klimatyzacja sprawna. Woda butelkowana w pokojach pod dostatkiem. Dźwięki z części rozrywkowo restauracyjne, nie niosą się po hotelu. Duża plaża i sporą ilość basenów, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, włącznie ze strefą ciszy. Obsługa bardzo miła, a zieleń bardzo zadbana. Na terenie hotelu jest dyskoteka i inne rozrywki.

Plaża blisko hotelu, ładna rafa koralowa - można snurkować. Wyżywienie różnorodne, można wybrać coś dla siebie. Polecam bar przy plaży. Można tu odpocząć.

To miejsce wybrane nie przypadkiem- jako miłośnicy zieleni szukaliśmy w Egipcie hotelu, który zachwyci nas infrastrukturą, zwracaliśmy uwagę zarówno na rafę, ogród jak i baseny oraz architekturę. Nasze oczekiwania zostały przebite i pierwszy raz mogę z czystym sumieniem wystawić maksymalną ocenę obiektowi w którym się zatrzymaliśmy. Orientalny styl hotelu w połączeniu z nowoczesnością robił niemałe wrażenie- pokój był przestronny i dobrze wyposażony, a w chwilach największego upału stawa się oazą (ze względu na klimatyzację). Mnogość basenów, leżaków przy nich pozwalały na znalezienie sobie dogodnego miejsca każdemu gościowi. Jedne akweny były bardziej imprezowe ze względu na animacje lub zjeżdżalnie, inne spokojne, jak np. basen tylko dla dorosłych, co było dla nas miłym zaskoczeniem. Wszystko to w otoczeniu zadbanego ogrodu- piękne kwiaty, krzewy o rozmaitych kształtach, idealnie przycięta trawa, która pod stopami była niczym aksamitny dywan. Na plaży wystarczająca ilość miejsca na relaks, ale i snorkling- płytka woda, niemal przezroczysta, z malutkimi krabami i rafą. To także idealne miejsce na wieczorny chill, bo na miejscu znajdziecie m.in. instagramowe huśtawki. Na ogromne pochwały zasługuje cała obsługa hotelu- od recepcji, przez kelnerów, kucharzy po ogrodników i osoby sprzątające. Nie spotkaliśmy się z żadną nachalnością, każdy był bardzo uprzejmy i z wysoką kulturą odnosił się do gości, a każda prośba była załatwiana od ręki. Czas na WISIENKĘ na torcie, czyli jedzenie... Mogłabym się tutaj rozpływać i cała recenzja by została zdominowana fuzją smaków, które miały miejsce w Jasmine Palace podczas 7 dniowego pobytu. Zamiast tego napiszę wprost: kolacje to raj dla podniebienia... Pierś z grilla, krewetki, sushi, orientalne potrawy (np. curry, chlebki egipskie), mnogość deserów nie do spamiętania, lody, popcorn, ciasta i ciasteczka. Nie powiem- śniadani i lunch oraz snack bary (jest ich aż 3!) nie dostawały zanadto, bo ogromny wybór i różnorodność sprawił, że każdego dnia jedliśmy coś innego i bardzo smacznego, jednak te kolacje... BĘDĘ TĘSKNIĆ. Podsumowując- znaleźliśmy to czego szukaliśmy, czyli hotel na wysokim poziomie dopasowany pod potrzeby zarówno osób spokojnych (jak my) jak i rodziny z dziećmi, czy imprezowiczów- miejsce jest tutaj dla każdego.

Po zameldowaniu w hotelu okazalo sie ze mam slabo posprzątany pokoj (folia pod szafką, wlosy w brodziku). Natomiast sam pokój w porzadku, wykonczenie typowo egipskie np, fugi silikonowe o szerokosci 2cm, wydajna klimatyzatycja. TV tylko po arabsku (2 kanaly po niemiecku i rosyjsku). Często (nie tylko u nas) zdarzają sie problemy z kartami do wejścia). Baseny zadbane, czyszczone codziennie, podczas mojego pobytu dwukrotnie widzialem firme pobierającą próbki wody. Niestety zajmowanie leżaków to standart a trochę strach je zostawiać bo mogą zostać przełożone albo zniknąć calkiem. Koszt to kilkanaście euro za taki ręcznik. Minus za brak internetu w pokojach, ale w lobby duzo kanap, więc można odpocząć i korzystać tam. Jedzenie naprawdę dobre i spory wybór, zawsze znajdziesz coś dla siebie, obsługa naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Miejsce raczej do spokojnego wypoczynku, jest dyskoteka ale niewiele osób z niej korzysta. Life hack: zabierz ze sobą sporo jednodolarówek, ułatwiają życie ;-)
