Posiłki dostosowane do każdego (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, do swojej diety), różnorodne. Obsługa hotelowa i personel bardzo mili, pomocni i bardzo uprzejmi! Co wieczór było jakieś show, które umilało czas po kolacji. Hotel ma własną plażę przy hotelu. Wejście do morza piaszczyste i bardzo łagodne. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyboru hotelu i każdemu bardzo go polecam.

Hotel w częściach wspólnych, pokój - bardzo czyste i często sprzątane. Tereny zielone wokół basenów i dojście do plaży - niezwykle (szczególnie w tym nieustannym upale) zielone, zadbane, ukwiecone. Niestety, kuchnia fatalna Niby szeroka oferta różnych dań a tak naprawdę wszystko bardzo podobne, niedoprawione, często twarde mięso, nieświeże pieczywo, mało owoców… Nawet w tzw. restauracjach a’la carte (też w ramach all inclusive) też te same smaki i te same uwagi plus niespodzianki na minus - pizza mrożona!

Ocean ogólna pozytywna. Na pewno minusem jest jedzenie. Jest różnorodne jednak tłuste i niektórym pozycją brak smaku. Potrawy robione na świeżo, omlety czy naleśniki zdecydowanie wpływają na lepsze odczucia jedzeniowe. Jeśli chodzi o restauracje a’la carte to tylko chińska ma coś wspólnego z tematyką azji (włoskiej nie polecam). Wystrój pokoju na plus obsługa świetna żadnych problemów przy sprzątaniu, baseny czyste tak samo jak cały resort codziennie wieczory tematyczne. Animatorzy bardzo mili oprócz młodej blondynki. Jeśli chodzi o drinki słabe ale to przez jakość lokalnego alkoholu. Dla wielbicieli snorkelingu plaża na plus. Całość resortu 7/10

Hotel pomimo widocznego zużycia na przestrzeni lat robi wspaniałe wrażenie. Po zdjęciach obawiałem się, że będzie to typowy hotelowy moloch, lecz na miejscu okazało się, że jest zupełnie inaczej. Mnóstwo miejsca zarówno do odpoczynku jak i do aktywnego spędzania czasu. Obsługa niezwykle pomocna, zawsze gotowa, żeby odpowiedzieć na każde pytanie. Remont w jednym z budynków w czasie mojego pobytu (22.08.24-30.08.24) był prowadzony z pełnym poszanowaniem dla gości i niemalże bez szmerów. Baseny, restauracje, plaża i wreszcie pokoje sprzątane na bieżąco i z ogromną starannością, co jak wspomniałem nie należy do łatwych czynności przez wzgląd na zużycie hotelu. Pomimo widocznego wieku pobyt był niesamowitym doświadczeniem. Hotel przeznaczony głównie dla osób, które nie chcą opuszczać hotelu na własną rękę, gdyż umiejscowiony jest dość daleko od centrum, co oczywiście można uznać za wadę, lecz nie dla mnie. W czasie mojego pobytu nie zabrakło dla nikogo ani posiłków, ani napojów, a co najważniejsze dla wczasowiczów nie brakowało ani razu leżaków zarówno na plaży jak i przy basenach. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

Hotel Jasmine Palace Resort to stary hotel z trzema rodzajami pokojów: Standard - pokoj na -1 gwiazdek jednym słowem syf, brud i malaria (zostałem tam zakwaterowany z rodzina i dopiero po awanturze przenieśli mnie do pokoju luxury. Superior - pokój na max 3 gwiazdki. Luxury pokój po remoncie w tym roku na max 4 gwiazdki. Administracja hotelu czyli manager i cala recepcja pomogą dopiero po grożeniu wystawieniem wszędzie złych opinii. Za zmianę pokoju chcieli wyłudzić 90 usd za dobę. Dopiero interwencji rezydenta zmienili bez opłaty. Natomiast obsługa kelnerska, ratownicy ogólnie ludzie, z którymi w czasie wakacji widzieliśmy się codziennie bardzo mili i pomocni. Plaża ładna przy samym hotelu. Jedzenie dobre, ale restauracje a' la carte to jakiś żart. Strata czasu.

Dla nas najlepszy byl basen tylko dla dorosłych blisko naszego pokoju, spokoj, cisza. Plaża piękna, ale akurat był odpływ i bardzo duża płycizna była. Wieczorem codziennie jakieś show, animatorzy zabierają gości na dyskotekę na zewnątrz hotelu. Tam z nimi zostają i potem wracają. Obsługa cudowna. Naprawdę wspaniale wakacje.

Serdecznie polecam ten hotel. Umiejscowiony na dużej przestrzeni ciągnący się aż do plaży. Wzdłuż przez środek jest umiejscowionych wiele basenów, które zapewniają przestrzeń dla użytkowników. Do tego pięknie utrzymany zielony ogród naokoło z alejkami. Pokoje czysciutkie i w europejskim standardzie. Wszystko super zadbane. Do tego bardzo duża ilość personelu, która cały dzień obsługuje i pilnuje porządku. Naprawdę bardzo czysto.

Obsługa ,kelnerzy bardzo mili pomocni . Jedzenie daje do życzenia ..śniadania ok obiady zimne monotonne ,kolację tak samo najniżej ocenione przeze mnie po 3 dniach wróciliśmy do ,,polskich śniadań czyli bułki ,jajko ser itp, napoje typu cola fanta Sprite tak słodkie że mdli po wypiciu jednej szklanki . Brakowało nam drinków egzotycznych w naszym przypadku bezalkoholowych ,,mamy porównanie do hotelu casa Blue . Animacje 3 . Położenie hotelu nie najgorsze ale do centrum kawałek .Minusem jest rozbudowa hotelu bądź budowa obok czegoś ...za żywopłotem słychać pracę koparek i innych sprzętów dla kogoś kto dłużej śpi jest to mało komfortowe,nam też troszkę to przeszkadzało leżąc na basenie . A i jeszcze jedno mieliśmy pokój 4123 w toalecie było czuć przez cały pobyt zapach szamba na szczęście nie było tego czuć w pokoju.Oaly pobyt oceniamy na 4.5 pogoda była cudna towarzystwo mąż córka idealne więc wynagrodziło nam to małe niedogodności ...mimo wszystko polecam hotel i może kiedyś poprawia to co jest na maly minus .My na pewno z itaka bedziemy podrozowac bo transfery opieka rezydenta jrst zawsze na najwyzszym poziomie i tu mocna 6 Pozdrawiamy serdecznie
