Położenie hotelu, jego infrastruktura i cały resort - świetny. Dużo zieleni, miejsc do spacerowania (nawet po terenie hotelu), kilka basenów, bar w jednym z basenów, kilka restauracji a’la carte wszystko jak najbardziej na 5*. Niestety pokoju nie zaliczyłabym do standardu 5*, tylko niżej. Mieliśmy w nim kilka problemów, ale finalnie większość udało nam się załatwić (prócz zapachu, nieciekawej pościeli, cieknącego sufitu w łazience i odpadającego sufitu w sypialni). Obsługa zazwyczaj miła, ale zmęczona życiem chyba + mają swoje tempo do pracy: spowolnione. Trzeba mieć cierpliwość przy zamawianiu drinka czy zwróceniu uwagi sprzątaczce, że zapomniała o ręcznikach. Jedzenie dość amerykańskie, ale zjadliwe. Zawsze ktoś coś dla siebie znalazł w mniejszych czy większych ilościach. Na szczęście widoki, pogoda i otaczająca zieleń nadrabiała za ludzkie niedociągnięcia.

Pobyt w hotelu Impressive Punta Cana dał mi wiele pozytywnych emocji. Cudna plaża, sprzątana codziennie. Ciekawy ogród pobudzający zmysły węchu słuchu i wzroku. Wszędzie czysto i estetycznie. Pokój przestronny i bardzo czysty. Duża wilgotność, co powoduje, że wszystkie rzeczy stają się mokre i przesiąknięte zatęchłym zapachem. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Barek na bieżąco uzupełniany. Woda butelkowana dostępna w pokoju i barach. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Animatorzy wspaniali, nastawieni na uaktywnienie każdego, kogo zainteresuje oferta animacji dla dorosłych i dzieci. Jedzenia dużo, ale w większości niejadalne. Mięsa twarde, owoców mało, ziemniaki lub frytki- na początku posiłku wystawiona jakaś mała porcja, która już nie była uzupełniana, więc nie każdy miał okazję zobaczyć, że to się pojawia. Większość potraw z użyciem gotowych składników, konserwantów lub barwników, których ja nie toleruję ze względu na alergię. Ciasta pięknie wyglądają, ale wszystkie tak samo smakują. Były posiłki, gdzie zjadałam tylko same pieczywo. Alkohole dobre. Na plaży podawane w plastikowych kubkach, które były wielokrotnie używane, ale płukane tylko pod bieżącą wodą z płynem, natomiast nie zauważyłam, żeby były wyparzane. To odbierało ochotę do korzystania z napojów w barze. Zabudowa hotelowa pozwala poczuć klimat Karaibów. Dla kogoś, kto szuka ciszy i spokoju, nie będzie to odpowiednie miejsce, ze względu na głośną muzykę i animacje do późnych godzin nocnych. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało. W hotelu funkcjonuje opcja PREMIUM, która jest proponowana klientom za dopłatą.

Spędziłam cudowne wakacje z rodziną. Hotel jest bardzo fajny, nie jest za duży z ogromną ilością zieleni. Czuliśmy się jak w dżungli. Oczywiście są hotele nowocześniejsze ale my wolimy poczuć klimat kraju w jakim jesteśmy. I ten hotel mam to dał. Personel jest bardzo uprzejmy dbają o każdy szczegół. Nie byliśmy w premium i nie było takiej potrzeby. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Mieszkaliśmy w budynku nr 17. Pani codziennie sprzątała nasz pokój i wymieniała ręczniki. Co drugi dzień w podziękowaniu dostawała dwa dolary. Jedzenie zróżnicowane, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Owoce morza, makarony, dania mięsne, pizza. Jest w czym wybierać. Polecam śniadania w restauracji przy plaży od godz 8.00 i lunch. Jest mniejszy wybór ale piękne widoki. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Szczerze polecamy. Prośba do turystów! Proszę nie zostawiajcie petów gdzie się da. Od tego są popielniczki. Kubki po drinkach też warto oddać do baru a nie zostawiać przy basenie czy na plaży.

Hotel Impressive Punta Cana, to niski poziom hotelarstwa, a właściwie personel, który nie posługuje się np.j.angielskim lub jakimkolwiek innym, jak łamany język hiszpański. Tylko na recepcji komunikacja kilkujęzykowa. Nie podoba mi się fakt namawiania do zakupu wersji premium. Każdej osobie proponują inną kwotę, byłem tego świadkiem. My pozwoliliśmy naciągnąć się na dopłatę 300 USD i za nic, ponieważ mieszkaliśmy w budynku z polskimi turystami bez premium. To premium nic nie wnosi w komforcie zamieszkania. Dostęp do restauracji, ale bez premium też był, lecz w ograniczonej ilości. Te restauracje są na poziomie nijakim, tzn. potrawy niesmaczne, wręcz wstrętne, niedoprawione. Tamtejsi kucharze gotują po dominikańsku, zapewne poza Dominikanę nie wyjeżdżali. Pracownicy z serwisu najprostszej usterki nie potrafili w pokoju usunąć. Dochodziło do wyłączania prądu i zakręcania wody w całym hotelu. Nigdy nie wróciłbym do tego hotelu. Najgorszy hotel, w jakim byłem z biura Itaka. Animacje dzikie, bardzo głośna muzyka bez umiaru, brak klasy, umiaru i inteligentnych pomysłów.

Hotel duży, zadbany, czysty, położony tuż przy piaszczystej plaży, dużo pomocnej obsługi na miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i ogromny wybór, wyśmienita kawa. Na minus jedynie rozcieńczone piwo oraz barmani, którym jak się nie dało napiwku, to robili słabe drinki, a w kolejce trzebało niekiedy bardzo długo czekać.

Hotel jak i cały obiekt bardzo ładny , dopłaciliśmy do lepszego pokoju i korzystania z całego obiektu , warto wybrać opcję Impressiwe premium , pokoje były czste lecz nie spełniały wymogu 5 gwiazdek , wyżywienie bardzo dobre ale trzeba rezerwować kolację a la carte zaraz po przyjeździe na cały pobyt . Bary przy plaży jak i basenach podawały najlepsze trunki. Ogólnie często i bezpieczne.

Dość dobry hotel w klimacie karaibskim, położony bezpośrednio przy piaszczystej plaży, ładny ogród. Jedzenie raczej smaczne, zróżnicowane. Bogaty i ciekawy program animacji, do tego spa, siłownia i kids club, wiec sporo możliwości spędzenia wolnego czasu. Rozczarowaniem był pokój zlokalizowany w budynku na obrzeżach kompleksu, przykry zapach w łazience, wszechobecne komary, zepsuty telefon, a do tego hałas od strony ulicy. Lepszy pokój oczywiście za dopłatą (300-600 USD) Całościowa ocena pobytu pozytywna, ale dla wymagających to za mało.

Hotel pięknie położony przy ładnej piaszczystej plaży pięknym pomostem .Na terenie hotelu bardzo dużo dobrze utrzymanej zieleni . Całość sprawia że to wspaniałe miejsce by odpocząć. Niestety spokój wypoczynku zaburzają wiecznie terkoczące /jak z innej epoki/ wózki którymi obsługa dostarcza niezbędne produkty do różnych miejsc w hotelu. Poza tym obok hotelu trwa budowa następnego obiektu .Hałas maszyn z prowadzonej budowy uniemożliwia wypoczynek ,nawet przy zamkniętych drzwiach balkonowych.
