Kompleks hotelowy mimo swojego rozmiaru-chyba 7 hoteli -świetny, kameralne 2 pietrowe bloczki w których znajduje sie kilka dosłownie pokoi na kazdym pietrze sprawiaja, że nie czuje się nawału ludzi. Jedzenie super, dużo regionalnych produktów typu platany, maniok, owoce, soki no i kawa dominikańska. Zjeść można też w barach przy plaży własciwie cala dobę coś można jeść i pić. Na plaży trochę bywa ciasnawo i wkurza 'rezerwacja' leżaków już od wczesnych godzin porannych, ale można przejść sobie wybrzeżem na inną plażę. Miasteczko hotelowe oferuje tyle atrakcji, że nie trzeba nawet wychodzić poza.

Dobra lokalizacja w stosunku do całego kompleksu, niedaleko do plaży - transport w 3 minuty melexem lub niecałe 10 minut pieszo |) Bardzo zróżnicowane posiłki, dobra jakość, dużo ryb i owoców morza, nigdy nie było problemu z znalezieniem wolnego miejsca w restauracji. Jedyny minus to kolacje zamawiane jako specjalności z karty - w zasadzie to samo co w restauracjach lub nawet gorzej :( Codzienny serwis pokojowy trochę pobieżny i często trzeba było upominać się o czysty ręcznik lub uzupełnienie kosmetyków... Duży minus brak jakiegokolwiek kanału w języku polskim w tv. Biorąc pod uwagę że były dostępne 3 kanały rosyjsko języczne !! Mimo że Polaków było dość sporo... a Rosjan nieliczne pojedyncze osoby :( To trzeba natychmiast poprawić bo nie jest to zbyt komfortowe jak traktuje się nas jak gorszych gości :( Poza tym polecam pobyt w tym Resorcie :) I pewnie sam spróbuję pojechać tam ponownie :) Pozdrawiam.

Podsumowując - rajskie wakacje. Naprawdę polecam z czystym sumieniem, nie ma się do czego przyczepić (nawet jakbym chciała :-)) Hotel cudowny, ogromny (to w zasadzie miasteczko, a nie hotel), wybitnie czysty, tak naprawdę wciąż sprzątany. Jedzenie w sumie dostępne całą dobę (w poszczególnych częściach hotelu), bardzo różnorodne i smaczne, do tego restauracje ala carte. Atrakcji co niemiara. Plaża sprzątana przez cały dzień. Obsługa uśmiechnięta, pomocna. Room service bardzo dokładny, nie ma mowy żeby coś zginęło z pokoju. Generalnie wakacje marzeń!

Super Wakacje, Super wypoczynek. Najlepsza wycieczka SAONA. Minus z lotniska transport bez przewodnika (rezydenta/opiekuna). Na szczęście hotel super zorganizowany przez co rekompensowali to i zajęli się grupą. Przelot mimo ponad 10h. komfortowy bezpośredni LOTem. Dobrze mieć trochę drobnych $ na napiwki.

Hotel zadbany. Jedzenie praktycznie zawsze te same więc szału nie było. Nawet restauracje ala carte to byla jakas pomylka jedzenie nijakie.Jeśli chodzi o pokoje : duże przestronne ale takie surowe. Jeśli chodzi o sprzątanie to chyba zależało od humoru sprzątaczki raz było super a raz zostawiła tylko jeden ręcznik na dwie osoby a brudne zabrała :-) ale to nie jest najważniejsze. Cały hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze że względu na to że wszystko się w nim znajduje co trzeba : sklepy,dyskoteka,kasyno, pamiątki,spa ,siłownia, aqua park więc naprawdę to jest na duży plus :-)

Hotel czysty, zadbany, obsługa pokojowa na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa ogólna hotelowa nieco gorzej. Kompletny chaos przy check inn - nie dostaliśmy w pokoju łóżka dla dziecka (mimo iż mieliśmy wykupiony pokój 3os), nieliczne osoby mówiące po angielsku reszta tylko po hiszpańsku. Plaża nieco zatłoczona ale piękna, sprzątana codziennie a więc czysta, zadbana, bezpieczna i długa. Minusem przy tak pięknej plaży jest brak deptaka i oświetlenia wieczorami. Animacje w hotelu - dla dzieci poza jednym przedstawieniem (piosenki księżniczek Disney'a), które odbywa się raz w tygodniu bardzo nieliczne i mało angażujące dzieci. Animacje dla dorosłych również: jeden świetny show w tygodniu (Michael Jackson) reszta albo płatna albo niezbyt zachęcająca. Drinki w barach mocno przesłodzone, robione głownie z syropów np mojito. W restauracjach jest dobre jedzenie, duży wybór dań (w tym mnóstwo owoców morza) i deserów. Dostępne jest wiele basenów i park wody. Kompleks hotelowy jest bardzo duży - do plaży z tej części jest spacerem ok 10 minut ale bardzo często jeżdżą meleksy, którymi można podjechać - niestety przez to na uliczkach unosi się zapach spalin, co nieco zaburza rajski klimat wakacji. Ogólnie hotel godny polecenia.

Po hotelu kursuje komunikacja - pojazdy elektryczne lub z napędem silnikowym rozwożace klientów nad morze i po restauracjach. Hotel Turquesa jest położony najdalej od morza, posiada również swój własny basen. Poza częścią Hotelu Esmeralda i Hotelu Amber klienci tego hotelu mogą korzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji, basenów, barów oraz restauracji.
