Holidays in Taba are a pass to a land of ravishing uniqueness, where the sun shines all year round.

The beauty of nature, wonderful beaches, terrific diving areas, high standard of hotels, historical monuments of Israel and Jordan within arm's reach - this is a fantastic proposition for all those who are curious about the world, as well as those who simply love the sun and sea. Taba, called the Gate to Sinai, is only 8 km from the border with Israel, at the borders of Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, in the farthest north part of Akaba Bay, and is a resort in Egypt situated the furthest to the east. On the other side of the bay you can see Jordan and Saudi Arabia. It's only 106 km to Petra from here - an "untouched desert" and only 9 km to the Israeli resort Ejlat. Until recently a Bedouin village, now a dynamically developing tourist centre, Taba is enjoying year-on-year growing popularity among tourists from all over the world. Different in character from Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, it offers above all holidays close to nature, leisure and the opportunity to get away from everyday life. Most attractions are guaranteed by the terrifically equipped hotels, some of the best in Egypt. Taba Heights, which is located approx. 18 km from Taba, is famous for its high standard of hotels.

The most prestigious international hotel chains have built their luxurious hotels here, which are perfectly set into the scenic surroundings. There are 5 hotels here - centres with a developed infrastructure, each has a private beach and a beautiful complex of swimming pools. Diving places await enthusiasts of active leisure. You can discover the mysteries of the world of coral gardens in the always warm sea, admire the colours of the tropical fish, meet turtles and dolphins. Nearby is Fjord - a wonderful bay with a reef, on Pharaoh's Island the ruins of Saladin's fortress have survived from the 12th century, it captivates with the scenery of Coloured Canyon. Excursions to Petra and Jerusalem serve as great time-travel, the sunset seen from Mount Sinai will be remembered, observation of stars in the desert and an everyday evening show - the sunset over Akaba Bay.
