Można było poczuć się jak na wakacjach u starych znajomych (gdyby nie świadomość że cena za hotel wysoka).

Mimo iż w ofercie Itaka były tańsze hotele ( cieszące się równie dobrymi opiniami ) wybraliśmy Hotel Alexander the Great Beach rekomendowany przez Itaka &Gala. To był strzał w 10-tkę !!! Obsługa hotelowa: jest przesympatyczna zawsze uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna przez co sam pobyt w hotelu jest jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Bez problemu wykonaliśmy upgrade pokoju na pokój z widokiem na morze ( zdecydowanie polecam zwłaszcza dla osób, które lubią oglądać zachody słońca siedząc na tarasie popijając lampkę czerwonego winka :) Cos dla głodomorów ... mieliśmy wykupiona opcje HB czyli śniadania i obiadokolacje. Śniadania - wszystko co trzeba raczej bez fajerwerków ale za to obiadokolacje to istna poezja ...bary sałatkowe przepyszne desery owoce dodatkowo, codziennie inna wyśmienita kuchnia ( włoska, grecka, lokalna, orientalna, amerykańska .... ) której towarzyszyła tematyczna muzyka na żywo ( skrzypce gitara czy fortepian ). Warto zwrócić uwagę, że na obiadokolacjach obowiązuje dress code : smart casual który dodatkowo podkreślał charakter tej ceremonii:) Cos dla aktywnych + SPA : Baseny ( kryty podgrzewany, baseny zewnętrzne) , silownia/ fitness aqua aerobik, SPA ( liczne zabiegi pielęgnacyjne) Sauna sucha i mokra. Lokalizacja: można powiedzieć ze wręcz idealna bardzo blisko głównego bulwaru nadmorskiego, portu i charakterystycznej dla miasta Pafos twierdzy jednak na tyle daleko ze bez problemu będziemy delektować się szumem fal zamiast muzyka z pobliskich pubów. Doskonała komunikacja z reszta miasta ( przystanek autobusowy tuz pod hotelem ) 15 min. od lotniska !!! Serwis: dwa razy dziennie wymieniane ręczniki uzupełniane minibarki. Restauracje bary hotelowe: Hotel nie należy do najtańszych ale ceny nie odstają znacząco od tych, które widnieją w barach czy pubach w pobliskich lokalizacjach. Minusy, o których warto wspomnieć : - centrum SPA fitness siłownia i Basen kryty czynny wyłącznie w godzinach 8-20 dodatkowo hotel udostępnia w określonych godzinach basen dla dziecięcych szkółek pływackich - kawa na śniadaniach ... miłośnicy kawy szykujcie $ cos co można wypić jest niestety dodatkowo płatne. Ocena ogólna: Hotel Alexander the Great Beach polecam wszystkim to idealne miejsce do odpoczynku a zarazem doskonała lokalizacja która umożliwi Ci eksploracje całego Cypru .
