Viešbutyje švaru, yra atskiras baseinas tik suaugusiems lauke ir atskiras SPA viduje. Trūko veiklos vaikams, nes vaikų kambaryje labai šalta ir smirda, o esant blogam orui vaikams net negalima naudotis SPA zonoje esančiu baseinu. Kambarys buvo pirmame aukšte prie pat lifto ir pagrindinio restorano, tai iš dalies patogu, tačiau labai prasta garso izoliacija, tai viskas girdisi iš koridoriaus bei gretimų kambarių. Kambario langai buvo į gretimo viešbučio kavinės pusę, tad vakare trukdydavo iš ten sklindanti muzika, kuri neleisdavo ilsėtis net užsidarius langus. Tad esant šiltesniam orui apie atidarytus langus nėra nei kalbos. Kambarių tvarkymas labai minimalus: net ir rankšluosčiai ne kasdien keičiami, tai tik šiukšles išnešdavo ir lovas paklodavo. Dėl lovų atskiras niuansas, kadangi mums neįprasta miegoti vien su paklodėmis, tai prašėme papildomai apklotų šiltesnių, kurie buvo labai nepatogūs, nes įvilkti kaip kaldros neįmanoma, o be to jie ir neitin švarūs. Daromos teminės vakaienės (Italų, Meksikiečių, Prancūzų, Amerikiečių ir pan.), tai maistas skirdavosi kasdien ir skanus, su pusryčiais kiek sudėtingiau - pasigedome blynų, košė būdavo vidasa ta pati, o vaflių neįmanoma valgyti, nes vien cukrus, kad net traška burnoje nuo jo. Vakaro programos labai silpnos. Jūra ir vietinis pliažas per gatvę, bet mūsų atostogų metu buvo labai vėjuota. Viešbučio teritorijoje parkavimas mokamas - 10 Eur/para, tad automobilį palikdavome nemokamai už viešbučio teritorijos (problemos dėl vietų tik dienos metu, nes visi atvyksta prie jūros, bet vakare vietų pakankamai).

Położenie hotelu jest idealne, bo przy samej plaży i głównym deptaku. Niestety część pokoi jest od strony północnej i w ogóle nie dochodzi tam słońce. W moim pokoju w lutym było zwyczajnie zimno i na dodatek ciemno, bo pokój był na 1 piętrze w sąsiedztwie wielkiego figowca. Może latem to zaleta, ale dla mnie była to niestety wada. Druga kwestia to napoje do posiłków przy opcji wyżywienia "3 posiłki". Płatna jest nawet WODA, co moim zdaniem w przypadku hotelu **** ze Spa i pięknymi basenami jest co najmniej żenujące. Dodam jeszcze, że do opcji 3 posiłki dopłaciłam ponad 1000 zł. Jak widać dopłata ta nie uwzględnia żadnych napojów. Wstyd.

Położenie hotelu świetne , wszędzie blisko . Hotel czysty , obsługa miła . Hotelowe przekąski w ciągu dnia All Inclusive masakra , nic nie wystawione , o wszystko trzeba się prosić , nawet lody w zamkniętej na klucz zamrażarce. Przekąska na zamówienie to hamburger MOM jakości makro/selgros , frytki i tost . Owoców zero w ciągu dnia . Śniadanie - świeży ogórek raz tylko na pierwszy rzut , potem brak . Ogólna atmosfera jak w sanatorium .

Hotel odnowiony, w super lokalizacji, z wyjściem bezpośrednio na promenadę i zejściem na plażę, kilka minut spacerkiem do centrum, dużo barów i restauracji w okolicy. Jedzenie w hotelu pyszne, zróżnicowane, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, jest naprawdę spory wybór, wszystko świeże, dobrze przyprawione i dobre jakościowo (Opcja HB) Animacje raczej słabe, głównie wieczorami muzyka na żywo i aqua aerobik w ciągu dnia. (Byliśmy w styczniu, może w sezonie wygląda to inaczej) Większość obsługi miła, z drobnymi wyjątkami, pracownicy recepcji pomocni :) Dużym plusem jest taras z leżakami na 2 piętrze, idealny do opalania. Niestety największym minusem był pokój 121, w którym mieszkaliśmy. Widok z balkonu na inny balkon, a reszta zasłonięta drzewami, przez to w ciągu dnia cały czas było ciemno. Dodatkowo wieczorami bardzo głośno (przez animacje, które były przy barze piętro niżej, do tego stopnia, że nie dało rady spokojnie zasnąć.) Prawdopodobnie gdyby nie pokój byłabym skłonna dać 5 gwiazdek, bo ze wszystkiego innego naprawdę byłam zadowolona.

Wszystko super jak zwykle za wyjątkiem lokalizacji przydzielania POLAKOM pokoi. Ponieważ w miarę często wyjeżdżamy to nawet gdy wykupujemy pokój z widokiem na może to na ogół dostajemy pokój na dolnych kondygnacjach z ledwo widocznym morzem. To nie tylko my mamy takiego pecha dotyczy to głównie wszystkich Polaków. Uważam, że przy zakupie wczasów klient powinien mieć możliwość wyboru czy chce pokój na parterze czy na wyższej kondygnacji.

Hotel typowo miejski, słabsze zaplecze rozrywkowe ale za to przy promenadzie z nocnym życiem i blisko fajnej plaży. Animacje takie sobie, ale na wieczornym mini disco dzieci zadowolone z cukierków i balonów. Mieliśmy pokój Aleksander club z widokiem na morze, mały ale bardzo fajny, sprytnie pomyślane balkony zapewniają dużo prywatności, słychać fajna muzykę z pobliskiego baru muzką na żywo, ogólnie muzyka do jakieś 2 w nocy ale da się spać przy zamkniętym balkonie. Czystość i obsługa ok, jedzenie ok, dało się wybrać coś sensownego, są ryby z grila i jakieś duszone dania, nie tylko fryty, fasola i bekon. Wady: hotel lajtowo podchodzi do zakazu palenia o zewsząd dochodzi smród różnych palonych rzeczy, w barze, na basenie, na balkonach, jeszcze nigdzie to nie było ma taką skalę nawet jak na Hiszpanię. Do tego basen kryty jest częścią spa, co uniemożliwia korzystanie z jego przez rodziny z dziećmi bo jest wyłącznie dla dorosłych, trochę słabo, bo można wyznaczyć godziny w ciągu dnia, gdzie można wejść z dziećmi a reszta dnia dla dorosłych a tak część gości jest dyskryminowana, bo hotel nie zapewnią opieki - brak miniklubu, sala zabaw otwarta 30 min wieczorem. Wreszcie w restauracji przydałoby się wymienić krzesła, bo są ciężkie i kanciaste i wszyscy się o nie prędzej czy później uderzyli, joe tylko dzieci.

Świetny hotel blisko plaży. Pokoje średniej wielkosci ale łazienki spore i funkcjonalne. Duża jadalnia ze świetną obsługą. Śniadania klasyczne ale jest z czego wybierać. Obiadokolacje zróżnicowane - był dzień amerykański z hamburgerami i skrzydełkami ale też włoski i kanaryjski. Dla gości bez opcji z all inclusive do kolacji napoje płatne (woda 2,5 Euro, piwo trochę powyżej 3 Euro). Warto nie zostawiać płacenia za napoje na ostatni dzień bo zdążają się pomyłki a trudno zapamiętać co się piło przez tydzień. Jest możliwość zamiany obiadokolacji na lunch. Plaża czarna bardzo blisko wystarczy przejść przez ulicę. Ratownik prawie cały dzień, więc jest bezpiecznie ( a fale bywają bardzo duże). W pobliżu hotelu liczne knajpki i sklepy z pamiątkami. Polecam!

Wiele do życzenia pozostawia także wyżywienie, niestety przez dwa tygodnie podawano Nam te same potrawy do wyboru dzień w dzień. Przydałoby się większe zróżnicowanie jedzenia do wyboru. Ogólne wrażenie zdecydowanie poprawia lokalizacja hotelu, otoczenie i wiele atrakcji na Teneryfie.
