Fantastic location, it offers complete relaxation in one of the most picturesque places in the Canary Islands. The hotel is only a few steps from the exotic Playa de la Arena, whose graphite sand sparkles beautifully in the sun, close to bars and shops, and not far from the famous Los Gigantes cliffs. A picturesque waterfall and 4 pools, including infinity, are wonderfully integrated into a nice garden overlooking the sea and the island of La Gomera. The spacious rooms are well-equipped and kept impeccably clean. A great place for sunny holidays all year round. In 2022, the hotel received ITAKA's SAIL for the highest quality of services.

Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia. Pięknie położony, rozłożysty, z zadbanymi terenami przylegającymi (baseny, ogród) utrzymany w wielkiej czystości. Szczególne wrażenie robi majestatyczny wielopoziomowy hall z przepiękna naturalną roślinnością „spływającą” z balustrad i fontanny. Pokoje duże, codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątane. Bardzo wygodne wielkie łóżko, ładny widok z wygodnego tarasu z miejscem do siedzenia i stolikiem. Miłym dodatkiem jest możliwość brania wody w dyspozytorach umieszczonych w wielu miejscach na każdym piętrze. Każdy pokój otrzymuje 2 butelki wielorazowego użytku. W jadalni duży wybór jedzenia i przemiła obsługa. Szczególne wrażenie zrobiła na nas kelnerka Pani Oliva, która niezależnie od pory dnia, ilości ludzi na sali miała nieustający ciepły uśmiech na twarzy i była życzliwa i gotowa pomóc każdemu. Bardzo miłe spędzony czas! Polecam!

W hotelu zaradzono bitwom o leżaki przy basenach. Leżaki są dostępne miedzy 10,0 - 18,0 . Podczas pobytu w hotelu moja żona obchodziła urodziny po powrocie do pokoju czekał na nas szampan wraz z życzeniami. Bardzo było nam miło. Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Wojtek

Hotel 8/10, można się doczepić do czystości w łazience ale generalnie ok. Duży wybór jedzenia ale trochę ciężkie i z mieszanym poziomem jakości. Dobra możliwość wypożyczenia samochodu i zakup dodatkowych atrakcji w stoisku hotelu. Niestety najbliższa plaża była zamknięta przez czerwoną flagę przez co konieczna była wycieczka aby móc się wykąpać w oceanie. Duży plus to dostęp do filtrowanej wody i butelki wielokrotnego użytku w pokoju.

Hotel przyjemny, czysto, dużo zieleni i przestrzeni. Pokoje hotelowe sprzątane porządnie. Duże i widne. Choć bardzo skromne. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne po tygodniu wypoczynku się nie znudziło. Obsługa znająca angielski. Dodatkowe animacje raczej na przeciętnym poziomie. Bliskość do oceanicznej plaży jest dużym atutem. Bar z przekąskami ubogi w przekąski tutaj zdecydowne brakowało różnorodności a przede wszytskim owoców. Kawa i herbata dla gości hotelowych niestety paskudna. Alkoholi nie pijaliśmy , więc nie wiemy, ale dostęp duży i obsługa miła i pomocna. Generalnie hotel ok. Ale największy problem to podział na gości all inclusive i all inclusive premium. Nie było to nachalne, ale co najmniej dziwne i nieprzyjemne. Uważamy, że taki podział powinien być wyraźnie oznaczony przy sprzedaży wypoczynku. To hotel 4 gwiazdkowy niezrozumiałym jest dlaczego np. Szlafroki hotelowe dostepne są tylko dla tych premium gości, albo dostęp do smaczniejszej kawy. Ten problem wplywa na to, że na pewno nie wrócimy do tego hotelu. I nie polecielibyśmy go.

Hotel bardzo blisko plaży la Arena z czarnym piaskiem. Niezbyt daleko od lotniska (jakieś 30-40 minut jazdy autokarem) Hotel zdecydowanie mniejszy i cichszy niż znajdujący się nieopodal Landmar Los Gigantes, gdzie bylismy rok wcześniej co ma plusy i minusy. Plusem jest znacznie mniejsza liczba gości, mniejszy tłok przy basenie czy w restauracji, daje to odczucie wyższego standardu. Minus to słabsza oferta animacji i atrakcji hotelowych, szczególnie dla dzieci. Hotel nie ma brodzika ani żadnych zjeżdżalni basenowych. Jest plac zabaw i mini golf. Pokój, który mieliśmy, z widokiem na basen i ocean, był dość mały jak na 2 osoby dorosłe + dostawka, ale nie powiem, że było ciasno. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, dużo ryb i owoców moża na kolacji, wina do kolacji serwowane przez kelnerów. Do śniadania fajne smoothie w różnych smakach. Poza godzinami głównych posiłków dobra pizza i codziennie inne ciepłe dania podają w barze przy basenie. Obsługa bez zarzutu. Ogólnie fajny hotel. Polecam szczególnie dla osób nieprzepadających za hałasem i biegającymi wszędzie dziećmi. Dla rodzin raczej poleciłbym Los Gigantes.

Hotel robi wrażenie.Ogromny przeszklony holl z widokiem na wulkan i duża ilość zieleni sprawiaja że ma sie poczucie luksusu.Restauracje przyjemne i dobrze zorganizowane.Pokoje wygodne,czyste.Widok na ocean ma kazdy pokoj.Otoczenie bardzo ciekawe.Dobry skrót do niedalekiej bardzo ładnej plaży z piaskiem wulkanicznym.Majac problem z kolanem nie musiałam sie natrudzic by pospacerowac wokoł hotelu. W pobliżu nieduża ilosc sklepow i restauracji.Ogolnie cisza i spokój sprzyjajace nocnemu wypoczynkowi.

Hotel położony w przecudnej okolicy, bardzo blisko plaży, barów, restauracji, sklepów, aptek. W środku hotel przypomina ogród botaniczny z ogromną ilością roślin, wodnych fontann i kładek nad wodą. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean i klify Los Gigantes. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, a ręczniki wymieniane. W łazience jest zarówno prysznic jak i wanna. Na przestronnym balkonie stolik z krzesłami. Wyżywienie w ramach all inclusive jest wyśmienite: egzotyczne owoce, mnóstwo przygotowywanych na bieżąco dań, świeżo wyciskane soki, zupa mleczna ze świeżymi owocami, duża ilość słodyczy, owoce morza, lokalne przysmaki, możliwość komponowania sałatek wg własnego uznania, duży wybór win. Ciekawostką był upieczony w całości zwierz. Posiłki można jeść zarówno na tarasie, jak i w środku budynku. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma, służąca pomocą, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Basen infiniti dostępny tylko dla gości Platinum, ale do wypoczynku spokojnie wystarczą pozostałe baseny, szczególnie że zawsze są wolne leżaki. Przy basenach bary, z których można korzystać w ramach AI, jeśli ktoś byłby głodny (co jest mało prawdopodobne). Wieczorem w hotelu można odpocząć przy różnego rodzaju występach muzycznych. Ważne było też to, że mimo zdania pokoju o godz. 12 w dniu wylotu, można było korzystać do momentu wyjazdu z udogodnień hotelowych (basen, leżaki, wyżywienie). Samo miasto nie jest duże, ale polecamy spacer w okolicę Los Gigantes. Widok tych klifów jest niewiarygodnie piękny. Warto też wypożyczyć auto i samemu zwiedzić np. północ wyspy i Loro Park. Koszt jest niewielki, a widoki i przeżycia niezapomniane. Nie możemy się doczekać ponownych wakacji w tym hotelu.
