Fantastic location, it offers complete relaxation in one of the most picturesque places in the Canary Islands. The hotel is only a few steps from the exotic Playa de la Arena, whose graphite sand sparkles beautifully in the sun, close to bars and shops, and not far from the famous Los Gigantes cliffs. Plusy: + Mocne allinclusive + dobra lokalizacja + fajne animacje + dobre jedzenie + super obsługa Minusy: - dosyć małe baseny, jeśli w hotelu jest sporo ludzi to ciężko wypocząć nad basenami - jeśli nie masz strefy platinum możesz odnieść wrażenie że jesteś gorszym sortem klienta , nie masz dostępu do lepszych stref , na śniadaniach , obiadach i kolacjach musisz się bić o miejsce natomiast w strefie platinum zawsze wolne stoliczki i wszystko zadbane - napewno hotel nie należy do tych które mają nacisk na spokojny cichy wypoczynek więc jeśli takiego szukasz ten hotel nie jest dla ciebie

Duży hotel, który wita nas ogromną zieloną od roślin przestrzenią. Pokój delux z widokiem na ocean oraz strefę basenową czysty (standard hiszpański - czyli minimalizm, na podłodze płytki etc.). Indywidualnie sterowana klimatyzacja (której wydajność nie jest na najwyższym poziomie - ale sposobem na to jest ustawienie na przedostatnim poziomie wentylatora i pozostawienie jednej karty ciągle w hotelu, wówczas temperatura w pokoju jest dobra - w przeciwnym razie długo należy czekać na jego wychłodzenie). Obsługa pokoi na odpowiednim poziomie - czysto. Bardzo bogaty szwedzki stół, z którego każdy może coś sobie wybrać (wiele ciepłych posiłków przygotowanych na żywo, zimna płyta, mnóstwo owoców). Należy jednak znaleźć odpowiednią porę, aby znaleźć wolny stolik. Z racji dużej ilości gości, obsługa pomimo dużego wysiłku nie nadążała w szczycie z obsługą stolików (wymiana nakrycia, podanie win lub wody). W hotelu dostępny punkt z kawą oraz smacznymi sokami. W wersji all incusive dostępny punkt z drinkami. Bogaty program animacyjny, gdzie wieczorem można spędzić miło czas wybierając dla siebie odpowiedni repertuar (dwie lokalizacje). Do plaży z czarnym piaskiem Playa la Areana blisko, gdzie po wejściu do oceanu pod stopami znajdują się ogromne kamienie - bardzo szybko robi się głęboko (dla małych dzieci). Z dostępnej strefy basenowej rzadko korzystaliśmy z powodu zorganizowania sobie wielu wycieczek. Przy basenach dostępny bar z hot dogami, pizzą, frytkami, napojami, owocami. Pomimo zakazu rezerwacji leżaków przy basenach zjawisko "rezerwacji" występowało i nie było piętnowane przez obsługę hotelową. Podsumowując mogę polecić hotel zwłaszcza osobom lubiącym spędzać czas w hotelu.

Spędzenie wakacji na Teneryfie było jednym z najlepszych doświadczeń jakie miałam okazję przeżyć. Wyspa oferuje niezwykłą różnorodnośc atrakcji. Nasze zakwaterowanie w Hotelu Landmar Playa la Arena było bardzo komfortowe, pokój przestronny, codziennie sprzątany zachowany w minimalistycznym stylu. Obiekt bardzo dobrze utrzymany, obsługa przyjazna i pomocna. Codziennie atrakcje przy basenie oraz wieczorne pokazy, dla każdego coś dobrego :) Plaża z czarnym piaskiem zachwyciła nas, łagodne zejście, ratownik oraz brak tłumów zachęcało do codziennego odwiedzania. Wracając do hotelu należy podkreślić, że cały obiekt jest jednym z najpiękniejszych w okolicy, przestronne lobby, dużo zieleni ponadto kuchnia przeszła nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania, wszystko świeże, różnorodnośc tak wielka, że nawet najbardziej wybredna osoba znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wrócimy tam na pewno :)

Hotel robi duże wrażenie, lepsze na żywo niż na zdjęciach - jest ogromny, ale nie przytłacza dzięki swojej lekkiej, "ażurowej" i przestrzennej konstrukcji. Widać, że hotel ma swoje lata, jednak jest na tyle zadbany, że w ogóle nie jest to minusem, a wręcz przeciwnie. Mimo tego, że gościł dużą liczbę osób to nie pozwolił poczuć tłoku. Obsługa jest przemiła, a drużyna animatorów poszerza nieustannie jakiekolwiek moje pojęcie o tym, jak aktywny może być po prostu pobyt w hotelu. Pokój bardzo wygodny i z pięknym widokiem (po naszej stronie na Los Gigantes, ale wydaje mi się że z którejkolwiek strony hotelu byśmy nie mieli okien i tak byłby przepiękny), nie najnowocześniejszy a jednak w świetnym stanie i praktycznie wyposażony i urządzony. Może jedynymi lekkimi mankamentami był dość słaby zasięg WiFi w pokoju oraz muzyczka włączająca się zawsze po wejściu, która na długo pozostanie wydrążona w głowie Gorąco polecamy!

Hotel był bardzo zadbany, świetne koncerty wieczorami. W hotelu było dobre jedzenie dostępne prawie 24h na dobę. Kolejki do barów były krótkie, a hotel dbał o każdy szczegół.
