Bardzo duży hotel. Sam budynek jest odświeżony i w bardzo dobrym stanie. To takie państwo w państwie. Jeżeli nie chcesz to możesz nie wychodzić przez cały pobyt. Jedzenie codziennie gotowane na świeżo. Przed twoimi oczami. Oczywiście nie wszystko, tylko ryby i jakiś jeden wybrany gatunek mięsa. Na śniadaniu trzeba poprosić i omlet/ uwaga nie ma takiej informacji, trzeba podsłuchać osobę obok. Sprzątanie codziennie, ale mogłoby być lepsze.

Pierwszy raz z Itaką - wróciliśmy zrelaksowani i zadowoleni z wyboru hotelu. Czuliśmy, że będzie super i się nie zawiedliśmy. Hotel do najtańszych nie należy - ale wart swojej ceny. Świetny hotel - zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi- nasz 9 latek ani chwili nie narzekał na nudę. Hotel spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania. Osoby, które nie są zwolennikami zwiedzania- mogą siedzieć całymi dniami w obrębie hotelu i nie będą się nudzić. Nam niestety z powodu aktywnego zwiedzania wyspy, brakło czasu, żeby skorzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji, które oferuje hotel. Niesamowity widok z naszego balkonu na sąsiednią La Gomerę, do plaży La Arena niedaleko, do klifów Los Gigantes około 30 minut spacerkiem. Chcielibyśmy jeszcze tam wrócić- najlepszy hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi w Puerto de Santiago, a może i jeden z lepszych na Teneryfie. Nikt nie chodzi tam głody- jedzenie i napoje otaczają wczasowiczów z każdej strony-nie polecam jedynie dbającym o linię ;)

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w hotelu. Pokoje, duże, przestronne. Codziennie sprzątany. Samo położenie hotelu daje możliwości spacerów. Jedyne zastrzeżenia ( bardzo subiektywne) mam do jedzenia. Przez 7 dni na żadnym z posiłków nie znalazłam nic dobrze ciepłego. Jedzenie zawsze było zimne. Hotel dedykowany rodzinom z dziećmi więc komuś komu to przeszkadza radziłabym jednak zrezygnować. Dzieci jest pełno, w dużej mierze niepilnowanych np w restauracji.

Hotel imponujący dużym rozmiarem , położone na stromym wzgórzu. Jeśli nie jedziesz z dziećmi nie polecam, gdyż zgiełk ilość osób w hotelu, ilość atrakcji dziecięcych osacza z każdej strony. Pokój wymaga remontu ,trafiliśmy na taki bez widoku, w tzw piwnicy, więc szału nie było, zepsute klamki w oknie tarasowym, zepsute drzwi wejściowe, trzeba było trzasnąć kilka razy żeby się zamknęły, łazienkowa armatura pokryta rdzą ,stara wanna. Na szczęście Hotel jest tak duży, że w pokoju mogliśmy przebywać tylko w nocy. Posiłki bardzo fajne i różnorodne, sporo owoców morza i ryb; pomimo dużej ilości ludzi sprawne rozdzielanie pomiędzy dwie restauracje aby w każdej było miejsce dla każdego, choć bywały dni że kolejka do kawy byla tak duża że całe śniadanie siedziałam bez. Baseny , leżaki no i piękne widoki były tym na czym się skupialiśmy. Wisienka na torcie pobytu to moment kiedy wypożyczonym autem ( z hotelu) wróciliśmy wieczorem, i nie było możliwości odstawić samochodu na całej ulicy przy hotelu. Nie było miejsca w promieniu 1.5 kilometra! W recepcji obsługa potraktowała nas wyjątkowo hamsko i nieprzyjemnie, że ich to nie obchodzi, to nie ich wypożyczalnia, choć z ich hotelu i że wezwie na nas policję. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim nieprofesjonalnym zachowaniem. Niestety ten incydent sprawił iz nie polecam tego hotelu.

Hotel jest bardzo duży ale dzięki ogromnej powierzchni bardzo komfortowo się w nim wypoczywa i bez problemu można w nim znaleźć miejsce dla siebie i cieszyć się relaksem. W mojej ocenie doskonale nadający się do wypoczynku z dziećmi niezależnie czy kilku czy kilkunastoletnimi, choć jak wspomniałem ze względu na liczne strefy relaksu dorośli także mogą w nim komfortowo wypoczywać chociażby korzystając z basenu położonego skrajnie o głębokości 1,40m nieco odsuniętego od centrum animacji. Dwie restauracja otwierane w zależności od liczby gości hotelowych również pozwalają na spokojne spożywanie posiłków, a możliwość zjedzenia na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na Gomerę jest unikatowa. Generalnie widok z tarasów pokoi hotelowych niezapomniany. Same pokoje bardzo duże i przestrzenne (nie wiem czy jest kilka standardów), osobna sypialnia, duża łazienka i do tego pomieszczenie dzienne z tarasem powinno zaspokoić potrzeby nawet kilkuosobowej rodziny. Duży plus za izolację akustyczną, w zasadzie nie odczuwa się odgłosu życia sąsiadów co daje duży komfort wypoczynku i poczucie jakby przebywało się w mieszkaniu niż w pokoju hotelowym. Podsumowując obiekt duży ale bardzo przestrzenny, obsługa przemiła i uczynna w zasadzie w kilka dni można niemalże zaprzyjaźnić się częścią z nich :) Dla mnie dużą wartością dodaną były boiska sportowe, park linowy i dobrze wyposażona siłownia. Miejsce godne polecanie dla rodzina ale nie tylko.

Super hotel, czyściutkie pokoje codziennie sprzątane, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji i ogromny wybór dla dorosłych i dla dzieci specjalne dania. Duży kompleks, wszystko pod ręką. Nie można się nudzić. Atrakcje cały dzień. Dla rodzin fantastyczny. Duże fajne baseny, przy jednym bar z przekąskami, przy obu napoje. Wymiana ręczników kąpielowych codziennie. Atrakcje wieczorne dla dorosłych i dla dzieci. Sklepik hotelowy ma przyzwoite ceny, niejednokrotnie na mieście jest drożej. Fajny jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki.

Duże możliwości spędzania czasu wolnego dla każdej "grupy przedszkolnej". Obiekt tylko dla tych, którzy nie mają problemu z chodzeniem.

Hotel bardzo duży i rozległy, ale idealnie rozplanowany - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie - oddzielne baseny z podgrzewana woda (ogromne) pozwalają na wybór - spokojnego miejsca bez dzieci i tel, gdzie dzieciaki i rodzice czują się, jak w raju. Duże wygodne pokoje z bardzo komfortowymi łóżkami i cudownym widokiem an ocean i Gomerę z boskimi zachodni słońca. oraz skały Los Gigantes, które robią ogromne wrażenie. Pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie, chętna do pomocy obsługa, dobre bary i wino z butelek w tym miejscowe Prosecco czyli Cava w dwóch rodzajach oraz 3 rodzaje wina z butelki. Mankamentem dla niektórych może być położenie hotelu na wzgórzu - stąd piękne widoki - ale do deptaka czy najbliższej plaży Ła Arena to naprawdę kilka minut spacerem. Niedaleko znajduje się te basen skalny i plaża Los Gigantes. Polecam!

Sprzątany codziennie jeżeli klient sobie tego życzy :) na stołówkach też czysto i nigdy nie brakuje miejsc ponieważ w razie natłoku otwierana jest druga sala. Fajne baseny i wieczorne animacje. Pomimo, że hotel jest duży nigdzie nie ma kolejek .... czy to wieczorny bar czy snack bary przy basenach. Plaża w dolej części miasteczka .... dość spora ale czarniuteńka.

Pierwsze pozytywne wrażenie odnieśliśmy już na początku przyjmowania nas do hotelu przez obsługę recepcji. Miła, życzliwa, kompetentna Pani wytłumaczyła wszystkie szczegóły i na przekazanej nam mapce przedstawiła ważne miejsca hotelu. Co najważniejsze zapytała się czy chcemy coś zjeść i zaprosiła na kolację. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był zgodny z ofertą i spełniał nasze oczekiwania, przede wszystkim przepiękny widok na ocean i La Gomerę. Pełne wyposażenie pokoju tj.: ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, czajnik, filiżanki, zestawy do kawy i herbaty, lodówka, w holu dostępne urządzenie z pitną wodą, przestronny, duży z eleganckim wystrojem apartament z balkonem było tym czego oczekiwaliśmy. Bardzo pomocne i przyjazne były rozwiązania internetowe dotyczące mapy rozmieszczenia najważniejszych miejsc hotelu w tym z funkcją geolokalizacji, aktualną prognozą pogody, kalendarium wydarzeń i animacji na kolejne dni i koniecznych informacji co do zasad korzystania z atrakcji oferowanych przez hotel. Wszystko to było umiejscowione w przeglądarce z bardzo przyjaznym interfejsem dostępne na smartfon, laptop i telewizor w pokoju. Dzięki temu mogliśmy swobodnie poruszać się po hotelu i cieszyć się oferowanymi atrakcjami. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje oferowana rozrywka dla dzieci i młodzieży a wieczorami bardzo bogata oferta muzyczna dla wszystkich. Różnorodne, bogate menu i obsługa były na najwyższym poziomie a przepiękne umiejscowienie restauracji sprawiało ,że posiłki były czystą przyjemnością. W tej sytuacji nie można pominąć przygotowania wieczoru i nocy sylwestrowej przez hotel. Byliśmy nieprawdopodobnie zaskoczeni dbałością o detale tego wieczoru, począwszy od wejścia do restauracji związanego z przywitaniem na które składało się specjalnie przygotowane miejsce dla muzyka , który prezentował pięknie brzmiące utwory, powitalną lampką szampana i przywitaniem przez elegancką i wytworną obsługę w tym doprowadzenie do stolika. Pięknie przygotowana sala i nad wyraz bogate i różnorodne menu od klasycznych potraw po wykwintne owoce morza, wszystko bardzo smaczne i świetnie podane dopełniało całości. Po kolacji zorganizowana została przez hotel fantastyczna impreza sylwestrowa włącznie z wyposażeniem gości w wszelkie niezbędne atrybuty tej nocy tj.: maski, czapeczki, trąbki, confetti i wiele innych, które wraz z otoczeniem czyli klubem, tarasem z palmami i widokiem na ocean powodowały, że czuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Do tego świetna muzyka na żywo, szampan i niewiarygodnie długi pokaz sztucznych ogni spowodował że przeżyliśmy niezapomnianą noc sylwestrową. Korzystaliśmy z bogatej oferty hotelu takiej jak : liczne bary, wieczory przy muzyce na żywo, dostępu bez kolejek do napojów oraz strefy gier i sklepów. Naszymi ulubionymi miejscami były liczne baseny w tym z podgrzewaną i kontrolowaną na bieżąco jakością wody, wydzieloną strefą ciszy oraz lożami w otoczeniu zieleni z bajecznym widokiem ma ocean. Generalnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z lokalizacji, widoków, zieleni , organizacji i oferty hotelu.

W pierwszy dzień Bożego Narodzenia dodatkowo szampan powitalny, koreczki z kawiorem, anchois, śledziem, łososiem itp. torty i extra słodkości. Wszystko świeże i wyśmienite. Przemiła obsługa. Dla amatorów plaża publiczna kilkaset metrów oddalona z ciemnym piaskiem. Nam absolutnie wystarczały baseny hotelowe z tarasami i licznymi łóżkami plażowymi i parasolami, których nigdy nie brakowało.

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie,goście międzynarodowi,obsługa bardzo uczynna i przyjazna,czystość nienaganna,jedzenie różnorodne i wysokiej jakości. Chętnie jeszcze wrócimy.

Na plus dostępność dla niepełnosprawnych i bardzo dobre all inclusive, na minus łóżko dla dziecka - tragedia, bo spałem oraz brak uzupełnienia mydła w przedostatnim dniu pobytu.
