Byliśmy w hotelu czteroosobową rodziną, ogólnie jesteśmy całkiem zadowoleni - jedzenie dobre i duży wybór, w całym hotelu i pokojach czysto ale kilka pluskwiaków wieczorem po zapaleniu światła udało się trafić. Do plaży również trzeba było iść, max 10 minut zależy jak dzieci współpracowały. Największy problem to wyciszenie pokoju, tragedia, prawie nie było różnicy czy okna były zamknięte czy otwarte a przy wieczornych animacjach było to uciążliwe. Również w nocy strasznie było słychać ruch uliczny, nie mówiąc o cofających śmieciarkach czy autobusach nad ranem. Gdybyśmy byli sami z żoną to pewnie by nam to tak nie przeszkadzało, ale z dziećmi w wieku 3 miesięcy jedno i 3 lat drugie było za głośno.

Hotel, na wysokim poziomie, czysto, schludnie, miła obsługa room sewisu, nowoczesny (gruntownie odremontowany w 2021 r.), duży z dwoma basenami z miejscami do leżakowania plus osobny brodzik, duża dostępność barów, siłownia, duża przestronna jadalnia z wydzieloną strefą dla dorosłych, bardzo duży wybór potraw, restauracja hotelowa oferuje dni kuchni światowej (np. japońskiej, meksykańskiej), miła obsługa kelnerska. Recepcja jest anglojęzyczna - pracownicy recepcji są mili i uprzejmi, dobrze władają obok języka hiszpańskiego, językiem angielskim. Hotel położony jest niedaleko od plaży, plaża jak przystało na Kanary czarna, magmowa.

Prysznica niedziałały. Widok z balkonu to ściana przemysłowa i ogromny hałas wentylatorów klimatyzatorów i dostawców. Uciekaliśmy z tego hotelu jak to tylko możliwe każdego dnia i wracaliśmy jak naj później. Czystości jedzenie na poziomie dobrym.

My byliśmy całkowicie po prawej stronie części rodzinnej w 234 i nocą słychać było czasami wentylację z podziemnej restauracji hotelu, ale po jednej nocy uznaliśmy, że da się spać. Ale jeśli ktoś chce cichej nocy to pokoje od ulicy, od frontu chyba są cichsze nocą. W dzień i tak jest się poza pokojem. Duży plus to ciepła woda we wszystkich basenach. Jedzenie różnorodne i wystarczająca ilość. Zwykle ze 3 rodzaje ryb, dobrej jakości świeży tuńczyk, świeże duże krewetki, sporo różnych warzyw, pizza, ryże w różnych wariantach, dobre pieczywo a nie wata z worka, wędliny, sery. Dużo owoców w tym papaja, guawa, brzoskwiniem, winogrona, melon, arbuz, banany. W deserach też duży wybór. 4 smaki lodów. Można się zajeść na śmierć :) Hotel 5 minut do plaży z gwarną promenadą i licznymi atrakcjami. Można też odejść dalej, pospacerować i posiedzieć w ciszy. Blisko do Siam Park bezpłatnym autobuem o 11stej z przystanku Faniaba.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, podzielony na dwie strefy: rodzinną i dla dorosłych. W hotelu czysto i obsługa mega miła i pomocna. My zatrzymaliśmy się w strefie rodzinnej, gdzie do dyspozycji mieliśmy dwa baseny a właściwie 4 baseny (podgrzewane), boisko do piłki nożnej, miejsce do gry w boule, był też stół do ping-ponga, gry w billard, piłkarzyki oraz strefa do zabawy dla mniejszych dzieci. Niektóre sprzęty do gry już lekko przechodzone, ale naszym dzieciom absolutnie to nie przeszkadzało w zabawie. Duży wybór jedzenia w restauracji, myślę że każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Hotel położony w odległości 5 minutowego spaceru od deptaka i plaży. Blisko również przystanek do bezpłatnego shuttle busa transportującego turystów do Siam Parku. Hotel ogólnie nowoczesny i tylko jakieś drobne elementy wymagałyby zmiany, odnowy, ale nie miały wpływu na nasz ogólny odbiór i komfort pobytu. Jedynym dyskomfortem było położenie naszych pokoi nad wieczorną strefą animacji, lubimy wcześnie położyć się spać i trochę nam to przeszkadzało. Także śpiochom takim jak my oraz osobom, które cenią sobie wieczorny spokój polecamy, żeby poprosili o pokój w innej części. Widzieliśmy, że sporo rodzin korzystało z tych wieczornych atrakcji, więc zakładam również, że wiele osób nie zwróci na to uwagi. Animacje kończą się o godz 22:00. Polecamy hotel i na pewno wrócilibyśmy w to miejsce.

Hotel duży z wieloma miejscami do tego aby miło spędzić czas podzielony jest na dwie strefy dla rodzin z dziećmi i dorosłych każdy może znaleźć swoje miejsce na odpoczynek lub bardziej aktywne zajęcia. Jest również dużo możliwości aby spędzić miło wieczór w różnych restauracjach barach i fajnych zakątkach. Pokoje duże czyste z balkonami gdzie również można odpocząć czy wypić popołudniową kawę.

Hotel blisko centrum Costa Adeje oraz 2 plaż Fanabe i Del Duque. Pokój deluxe składający się z 2 części: sypialni oraz drugiego pokoju z rozkładanym łóżkiem, balkon. Najsłabiej wypadła łazienka, gdzie podłoga była z fuszerką, posklejaną taśmą, na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel to nie wypada. Natomiast fakt, że nie było różnicowania, że Niemcy czy Francuzi dostają lepsze pokoje tylko każdy pokój wyglądał tak samo. Sam pokój w sobie przestronny, z lodówką, czajnikiem (kawa, herbata) oraz codziennie uzupełniana woda mineralna (gazowana i niegazowana).

Hotel czysty, bardzo dobrze położony w centrum, blisko do plaży i sklepów. Bardzo przestrzenne pokoje z sypialnia i salonem, z dużym balkonem, wszedzie jednakowe, nikt nikogo nie dyskryminuje, jak to często bywa w stosunku do Polaków. Dużo barów i basenów. Budowa hotelu troche skomplikowana, trudno sie połapać na poczatku. Potem gdy juz ogarniesz, można docenić 3 bary w tym jeden na dachu. 3 baseny w tym z podgrzewana woda, dużo zieleni. I bardzo dobry pomysł, oddzielenia strefy dla dzieci i strefy tylko dla dorosłych. Na podkreślenie zasuguje bardzo dobre jedzenie, na śniadaniu duży wybór a na obiadokolacje, wszystko o czym można pomażyć. Pyszne steki, ryby, pizza, owoce, sery, bagietki. Przepyszna kawa. Bardzo dużo restauracji, nikt nikomu nie wchodzi w droge. Obsługa uwija sie sprawnie i szybko. Niczego nie brakuje. Pyszna kawa dostępna rano i wieczorem i o dziwo herbata także. Zwykle gdy byłam w Hiszpanii, wieczorne picie herbaty traktowano jak lekarstwo. W pokoju czajnik i ekspres na kapsułki do kawy. Pani sprzatajace bardzo miłe, ale nie za bardzo sie przykładają. Ale gdy jesteś na 7 dni, to nie problem. Jak ktoś nie lubi głośnej muzyki, nie polecam pokoju od ulicy, bo w hotelu na przeciwko karaoke do 11 w nocy. Za to rano na terenie hotelu śpiewają ptaki Plaża brzydka, czarna. Ocean też. Przy plazy fajna promenada z knajpkami i sklepikami.Pogoda w styczniu idealna w dzień około 25 stopni, w nocy 19. Hotel polecam głównie dla ludzi, którzy lubia dobrze zjeśc i poleżeć przy basenie. Można też traktować go jako baze wypadową, wszedzie łatwo dotrzeć sa autobusy. Przystanek obok hotelu. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje zrobić zakupy, to hipermarket i centrum handlowe są obok. Ogólnie, wrażenia bardzo pozytywne, lecz nie dla ludzi, którzy lubia plaże i morze czy ocean.Ja jestem zadowolona. Odpoczęłam, nawet chciałam zostać dłużej :)
