Hotel mimo swojego wieku, wygląda bardzo atrakcyjnie. Obsługa dba o komfort odwiedzających (jest bardzo miła i uczynna). Uśmiech i fajne podejście do dzieci, sprawiło że czuły się tam na prawdę wyjątkowo. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, a ogród przy basenach zadbany. Jedzenie jest różnorodne i bardzo smaczne, także każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. Położenie hotelu, a także piękno miasteczka Puerto de la Cruz sprawia, że następnym razem wybierzemy również tę lokalizację.

Jak na opcję ALL INCLUSIVE to cholernie słabo. Wszyscy jedli to samo :) Do plaży "najbliższej" 1,5 km. Centrum 30-40 minut na piechotę.

Hotel dla mało wymagających. Jedzenie katastrofa, dawno nie spotkałam się z takim poziomem serwowania jedzenia. Wg mnie hotel raczej 3-gwiazdkowy do 4 - bardzo dużo mu brakuje. Animacji brak - osobiście mi to nie przeszkadzało, ale wg oferty takowe miały być. Kartę do pokoju byliśmy wymieniać każdego dnia, przynajmniej 3 razy dziennie nie można się było dostać do pokoju. Hotel czysty, ale lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą. Brak informacji, że w skład hotelu wchodzą 3 hotele. Śniadanie i kolację je się w 1 hotelu, na lunch trzeba przejść do hotelu na przeciwko. Świetna baza wypadowa, super okolica, w której każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dużo restauracji, co nas ratowało przez cały pobyt.

Hotel dość stary, choć po modernizacji, obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, choć brakuje odkurzania (koty latają pod łóżkiem). Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, choć monotonne. Hotel naszykowany w większości pod gości z UK, widać to po oferowanych animacjach, których było mało (ale były) oraz po oferowanym jedzeniu. Hotel dobrze położony, ale do sensownej plaży w Puerto de la Cruz daleko, jedyna sensowna opcja znajduje się bliżej Loro Parku, a to jest kilka kilometrów.

Hotel położony w górnej części Perto de la Cruz, z balkonu mieliśmy piękny widok na Teidę oraz ocean. Pokój duży, przestronny, sprzątany codziennie; na minus bardzo intensywne oświetlenie pokoju. Bardzo sprawnie chodzące windy. Posiłki serwowane w hotelu na przeciwko należącym do tej samej sieci. Jedzenie dobre, śniadania monotonne, ale lunch i kolacje ok, codziennie inne ryby i mięso, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Baseny na zewnątrz niepodgrzewane wiec raczej dla osób zdeterminowanych , w hotelu obok basen kryty tam temperatura 23 st, kilka razy skorzystaliśmy. Na szczęście w hotelu jest mało animacji, my złapaliśmy się na 2 polegające na puszczaniu przez jedną animatorkę bardzo głośno muzyki przy basenie i rysowaniu z jednym dzieckiem czegoś przy stoliku. Ogólnie przy basenie było cicho i spokojnie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, szczególnie w barach i w restauracji.

Nie spodziewałam się cudów, ponieważ była to najtańsza dostępna oferta. Zostałam pozytywnie zaskoczona. Spodziewałam się pokoju z dostawką (2+2), a otrzymaliśmy ogromny apartament. W pokoju duże przesuwne okno i przestronny balkon z widokiem na ocean. Woda w basenie niepodgrzewana co za tym idzie nie było możliwości kąpieli (luty), ratował sprawę mały basen wewnętrzny. Ważną informacja dla osób podróżujących z dzieci: w pobliżu nie ma plaży. Na plażę trzeba dojechał lub pójść na spacer 40min (plaża Bolullo). Pokoje nie były za bardzo sprzątane, jedynie były ścielone łóżka i wymieniane ręczniki. Obsługa bardzo miła. Oceniam pobyt bardzo pozytywnie.

Hotel pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Widać , że jest stary, wystrój tez raczej skromny, poszczególne pokoje, restauracje są odświeżane. Otrzymaliśmy pokój po remoncie, no może raczej odświeżeniu, ale było czysto. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, codziennie owoce morza, ryby przynajmniej w dwóch postaciach z grilla i dodatkowo pieczone/smażone etc. Duży wybór owoców: gruszki, jabłka, pomarańcze, grapefruity, marakuja, banany. Maruda zawsze się przyczepi, ale to był hotel jeden z najtańszych w ofercie. Wybraliśmy go z mężem głównie ze względu na położenie i z założeniem, że będziemy jadali na mieście. Finalnie jedzenie było smaczne, zawsze można było coś dla siebie wybrać. Oczywiście kucharz nie przyrządzał omletów, a kelner nie podawał kawy, ale to Hiszpania i nie 5 gwiazdek. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, uważamy , że jest godny polecenia. Animacje średnie, głównie dostosowane pod turystów z Hiszpanii, ale wieczorami zawsze coś się działo.

hotel raczej czysty, pokoje sprzatane codziennie, baseny dobrze utrzymane, teren wokół hotelu zadbany, można przyjemnie odpocząć. Jedzenie dobre, zróżnicowane, choć zdarzało się, że dania z rusztu były niedosmażone. Brakowało hiszpańskich wędlin jamon serrano czy palleli w różnych wersjach. Personel uśmiechnięty, pomocny, podnosi ocene hotelu. Do plaży piaszczystej daleko, autobus dojeżdżamy tylko do płatnego kompleksu basenów lub kamienistej, niezbyt bezpiecznej do kąpieli. Kryty basen maleńki, nie zachęca do skorzystania.

Mogę polecić ten hotel. Mieliśmy pokój po remoncie, czysty, żadnych robali. Łóżko dość wygodne. Pokój otrzymaliśmy w lokalizacji z widokiem na wulkan Teide, miasto i ocean na 6 piętrze, okna są ogromne, a widoki piękne. Traktowaliśmy go bardziej jako bazę wypadową na zwiedzanie wyspy. Wyżywienie bardzo w porządku. Kolacje różnorodne, śniadania angielskie. Byliśmy tylko na dwóch obiadach - zawsze da się wybrać coś dla siebie i jest smacznie. W odległości ok.40min pieszo są plaże poza miastem Bollullo i Los Patos - czarny przyjemny piasek. Nie oceniam go pod względem pobytu przez całe dnie i korzystania z baru oraz basenu i leżaków przy hotelu, ponieważ niemal nie korzystaliśmy. Ale ogólnie ładne, przyjemne miejsce.
