Hotel ma swoje lata, niemniej biorąc pod uwagę konkurencyjny koszt wyjazdu standard był całkiem akceptowalny, bardzo miła obsługa, dość dobre wyżywienie, czysto i położony w zielonej północnej części wyspy a nie w szarej pustynnej południowej. Połowa leżaków na basenie nie nadaje się już do użytku i powinna być naprawiona lub wymieniona, choć udawało sie coś zawsze znaleźć. Generalnie za rozsądne pieniądze polecam.

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, różnorodne jedzenie, duże pokoje z wygodnym łóżkiem i balkonem z widokiem na ocean. Jedyny minus za min animacji, było w opisie, że plac zabaw dla dzieci, a zastaliśmy tylko dwie huśtawki i calkowity brak animacji i atrakcji dla dzieci.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Najlepsze ma już za sobą, jednak jest czysto i schludnie. Pokój duży w widokiem na ocean, dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko bardzo duże i wygodne. Taras z pięknym widokiem ze stolikiem i krzesłami. W pokoju telewizor, czajnik, lodówka, podstawowy zestaw serwisowy. W łazience wanna, duże lustro, suszarka. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu, dobra obsługa. Wybraliśmy posiłki: śniadania i obiadokolację - dobry wybór dla zwiedzających. Obiadokolacja w godz. 18.30/21.15. Jedzenie dobre, chociaż śniadania dość monotonne. Do obiadokolacji napoje dodatkowo płatne - 3 euro od osoby i wtedy bez limitu - soki, napoje, piwo i wino. Basen przy hotelu duży, woda czysta, chłodna. Leżaków i parasoli jest dużo - bez dodatkowej opłaty, nie było problemu z wolnym miejscem.

Jako, że podróżowaliśmy w trójkę (małżeństwo+5 letnie dziecko) otrzymaliśmy zamiast 24m apartamentu z dostawką- jak było w umowie, apartament dwupokojowy - do dodatkowe udogodnienie odbyło sie z inicjatywy hotelu, nie musieliśmy dopłacać za dodatkowy pokój.

Hotel mimo 4 gwiazdek jest kiepski. Największym atutem są wygodne łóżka, cała reszta bardzo słaba. Plaży w pobliżu hotelu nie ma , trzeba dojść,trudna u długa droga. Jedzenie to chyba najsłabszy punkt , monotonne i naprawdę słabej jakości . Sprzątanie pokoi pozostawia wiele do życzenia , pościel nie została zmieniona przez dwa tygodnie , mimo iż była mocno ubrudzona. Brak jakichkolwiek animacji.

To już kolejna wizyta w tym hotelu co chyba jest najlepszą rekomendacją. 5 razy na Teneryfie 4 razy wybrałem ten hotel. Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko super punktów widokowych na miasto, blisko placu zabaw, ulica pełna sklepów, kramów. Jedzenie smaczne, codziennie coś innego, dni tematyczne np. włoski. Personel super miły i pomocny. Codzienne sprzątanie, pokoje odnowione. Warto dopłacić za widok na Ocean. Ciężko słowami opisać a niestety nie idzie wstawić zdjęć. Jest też parking darmowy co jest ważne bo z miejscami do parkowania bywa różnie. Same zalety:)

Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Posiłki...."szału nie ma", ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Minus, brak w pokojach działającej klimatyzacji, co przy temperaturze 23-30°C , jaką mieliśmy podczas naszego pobytu, powodowało że wewnatrz panował mało komfortowy zaduch. Hmm...mam raczej mieszane uczucia. Z plusów to bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wyjazd ten był tani, liczyłam się z tym, że jakość nie będzie za wysoka. Jedyny plus to duży pokój, duży balkon i wygodne łóżko. Niestety to wszystko. Jedzenie bardzo średnie, śniadania monotonne, produkty niskiej jakości. Na kolację trochę większy wybór ale jakość nadal słaba. Obsługa taka sobie, widać na każdym kroku jak składają hołd pijanym Anglikom i Holendrom. Bardziej cenią ich niż skromnego Polaka. Trochę to było niesmaczne jak usługują pijanym na stołówce i pozwalają na dosłownie wszystko. Kolejna sprawa to hałas w nocy. Pokoje dostaje się od ulicy ( chyba, że zapłacisz za pokój z widokiem na morze). Po pierwszej nocy wiedziałam, że raczej przez następnych 13 raczej się nie wyśpię. Poszłam do recepcji i zapytałam, czy za dopłatą mogę zmienić pokój z widokiem na morze ( bardziej cichy). Poinformowano mnie, że na tą chwilę wszystkie pokoje są zajęte i dadzą mi znać kiedy coś się zwolni. Niestety mimo moich pytań co kilka dni nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Hałas w nocy do godziny 3:00. Na przeciwko hotelu jest dyskoteka, głośna muzyka do 1:00, auta, motory, skutery. Po godz.1:00 muzyka się trochę wycisza ale i tak słychać ją do 3:00. Po godz.3:00 następuje wymarsz pijanego towarzystwa z lokalu no i przez następne godziny odbywają się rozmowy, nawoływania, rozmowy przez telefon, kłótnie czasami zakończone bójką ( wtedy przyjeżdża policja i karetka) lub wielką namiętnością na samochodzie. A ty człowieku wszystko słyszysz jakby działo się to za drzwiami pokoju. Nie można zamknąć tarasu, bo jest gorąco ( jak byliśmy to była kalima), w pokoju panuje zaduch, klimatyzacja w grudniu nie działa. Plaże wokół hotelu praktycznie żadne, do najładniejszych kawał drogi a jak zajdziesz to i tak się nie pokąpiesz, bo albo zamknięta bo są duże prądy albo jest akurat zrzut ścieków i ratownik pilnuje, żeby się ludzie nie kąpali. Warto poczytać o ściekach na Teneryfie, bo niestety biuro podróży tego nie powie a wyspa i mieszkańcy mają z tym wielki kłopot. No i jeszcze na koniec polecam zostawiać na noc światło w łazience, bo jak się nie zostawi to można spotkać wędrujące spod wanny karaluchy.
