Trochę się zawiodłam wchodząc do pokoju standard niski. Wrecz odechcialo mi sie tam byc. Ogólnie hotel do odnowienia. Jedzenie srednio ale każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Jedyny plus to taki ze hotel ma przepiękny ogród i jest w dość dobrej lokalizacji. Pierwszy raz się spotkałam z kaucja za kubki w all inclusive. Przekaski w barze masakra jakoes herbatniki i ciasteczka francuskie banany jablaka oraz okropne kanapki z chleba tostowego pakowane pojedynczo. Ogólnie nie widziałam żeby ktoś czyścił płytki wokoło basenu przez te 7dni. Animacje słabe. Przy recepcji przeciekajacy dach. Zapchany kibel oczywiście zgłoszone zostało to od razu lecz nie zaostalo naprawione. Brak poszewek na koc. Chodzące kury i golebie po sali gdzie jest bar i przy basenie.

Jedzenie urozmaicone, codziennie żelki i lody do kolacji, jednego dnia była fontanna czekoladowa, a innego na wejściu do stołówki przepyszne włoskie wino, kolejnego sangria, jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to po przyjeździe, po obiedzie dostępne jedynie owoce i kanapki, nic na ciepło, aż do kolacji. Drinki podstawowe, expresy do kawy wyłączone podczas obiadu obiadu. Basen przyjemny, ale w lutym woda zimna, również w jakuzzi. Bilard, stół do tenisa stołowego za opłatą.

Super hotel, na pewno będę wracać:))) Położenie idealne, blisko centrum miasta, w okolicy dwie plaże i szczerze widoki nie do opisania, a ogrody hotelu dodają uroku. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, wiele rzeczy do wyboru, także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (codziennie zmieniają się niektóre produkty). Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyjazdu, a był to mój pierwszy wyjazd z itaką przez co dużo się zastanawiałam nad tym jak będzie, ale wszystko okazało się super. Ja odwiedzę hotel na pewno jeszcze nie raz, tylko kolejnym razem wpadnę na dłużej i polecam każdemu

Czystość - Obsługa się starała, żeby dostać nowy ręcznik trzeba go zostawić w wannie a nie na podłodze! wyżywienie - niskie oceny obniżyły nasze oczekiwania i dlatego miło się zaskoczyliśmy pokój - dosyć duży pokój, z widokiem na wulkan i basen plaża - do plaży dosyć daleko i w tej chwili jest problem z korzystaniem z niej, ponieważ jest awaria kanalizacji w Puerto de la Cruz animacje - trudno trafić na moment w którym animacje są dostępne, raczej dla dorosłych niż dzieci.

Hotel wymaga drobnych napraw ,ale nie są to rzeczy uciązliwe .Hotel nie jest najnowszy ale spełnia swoje zadanie .Obsługa jest miła i pomocna .Autobus dowozi do centrum lub można pieszo dotrzeć. Wyżywienie jest różnorodne ,także każdy coś dla siebie odnajdzie .Dla mnie wystarczyło by było 2 razy. Sprzątanie pokojów było codziennie wg życzenia .Animacje wieczorne były ciekawe tylko wymagało to odpowiedniego zainteresowania.

Nie rozumiem negatywnych opinii nt jedzenia (np. na śniadanie wszystko to samo, monotonne - czy ktoś z opiniujących w domu codziennie ma przygotowany taki wybór produktów?), nt zmiany ręczników i pościeli (czy ktoś z opiniujących w domu codziennie zmienia ręczniki i pościel?). nt animacji - codziennie były różnorodne animacje w stylu muzyka na żywo, karaoke, akrobacje itp, czyli każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Hotel usytuowany faktycznie w odległości ok. 2 km od centrum, ale jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem to jest darmowy bus, który kilka razy dziennie przywozi i odwozi gości hotelowych do centrum. Niektórzy narzekali na pogodę, że nie było słońca itp, ale czy hotel jest temu winny?

Hotel wg. mnie to 3* bo raczej luksusu tu nie ma. Pokoje urządzone z pomysłem, ale sprzęt nieco stary i często nie naprawiany jak lampki, szafy, nieco stare sofy i pledy. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje, jeśli tylko chcemy. Ale ręczniki, prześcieradła dość zużyte, poprzecierane. Obsługa miła. Wyżywienie dobre, choć monotonne. Ciekawa sprawa to bar, gdzie można sobie zrobić kanapkę między posiłkami, nic ekstra ale dwa razy nie zdążyliśmy na obiad i było coś do przekąszenia. Bar z drinkami w porządku, czynny do 23.00. Cicha okolica bardzo na plus, ale do miasta trochę drogi. Choć był dostępny autobus hotelowy, my z niego nie korzystaliśmy. Miasteczko Peurto de la Cruse ciekawe, ale w tym sezonie najładniejsza plaża bez możliwości kąpieli (jakieś zanieczyszczenia w wodzie). Dwie pozostałe kamieniste, a mocno wzbużony ocean dość niebezpieczny. Dla wielbicieli plaży dość słabo. Dużym plusem jest to, że w miasteczku LORO PARK z wieloma atrakcjami oraz w pobliżu ogromny Ogród Botaniczny. Komunikacja autobusowa wspaniała, dużo i częste połączenia do innych miasteczek - np. stolica wyspy, Los Gigantos. Dla osób, które chcą pozwiedzać wyspę miejsce dobre, dla wielbicieli plaż raczej nie. Generalnie pobyt udany, ale bez szału.

Średniej klasy hotel z pięknym ogrodem. Ogród naprawdę robi wrażenie. O określonych godzinach z głośników puszczana jest muzyka klasyczna. Wejścia do ogrodu są dwa: z jednej strony basenu i z drugiej strony basenu. I mimo oznaczeń nie jest to dla wszystkich oczywiste, gdyż część gości hotelowych o ogrodzie nie wiedziała. Podzielony jest na dwie części i nie stanowi całości. Rośliny są wypielęgnowane i opisane. Z hotelu do centrum miasta dojeżdża bus i mimo informacji, iż będzie jeździł dwa razy dziennie (wrzesień) jeździł 6 razy dziennie w tę i z powrotem. Hotel znajduje się na wzgórzu, co dla niektórych osób może stanowić problem, gdy trzeba wrócić pieszo. Animacje są. Pokoje sprzątane średnio. O zmianę pościeli musieliśmy poprosić. Hotelowi dałabym 3* nie 4. Jedzenie: nie jestem wymagająca, więc zawsze coś dla siebie znalazłam. Każdego dnia na śniadanie, obiad, kolację przyrządzane jest coś przez kucharza na świeżo np szaszłyki. Na śniadanie pod Anglików: jajka sadzone i omlety. W porównaniu z 4* hotelem na Fuerteventurze, czy choćby Gran Canarii wypada słabo. My nie spędzaliśmy dużo czasu w hotelu, więc jako baza wypadowa się sprawdził. Basen jeden i to mały. Mało leżaków i od samego rana pozajmowane ręcznikami. SPA - nieczynne. Z ,,głównej" drogi pod hotelem można dojechać w wiele miejsc: La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Teide. Natomiast dworzec autobusowy jest już daleko od hotelu, a czasem trzeba było i z niego skorzystać. Nad hotelem sklep (hiszpański supermarket) Można dojść na skróty idąc w górę i wchodząc na ścieżkę, gdzie postawiono znak: zakaz wjazdu. Żadnych robaczków nie było. Tak, jak wspomniałam na początku: hotel oceniam średnio, ale nie mam jakiś wielkich zastrzeżeń. To, co wydało mi się bardzo niemiłe i niesmaczne, ale to odczucia subiektywne, gdyż była wcześniej podana informacja na ten temat, iż hotel przestaje świadczyć usługi w dniu i o godzinie wymeldowania, czyli w momencie wymeldowania o godzinie 12 odcięto nam opaski i nie mogliśmy już skorzystać już z obiadu, czy darmowych przekąsek i picia. Pierwszy raz nam się to zdarzyła, bo mimo informacji, hotele zostawiają opaski. Transfer mieliśmy dopiero wieczorem i człowiek zaczyna się w takiej chwili czuć intruzem w hotelu. Hotele 4* nie powinny praktykować takich opcji i zostawiać gościom, którzy mają transfery wieczorem - opaski. Obsługa miła. Miasto Puerto de la Cruz - moim zdaniem najpiękniejsze na całej wyspie. Byliśmy 14 dni. Z animacji raczej nie korzystaliśmy, ale były i animacje dla dzieciaków i dla dorosłych, w tym muzyka na żywo.

Przy barze wieczne kolejki po napoje, ale to mi bardzo nie przeszkadzało, tapasy przy barze, to codziennie tak samo, mięso na burger, hotdogi i bułki tak codziennie, przez tydzień . Basen czysty, leżaki w zasadzie zawsze dostępne. W holu hotelu tylko parę kanap, mimo iż, hol ogromny. Hotel położony w mieście wysoko, do centrum miasta na piechotę ok 20 min, z powrotem spore przewyższenie, ale dla chętnych jest autobus hotelowy, który kilka razy dziennie zawozi i przywozi gości z i do centrum.

Po przejściu do recepcji i opisaniu problemu bez problemu dostaliśmy zmianę na inny pokój. Jedzenie: dużo pojawia się opinii że jedzenie w hotelu jest monotonne. Rzeczywiście na śniadanie serwowane jest codziennie to samo, jednak nie są to 3 opcje do wyboru, a 20... więc nie wiem jak Państwo ale ja tyle różnych śniadań nie mam w domu w asortymencie. Na obiady i kolacje codziennie były stałe rzeczy, ale również cześć z dań zmieniała się. Hotel: Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą, ale mimo wszystko w hotelu jest czysto. Panie sprzątające jeżeli tylko się chce, pokój sprzątają codziennie. Sprzątany również jest basen i myte leżaki. Okolica: Hotel znajduje się na górze, jednak 6 razy dziennie jeździ autokar, który za darmo dowozi nas bliżej centrum/plaży.

Uważam że w tej kategorii cenowej naprawdę nie ma powodów do narzekań. Posiłków jest wiele i są częste (choć część z nich przyrządzana niepotrzebnie , np wątróbka która świetnie służy jako podstawkę pod chyboczacy się stolik ). Obsługa przemiła i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Hotel posiada duże pokoje jak na mój gust i świetny ogród gdzie można należycie się wyciszyć. Atrakcji w około jest wiele. Główne miasto jest na tyle duże by mieć co pozwiedzać ale nie przesadnie by czuć się przytłoczonym. Mega na plus że hotel ma wiele ulotek co warto zobaczyć i opcję wynajmu auta które nie jest droższe nic sami byśmy to ogarnęli. Jedynie pomieszczenie gier i zabaw dla dzieci ubogie a przekąski między głównymi posiłkami nie polecam. Dużo Polaków. Rezydent mega pomocny. Chyba najgorszym aspektem był sam przelot wizzairem- dość długo lot a jak dla mnie mało miejsca na nogi i brak możliwości dogodnej pozycji do zamknięcia powiek - a jak się udało to krecz karku zaliczony. Sama Teneryfa jednak mega.
