Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, blisko do oceanu, promenady, starówki, sklepów, knajpek. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Obsługa w restauracji i barach super - miła i pomocna, jak również pracownicy recepcji. Najbliższa plaża kamienista, trudno wejść do wody. Ze względu na duże fale dla surferów którzy praktycznie cały czas siedzieli w wodzie. Oferta Last minute wypasiona łącznie z barem i dostępnymi w nim alkoholami. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecamy.

Hotel jest położony w idealnym miejscu, obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma po zakończeniu doby hotelowej nie zdjęto nam opasek i mogliśmy korzystać ze wszystkiego do momentu opuszczenia hotelu. Ręczniki były wymieniane codziennie co do sprzątania to raczej słabo, Moim zdaniem hotel zasługuje na 3*+ Brak stolika i fotelików w pokojów my mieliśmy piękny widok na ocean i wulkan. W pokoju bardzo wygodne łóżka ,świeżo odświeżony pokój , łazienka słaba, W całym hotelu ogólnie bardzo czysto przez cały dzień czynny snack bar (frytki ,kalmary, hot-dogi, tosty, owoce, napoje, alkohol średni importowany za dopłatą .

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jedzenia nie brakowało, było świeże i ciepłe. Cieszyliśmy się z wyboru również ze względu na lokalizację (blisko oceanu i promenady). Pokój był czysty, sprzątany codzień. Mieliśmy widok boczny na ocean. Faktycznie z lewej było go widać, a po prawej Teide. Obsługa miła, bezproblemowa, uśmiechnięta. Windy sprawne. Porządek poza pokojem zachowany. Nie ma podgrzewanego basenu. Mimo to, idealny to orzeźwienia. Trochę przerażające, na początku, barierki na balkonach. Codzienne animacje. Bar przy basenie i w lobby. Byliśmy w połowie marca. Ogólnie polecamy!

Idealna lokalizacja hotelu, blisko do oceanu, promenady, starówki, sklepów, knajpek i basenów Lago Martianez. Bardzo czysto, pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane. Pokój standardowy, ale trafił nam się na 9.piętrze, więc mieliśmy nawet częściowy widok na ocean. Jedna restauracja w hotelu, Wyżywienie: śniadania na zwykłym poziomie, ale obiady i kolacje naprawdę bardzo dobre i urozmaicone: dużo ryb , owoców morza, fajne desery, owoce, lody. Serwowano też świetne produkty regionalne. Obsługa w restauracji i barach super - miła i pomocna. To samo można powiedzieć o pracownikach recepcji. Basen trochę mały jak na tę liczbe pokoi. Z dwóch stron ulica, a więc było tam dość hałaśliwie. Nie korzystaliśmy ze względu na zimną wodę ( byliśmy w marcu), poza tym woleliśmy Lago Martianez i zwiedzanie wyspy. Animacje: nie korzystaliśmy z nich w trakcie dania, wieczorem show lub muzyka taneczna na róznym poziomie. Zdecydowanie dla dorosłych niż dla młodziezy i dzieci. Najbliższa plaża Martianez: z ciemnym piaskiem i kamieniami, trudno wejść do wody. Ze względu na duże fale raczej chyba dla surferów. Wykupilliśmy ofertę Last minute w dobrej cenie, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecamy.

Pracownicy hotelu bardzo mili i pomocni. Posiłki smaczne i zróżnicowane, czasem powtarzalne. Basen niewielki, ale spora przestrzeń na leżaki i bar. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Ogólnie hotel bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył.

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko plaży i centrum miasta z restauracjami. Naprzeciwko Centrum Handlowe z supermarketem, fast foodami i sklepami odzieżowymi. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane, na powitanie jest duża butelka wody. W pokoju jest mała lodówka. Hotel zapewnia żel w butelce przyczepionej do ściany i małą kostkę mydła (które słabo się pieniło). Jest suszarka do włosów.

Wakacje na Teneryfie ogólnie oceniam bardzo dobrze, chociaż trzeba od początku powiedzieć szczerze, że 4 gwiazdki tam nie oznaczają takiej jakości jak u nas w Polsce. Hotel 4 gwiazdki to miał może 20 lat temu, teraz to raczej bym dała najwięcej 3. Nie chcę napisać, że to zły hotel, bo takie nie był ale raczej też myślę, że nie ma co jechać z wielkimi oczekiwaniami. Same pokoje były dość duże, również łazienki spora ale widać, że wszystko (szczególnie łazienka) jest już trochę styrane latami. Windy działały średnio więc raczej na co dzień używałam schodów co dla mnie nie było problemem ale może być to minus dla osób, które przyjadą z wózkiem. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to takie typowo hotelowe. Śniadania codziennie takie same, na plus duża ilość świeżych owoców i warzyw. Jeśli chodzi o lunch i obiad to zmieniały się, sporo rzeczy smażonych, ryb, a wybór mięs to raczej głównie wieprzowina. Ale trzeba powiedzieć, że wybór był i również jeśli ktoś nie zna za dobrze angielskiego lub hiszpańskiego to na plakietkach nad jedzeniem były również opisy po polsku. Obsługa w hotelu była przemiła, bardzo pomocna. I teraz największy plus, lokalizacja! Hotel jest na prawdę świetnie położony, do zejścia nad ocean jest dosłownie 3 minuty, a później rozciąga się bardzo bardzo długa ulica nad ocean pełna małych sklepików, restauracji, kawiarenek. Dojście do plaży z piaskiem od hotelu zajmuje dosłownie 15-20 min co też było wielkim plusem. Zaraz obok plaży piaskowej jest jedna z największych atrakcji Teneryfy, czyli Loro Park więc z hotelu do większość miejsc można dość na piechotę. W obrębie hotelu znajdują się również 3 duże supermarkety. Z animacji w hotelu nie korzystałam więc nie mogę ocenić. Patrząc na całość myślę, że pobyt w hotelu oceniłabym tak 4/6 :)

Dość stary hotel, czysty, duży minus za bardzo powolne windy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Wyżywienie różnorodne, smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel usytuowany w centrum miasta, bardzo blisko do plaży, sklepów, barów, restauracji. Niestety minusem jest bardzo mała ilość miejsc parkingowych i korki w mieście. Hotel nie nadaje się na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy samochodem. Zaraz obok hotelu jest mała plaża kamienista. Najbliższa plaża z piaskiem przez większość pobytu była nieczynna z powodu wylewu ścieków do morza.

Hotel fajnie zlokalizowany, bardziej miejski niż dla osób ceniących ciszę i spokojne plażowanie. Plaże blisko, ale malutkie. Basen niewielki, ale przestrzeń wokół całkiem spora. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, duży wybór, obiady i kolacje urozmaicone i pyszne. Śniadania bardziej powtarzalne, ale bardzo smaczne i również dużo do wyboru. Świetny personel. Porządnie sprzątane zarówno pokoje, jak i całe otoczenie. Pokoje wygodne, gustowne, przestronny balkon z nieco przysłoniętym hotelami widokiem na ocean i bocznym widokiem na wulkan. Hotel „wiekowy” ale komfortowy. Animacje codziennie, całkiem fajne. Ogólnie w hotelu bardzo spokojnie, średnia wieku gości raczej wysoka, choć to może zależeć od pory roku. Dzieci i młodzież mogłyby się nudzić. W najbliższym otoczeniu hotelu natomiast, znajduje się wszystko co trzeba- sklepy, restauracje, promenada, plaże, urocze kąpielisko, zabytkowa część miasta.

Z hotelu wszedzie blisko - do sklepow, na plaze rozne czy na deptak wzdluz morza. Pogoda znienna ale ladna. Woda w basenie hotelowym niezbyt ciepla jak rowniez w morzu ale nie bylo duzo upalnych dni w grudniu 5-12XII. Jedzenia I napojow duzo o kazdej porze I dlugie godziny posilkow ale smak potraw taki sobie a wina wszystkie cienkie- najlepsze byly owoce a zwlaszcza banany z Kanarow.
