Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie w opcji all inclusive. Pokoje czyste i wszystko co powinno być w tej klasie hotelu. Serdecznie polecam. Z minusów: 1. winda, są 3 małe windy i 12-13 pięter więc w godzinach posiłków się "zapychają". Czasem trzeba czekać kilka minut, ale to sporadycznie. Da się z tym żyć. 2. basen bardzo mały, więc jak ktoś liczy na pływanie to raczej poza hotelem. 2. Pani barmanka w barze przy basenie, po angielsku nie mówi, co można tłumaczyć jej wiekiem, ale uśmiech by się czasem przydał, a ta Pani zawsze oschła i sprawia wrażenie jakby tam pracowała za karę. Napiwki też nie pomagają. W związku z tym po napoje chodziliśmy tam niechętnie, może takie było założenie...

Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to tragedii moim zdaniem nie ma. Irytowało mnie, że poza śniadaniem nie było samoobsługi jeśli chodzi o napoje. Przy obiedzie czy kolacji, trzeba było czekać, aż podejdzie kelner i zapyta czego sobie życzymy (czasem zdążyłem zjeść cały posiłek i nikt nie przychodził). Idąc dalej w napoje- to rozumiem, że przy basenie nie można podawać ich w szkle, ale mogli by zainwestować w jakieś kubki z twardego tworzywa (nawet za kaucją), bo picie piwa z papierowego kubka, to jakieś nieporozumienie. Pokój codziennie był sprzątany, także za czystość duży plus. Budynek na 12 pięter, a tylko 3 windy (z czego jedna podczas naszego pobytu nieczynna)- było często zamieszanie i opłacało się bardziej iść schodami na 9 piętro. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo fajna. Podsumowując hotel generalnie ok, ale jeśli miałbym wrócić, to nie wybrałbym opcji „all Inclusive”.

Jeśli chodzi o hotel ładny i schludny przydałoby się odmalowanie pokoi największe wrażenie zrobił balkon z widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie nie dobre nie dla każdego bez smaku jałowe przez większość dni jadłam frytki z sałatką. Hotel mam wrażenie dla starszych osób po 22 cisza w hotelu gdzie w innych tętniło życiem grała nowoczesna muzyka u nas z raz pianino i bingo myślę że zdecydowanie dla osób ceniących ciszę i spokój albo osób starszych. Z minusów nie działający parking. Lokalizacja petarda blisko galerii oceanu itp Wycieczki lokalne z Itaka tu nie polecam wycieczka za 80 euro od osoby polegała na objeździe z przewodnikiem i pokazaniu przez okno paru miejsc oraz degustacji wina. Kupiliśmy tylko dlatego że nie było miejsca na kolejkę na wjazd wulkanu tu dodatkowo 45 euro od osoby okazało się przed wjazdem że nie można bo zamknęli kolejkę. Dramat wjechaliśmy w to miejsce gdzie można samemu wjechać samochodem nie popełniajcie tego błędu wypożyczcie auto i wjedźcie i zaoszczędzicie kupę kasy. Ogólnie polecam Teneryfę ale koniecznie weźcie auto od pierwszego dnia pobytu do ostatniego. Piękne widoki i miejsca do zobaczenia

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda ładnie i tu można by postawić kropkę. Pokoje dość mocno odbiegają od standardu 4 gwiazdek niby hotel po remoncie a zacieki na syficie od klimatyzacji, z którą są problemy cały czas skrapla się woda i nie dział poprawnie, szafka w której znajduje się lodówka aż się klei z tłuszczu. Recepcja nic nie działa w kierunku poprawy usług sprzątających. Co do samych usług sprzątania pokoju, o ile można tak to nazwać. Wytarcie podłogi mopem na odwal się po czym zostaje nadal piasek i inne zabrudzenia wymiana pościeli ( nowa pościel była niby wyprana ale z śladami krwi ) oraz ręczników, psiknięcie zapachem oraz zasłonięcie zasłon. Nie można nazwać tego sprzątaniem. Co do reszty pan barman mega niemiły pracuje tam bo musi, drinki robi gotowe z maszyny prawie bez alkoholu , a jak się wróci po kolejnego to ma wielkie pretensje bo przed chwilą już robił jednego drinka, samo jedzenie smaczne na to nie można narzekać. Lokalizacja hotelu blisko głównego deptaka to na plus jest co zwiedzać. Osobiście tam nie wrócę i nie polecę nikomu tego hotelu

Hotel położony bardzo blisko plaży ale kamienistej, do piaszczystej trochę trzeba było przejść. Pokoje duże, sprzątane codziennie, jednak w dniu przyjazdu powiedziałabym że pokoj nie był przygotowany. Wszędzie były kudły i kurz. Widok z balkonu na ocean i wulkan na plus. Posiłki takie sobie, bez smaku, a rolada z kurczaka i ryby to jeden glut. Do obiadu i kolacji napoje limitowane.Obsługa bardzo pomocna, starszy pan na posiłkach wymiatał, uśmiechniety, zagadywał każdego. Na posilkach 3 dni z rzedu spacerowal sobie karaluch po podlodze na szczęście w pokojach nie bylo.Przy basenie można było zjeść frytki które frytek nie przypominały, albo hod dogi lub hamburgery. Do tego owoce i tosty. Jest to stałe menu na basenie. Alkohol przy basenie lokalny jak dla mnie rzadko pijącej taki sobie. Basen mały max na 20 osób. Jak wejdzie więcej robi się ciasno. Leżaków też za wiele nie było, wojen nie było o leżaki ale jak przyszło się później to był problem. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy, były ŵieczorem jakieś tańce no i bar oblegany wieczorami za alkoholem Korzystaliśmy z wycieczki Itaki i powiem trochę się zawiodlam. 300zl za objazdową wycieczkę na Teide z obiadem takim sobie i 40 euro za wyjazd na wulkan hm... pozostawiam do myślenia. Polecam wynająć samochód i za mniejsze pieniądze zwiedzi się więcej. Jak na hotel 4gwiadkowy wg mnie nie zasługuje. Spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego.

Hotel położony w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko do oceanu i plaży. Pokoje w porządku, panie codziennie sprzątają i dbają o czystość, nam się trafił z widokiem na ocean.. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, było go naprawdę dużo więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Klimatyzacja na duży plus. Pobyt w tym hotelu wspominam bardzo dobrze :)

Hotel pod względem czystości w pełni mnie zadowolił. Sprzątany na bieżąco, często wymieniane ręczniki, bardzo miłe panie hotelowe. Plaża , a raczej jej brak w pobliżu to niestety wielki minus tego hotelu. To czarne coś co znajduje się w pobliżu nie nadaje się do plażowania, pozostaje tylko basen, który daje możliwość popływania, ale nie plażowanie. Jest to więć smażenie się na leżaku w słońcu bez możliwości prawdziwego plażowania.

Hotel sprzątany codziennie, niestety pokój bardzo odbiega od zdjęć pokazowych, widać że dawno nie miał remontu, jest stary, obdrapane meble i ściany. Najładniejsza czarna plaża położona od hotelu ok 2km więc spory kawałek. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra jeśli chodzi o bazę wypadową i ogólnie o bliskość sklepów, restauracji niestety jest to lokalizacja hotel na hotelu blisko ruchliwej drogi więc jeśli ktoś szuka spokoju to nie znajdzie. Hotel bardzo blisko atrakcji Loro Park, ok 2 km możliwy dojazd taka specjalną kolejką z Loro Park. Jedzenie bardzo przeciętne - wiadomo zawsze ktoś coś znajdzie dla siebie ale byliśmy w innych hotelach 4 gwiazdkowych więc mamy porównanie i wybór oraz smak jedzenia był nie porównywalny. W hotelu bardzo dużo starszych ludzi. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę to bardzo miłe panie w recepcji. W restauracji tylko jeden pan był genialny i witał się z każdym, chodził, śpiewał. Reszta gdyby nie miała uniformu nawet nie była by zauważona. Na barze bardzo smaczne drinki robiła Pani barmanka (średniego wieku) natomiast taki pan barman miał bardzo źle podejście do gości, wszystkie drinki robił w papierowych kubkach a jak prosiło się w szkle to rzucał kieliszkami o blat baru i robił je dużo gorsze w smaku. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy ale dużo osób bawiło się przy muzyce często były wstępny na żywo. Jednego wieczoru Pan fantastycznie grał na fortepianie i do tego pięknie śpiewał.

Hotel czysty i schludny, widać, że obsługa daje z siebie wszystko. Jedzenie również przepyszne. Basen ok, jednak jest mały, a woda lodowata. Mogłoby się również dziać więcej, niestety odrobinę się nudziliśmy. Plus to lokalizacja - blisko plaży i naturalnych basenów oraz uliczki tętniącej życiem oraz kolejki do Loro Parku.

Na pierwszy rzut, to hotel przypomina raczej jakieś uzdrowisko w Ciechocinku, ale po jednej dobie... nawet "ciechocinek" nie przeszkadza. Doskonała lokalizacja rekompensuje ewentualne niedogodności wiekowe w hotelu. Niemalże w samym Centrum, blisko barów, sklepów i pięknego deptaku z pięknymi widokami. Blisko przepięknego kompleksu basenowego Lago Martianez z oceaniczną wodą . W bliskiej odległości - Loro Park. Do Loro Parku dowozi za darmo kolejka, która wyrusza niedaleko hotelu. Bardzo blisko wypożyczalnia samochodów za 60 Euro za 2 doby ( osoby wypożyczające auto muszą wcześniej zaplanować parkowanie, bowiem w całym Puerto de la Cruz brakuje miejsc ). Sam hotel na nasze standardy to raczej trzy gwiazdki, albo i ciut mniej. Niemniej jednak atmosfera kameralna, można czuć się swobodnie, nie ma gonitwy za leżakami, jest ich dość sporo przy basenie. Basen wygodny, ale niepodgrzewany. Drinki serwowane przy basenie - nie są słabe procentowo :) Nie ma muzyki przy basenie. Jeśli chodzi o pokój, to jest czysty, ale meble już mają swoje lata. Wybierając pokój radziłabym wziąć pod uwagę pokój z widokiem na ocen lub basen, bo w innym przypadku można dostać pokój na balkony sąsiedniego budynku. Wyżywienie w hotelu to rzecz gustu - ogólnie było dobre, ale bez zachwytu.
