Personel bardzo pomocny. Pokoje sprzątanie codziennie, zestaw do parzenia herbaty w każdym pokoju. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się mini supermarket, w którym można kupić potrzebne produkty. Do porcji spacerkiem można dostać się w 20 minut.

Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wyżywienie dobre, na szczególną uwagę zasługują napoje serwowane w szkle orginalnych marek, nic z nalewaków słabej jakości, alkohole na życzenie serwowane w barze w szkle, również marki znane przeciętnemu europejczykowi. Kelnerzy, wiadomo zależy na kogo się trafi. Oczywiście wszyscy mili, sympatyczni, ale zdecydowanie polacy jako turyści w tym hotelu to goście drugorzedowi, przyklad: panie animatorki chodząc wokół basenu, podchodzili porozmawiac czy zaproponować wzięcie udziału w animacji jedynie brytyjczykom i niemcom. Hotel pięknie położony, ale są karaluchy, co do pokoju, zalezy na którym piętrze się trafi, od 6 w górę uwazam za najkorzystniejsze.

Hotel położony w przepięknej okolicy na samym klifie. Widoki zarówno z pokoi jak i z basenów i barów zapierają dech w piersiach. Przez większą część pobytu było widać LaGomere jak i wulkan Teide. Z pokoi był również widok na Los Gigantem. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i uczynna zawsze gościł uśmiech na ich twarzach. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie rewelacja nie było monotonii. Kolację były tematyczne codziennie inne np: kuchnia kanaryjska, meksykańska, indyjska. Na basenach codziennie animacje. Na korytarzach i w pokojach nie biegały karaczany tak jak to pisał ktoś wyżej w komentarzach. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia.

Niestety cena za hotel i jego renoma odbiegają dużo od tego co zastalismy na miejscu. Hotel w prawdzie odnowiony ale za takie pieniądze nie wyobrażam sobie by w pokoju sufit był popękany, drzwi balkonowe otwierały się na prawdę ciężko. Niestety nawet spotkaliśmy na korytarzu karalucha a w ostatnia noc też w swojej łazience..... Jak na taki standard to ręczniki nie zostają wymieniane, każdego dnia taki sam zestaw śniadania, obiad to tragedia wygląda jak resztki po poprzednim dniu z kolacji, rozumiem że w hotelach gdzie jest opcja 2 posiłków skupiają się głównie na nich, ale pozostali ludzie płacąc więcej też powinni być jakoś lepiej traktowani niż taka słaba propozycja obiadową. Jedynie kolacje byly odmienne. W ofercie jest all in 24h w danych barach a tak na prawdę nie ma czegoś takiego czynna jest restauracja w danych godzinach na posiłki i jeden bar przy barze który otwierany jest dopiero od 10:00. Można czuć się oszukanym pod tym aspektem. Kolejnym minusem jest fakt że wymeldowanie jest do 12godz. I automatycznie ściągają opaski all in I nie możesz już korzystać z baru itp mimo iż autokar na samolot masz w późniejszych godzinach.... Płaci się za 8dni a tak na prawdę tego się nie dostaje. Proszę aby biuro zweryfikowało pewne informacje i poprawiło ofertę bo różni się od tego co się tam zastaje. Na plus ośrodka jest położenie z przepięknymi widokami, sam ogród basen są w 100% zadowalające i nie ma się do czego doczepić, obsługa też bardzo miła i uprzejmą na wielki plus.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Piękne położenie, Pokoje bardzo ładne, czyste, wygodne łóżko, widok na ocean z balkonu obłędny. Mnie trochę zaskoczył brak bezpośredniego dostępu do wody pitnej w pokoju, trzeba było brać butelki z baru (nie było dystrybutorów z wodą), ale jedzenie było bardzo dobre, był duży wybór przekąsek i napojów. Przy najbliższej okazji wrócę. :)

Jedyna wada to łazienka i toaleta, są to odzielone w pokoju boksy , zrobione ze szkła. Uszczelki od drzwi w łazience były w fatalnym stanie, po każdej kąpieli wylewała się drzwiami woda na panele podłogowe pokoju. Za każdym razem po kąpieli trzeba było sprzątac duża ilość wody. Łązinka i toaleta nadaje się do remontu.

Przydał by się remoncik w kilku miejscach i poprawa niektórych lokalizacji np na parterze przestrzeń z muzyką relaksacyjną z kaktusami, szumiącą wodą a nie ma gdzie usiąść, położyć się odpocząć. szklane barierki na balkonach nie zapewniają wystarczającej prywatności, działają jak lustra zwłaszcza wieczorem, nie chcesz, a widzisz odbicie z sąsiedniego pokoju. Swietne wyżywienie i personel. Ale ogólnie super.

Widok z balkonu na ocean przerósł nasze oczekiwania, bardzo miła obsługa, która zadbała o czystość w naszym pokoju, jedzenie przepyszne, bardzo duży wybór o każdej porze dnia no i oczywiście drineczki które w gorące dni gasiły nasze pragnienia. Wszystko oceniamy na bardzo duży Plus. Położenie hotelu przepiękne z widokiem na ocean oraz Los Gigantes Myślę, że jeszcze wrócimy kiedyś do Barcelo! Serdecznie polecamy!

Pokój, na 7 pietrze, bez zarzutu, z przyjemnym widokiem na klify, zatoczkę i Teide w oddali. Przyjemnie, że na balkonach są leżaki, można wygodnie odetchnąć i podziwiać okolice. Pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne. Bardzo przyjemna restauracja z bocznym tarasem, z którego każdego dnia podziwialiśmy klify. Strefa basenowa przyjemna, można znaleźć miejsce z widokiem na ocean/klify. W okolicy hotelu jest ścieżka, którą można dojść do pobliskich miejscowości, podziwiając widoki. Plaży jako takiej nie ma przy hotelu. Pod hotelem jest mała zatoczka ze skałkami, gdzie można pływać w oceanie. W miejscowości Liść Gigantes, przeurocza plaża z czarnym, wulkanicznym paskiem u podnóża klifów.

Niemniej niektórzy z gości traktują to jako zachętę do uprawiania miłości w basenach. Brak reakcji obsługi. Po 20 nie wolno wchodzić do basenów, tu reakcja jest, w zależności od obsady personelu. Ot ciekawostka. Bar przy basenach serwuje drinki, całkiem smaczne. Jedzenie smaczne, urozmaicone. Dni tematyczne np. kuchnia kanaryjska, dzień włoski. Desery smaczne, ale powtarzalne. Jak i potrawy. Wyjazd na wycieczkę o 7.30 powoduje brak śniadania, nie dadzą mimo, że jedzenie opłacone i wystawione pomimo zgłaszania na recepcji. Bardzo miły akcent, mały prezent od hotelu dla jubilata z okazji urodzin. Hotel to na pewno 4*. Drobne rzeczy nie powinny przysłaniać dobrego obrazu całości.
