Hotel bardzo przyjemny, animacje na wysokim poziomie, duży wybór jedzenia, bardzo różnorodne, codziennie kolację tematyczne. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, pomocna jednoczenie profesjonalna. Lekki remont by się przydał szczególnie klatek schodowych, pokoje czyste, zadbane, codziennie sprzątane. Minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki, nie wiem czy to kwestia wody czy kanalizacji ale było to trochę uciążliwe. Oprócz tego wszytko na duży plus. Do plaży trzeba kawałek dojść chodnikiem przy sklepikach i restauracjach więc droga przyjemna, plaża przepiękna, ciemny piasek, widok na klify i dużo palm - polecamy szczególnie na zachody słońca.

Od samego początku mojego pobytu byłem zachwycony czystością zarówno pokoi, jak i ogólnodostępnych części hotelu. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, a personel dbał o każdy szczegół, dbając o to, aby czuć się tam komfortowo i przyjemnie. Jedzenie w Hotelu Allegro Isora również zasługuje na najwyższe oceny. Różnorodność dań i ich wysoka jakość pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyły. Szczególnie polecam wypróbowanie lokalnych specjałów, które były przygotowywane ze świeżych i aromatycznych produktów. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiady oraz kolacje były obfite i serwowane w formie bufetu, co pozwalało na skomponowanie posiłku według własnych preferencji. Pokój, w którym mieszkałem, był przestronny, wygodnie urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowałam do komfortowego pobytu. Jedzenie świetne i konkretne, smaczne właściwie wszystko. Drinki i napoje nie rozwodnione, piwo świetne. Baseny są trzy wiec miejsce aby tam odpocząć zawsze się znajdzie. Hotel jest spory, bardzo zadbany na zewnętrznych częściach do odpoczynku. Do plaży jest kawałek ale to wiedzieliśmy. Plaża czarna wiec nam nie odpowiadała, taki żużel:-). Nie widzieliśmy tego uroku w tym. Hotel oceniam na piątkę bo spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jedzenie było różnorodne, niektóre rzeczy nie zachwyciły, ale większość dań była naprawdę smaczna a nawet znakomita. Każdego wieczoru w specjalnie przeznaczonym miejscu odbywało się mini disco dla dzieci, a zaraz po nim różnego rodzaju występy: taneczne, akrobatyczne, iluzjonistyczne i inne. Ekipa animatorów bardzo pozytywna i pełna energii. Drinki z AI bardzo dobre. Dostępna karta drinków, ale można było także wybierać inne alkohole. Teren hotelu jest zadbany mimo dość okazałych rozmiarów wszystko jest sprzątane na bieżąco. Leżaki i parasole są dostępne przy każdym z 3 basenów.

Animacje dla najmłodszych i dorosłych bardzo fajne. Plaża 500 metrów od hotelu, publiczna z czarnym piaskiem urokliwa szczególnie przy zachodzie słońca, czysta z łagodnym zejściem do oceanu. Okolica cicha spokojna, różnorakie sklepiki oraz restauracje.

My mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean i nawet kapiąca woda z sufitu w łazience (kapało od ok 3 dnia pobytu) nie była w stanie zepsuć nam wyjazdu. Nie o to chodzi na wakacjach, żeby się przejmować głupotami - aczkolwiek nie powiem, po zgłoszeniu usterki w ciągu godziny mogliśmy zmieć pokój. Obsługa hotelu super - przyjemni, kulturalni zawsze pomocni. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, w różnych godzinach. Kuchnia - fantastyczna. Próbowałam chyba wszystkiego i nie smakowały mi raptem 4 rzeczy. Ogromny wybór na każdy posiłek - nawet dla dzieci i niejadków. Co innego w głównej restauracji i nieco inne menu w barze dziennym przy basenie. Na kolację każdego dnia kuchnia innego kraju wraz z poczęstunkiem alkoholowym. Stoliki zarówno w środku jak i na zewnątrz. Część posiłków przyrządzana na oczach gości. A zapomniałabym o obłędnych deserach - również tematycznych i fantastycznych. No i mnóstwo soczystych owoców, oraz lody z polewami :) My byliśmy zachwyceni !!

Wieczory tematyczne tj.kuchnia kanaryjska, włoska, azjatycka,meksykańska, amerykańska. Wszystko świetnie przygotowane i bardzo smaczne. Podczas kolacji tematycznych muzyka na żywo. Drinki bardzo dobre. Pokój który mieliśmy to salon z aneksem kuchennym, sypialnia, łazienka oraz balkon z widokiem na ocean i baseny. Pracownicy hotelu mili, pomocni sumiennie wykonujący swoje obowiązki. Do dyspozycji praktycznie 24h na dobę. Mam nadzieję że za tak ciężką pracę są solidnie wynagradzani. Baseny czyste. Na siłowni porządek płyn do dezynfekcji czyste ręczniki. Hotel posiada wspaniały widok na klify Los Gigantes.Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

Hotel w zasadzie nie budził zastrzeżeń. Pokoje wygodne i czyste (chociaż raz mieliśmy przyjemnośc spotkać na podłodze wąsatego sublokatora). Każdy pokój z aneksem kuchennym, tyle tylko że bez żadnego wyposażenia typu czajnik, ekspres do kawy itp. Wodę na herbatę trzeba było gotować w mikrofalówce. Wątpliwości budziła kwestia przydzielania pokojów przez recepcję. Na wstępie zaoferowano nam pokój na parterze z widokiem na ulicę, po interwencji i za niemała dopłatę uzyskaliśmy lepszy pokój ale w budynku C nieco odległym od części rekreacyjnej i basenowej. W budynku widocznym na zdjęciu lokowani byli chyba "lepsi"goście. Dużym plusem była kuchnia. Smaczne, obfite i urozmaicone jedzenie jest mocną stroną hotelu. Najbliższa plaża z czarnym piaskiem znajduje się dobre 15 minut spaceru od hotelu. Baseny i część rekreacyjna hotelu bez zastrzeżeń. Obsługa w recepcji, stołówce i w bufetach miła i przyjazna.
