Jest też bar z przekąskami, w którym w godzinach otwarcia zawsze można coś zjeść. Są świetne trzy baseny i dużo leżaków na których można bardzo dobrze odpocząć.

Hotel niezbyt nowy, ale zadbany, pokoje czyste, wyposażone w lodówkę, mikrofalówkę, TV, sprawną klimatyzację, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kuchnia obłędna! Wieczory tematyczne, wybór w opcji all inclusive ogromny, wszelkie napoje, alkohole; o każdej porze dnia można gdzieś coś zjeść :) 3 baseny ze słoną wodą, sporo leżaków. Fajne animacje i wieczorami mini show. Lokalizacja przyjemna, jest co robić, piękne widoki na Los Gigantes. Komunikacja działa sprawnie. W pobliżu hotelu wiele wypożyczalni aut. Przy recepcji każdego dnia można było spotkać osoby proponujące różnorakie atrakcje. Polecamy.

Czystość pokoi adekwatna do standardów, które powinien zapewniać hotel swoim gościom, wyżywienie obłędne! Kuchnia różnorodna, ponieważ codziennie była inna tematyka kolacji np. w poniedziałek była kuchnia włoska a we wtorek meksykańska, wybór jedzenia również ogromny. Obsługa bardzo miła a także pomocna, fajne zaplecze animacji dla dorosłych (na dziecięcych nie skupiałam się, ponieważ nie posiadam dzieci).

Hotel extra, super pokoje choć zasadzie to już bardziej małe mieszaknie niż pokój. Obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Jedzienie przepyszne, spory wybór, w dużej mierze to samo, ale pojawiało się codziennie coś nowego. Na ogromny plus dystrybutory z napojami i ekspresy do kawy rozstawione w wielu miejscach. Wybór drinków dostępnych za darmo w opcji all-incluzve imponujący, nie spotkałam się wcześniej z tak dużym wachlarzem alkoholi bez dopłaty. Kompleks ogromny, baseny wszystkie 3 super, pokój gier też świetny. Ogólnie bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z wyboru tego hotelu.

Sam hotel położony w spokojnej części miasteczka więc idealny dla osób cebiacych sobie ciszę. Odległość do plaży na stronie Itaka jest lekko zakłamana, gdyż mowa była o ok 500 m, gdzie w rzeczywistości jest to aż 950 m... Obsługa hotelowa klasa sama sobie, pogodni, serdeczni i skłonni do pomocy w każdej sytuacji... Posiłki przepyszne, wielki plus za tematyczne kolację z muzyką na żywo.. Jeśli chodzi o animacje co kto lubi, widzieliśmy zadowolone dzieci a dla mnie jako osoby dorosłej też coś się znajdzie.

Pokoje były czyste, ale bardzo słabo wytłumione. Wyraźnie słychać hałasy dobiegające od sąsiadów z górnych oraz bocznych pokoi. Drzwi nie posiadały żadnej uszczelki, więc każde zamknięcie drzwi u sąsiadów było słychać jako trzask. Po łazience najbardziej było widać wiek hotelu, baterie pokryte kamieniem. Jedzenie - jak się trafi, ogólnie dobre ale powtarzalne. Natomiast na duży minus zasługuje jadalnia - ciasna, mało przyjemne było manewrowanie z talerzem między ludźmi. Leżaki przy basenie od rana rezerwowane ręcznikami, obsługa hotelu nic z tym nie robi choć w swoich zasadach sama pisze, że do 10 takie ręczniki będą usuwane.

Mieszkałam w apartamencie superior. To był świetny wybór pod każdym względem. W salonie kanapa, ława, telewizor i wyjście na taras. Dalej jadalnia i aneks kuchenny, łazienka, sypialnia z drugim wyjściem na taras. Czystość w apartamencie była idealna, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników oraz zaopatrzenie w wodę mineralną. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Klimatyzacja w salonie i wentylator sufitowy w sypialni działały bez zarzutu. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo sympatyczna. Panie sprzątające przemiłe, służyły pomocą- pytalam o miejsca na wyspie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Wieczory tematyczne przy kolacji to świetny pomysł. Można było spróbować różnych dań i posłuchać muzyki na żywo. Obsługa w restauracji szybko służyła pomocą w znalezieniu wolnego stolika. Obsługa w recepcji również bardzo miła i pomocna. W ciagu dnia animacje przy basenie. Wieczorem muzyka i wystepy na scenie. Nie było czasu na nudę. Ten hotel mogę polecić z czystym sumieniem.

Pobyt w hotelu uważam za udany. Wspaniałe 3 baseny na różnych poziomach . Dużo leżaków i parasoli (w większości zajmowanych przez zarzucenie ręczników z samego rana mimo zakazu jaki nałożył hotel )Świetne animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych .Jak już wcześniej wspomnieli inni użytkownicy łazience przydałaby się mała odnowa. Wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone, a w szczególności tematyczne kolacje , każdego dnia z innego kraju dania ( pierwszy raz miałam możliwość zjedzenia ośmiorniczek , kalmarów i ostryg )Do plaży spacerkiem ok 10 min - ale widoki wynagradzają tą drogę. Leżaki i parasole płatne 4 euro / szt.

Hotel ogólnie może być, jedzenie w porządku baseny super ale żeby móc poleżeć na leżaku musisz liczyć się z tym, że trzeba wstać o 7:00 rano aby zająć leżak, później są już marne szanse gdyż ludzie zostawiają ręczniki na cały dzień na tych leżakach więc po prostu są cały czas zajęte, niektórzy nawet na noc, także parodia i chyba nie o to chodzi na wakacjach. Oprócz tego jeśli nie zasłonisz ręcznikiem szpary pod drzwiami to możesz spodziewać się dodatkowego gościa w postaci karalucha. Widoki piękne.

Hotel Allegro Issora to obiekt niezbyt nowy, ale funkcjonalny i wygodny dla gości. Niektóre pokoje wymagają już nieco odświeżenia (łuszcząca się farba, obity blat), ale do przestronności apartamentów i działania wyposażenia nie można mieć zastrzeżeń. Najsilniejszą stroną hotelu jest jednak pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta obsługa dbająca o komfort gości i czystość obiektu oraz wisienka na torcie - wyżywienie, które jest wyśmienite, zróżnicowane i zawsze świeże. Baseny także super, choć przydałaby się jeszcze jedna większą zjeżdżalnia dla dzieci. Położenie hotelu raczej na uboczu, na skraju miasteczka Puerto Santiago. W pobliżu plaża piaszczysta, sklepy, knajpki. Hotel przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi. Zaangażowani i sympatyczni animatorzy.

W hotelu jest czysto, regularnie sprzatane. Pokoje duże i mega fajne jest to że są dwie sypialnie. Niestety mieliśmy raz w pokoju dwa wielkie karaluchy- po zgłoszeniu zrobili nam oprysk pod drzwiami mimo że byliśmy w pokoju więc cała noc wietrzyliśmy. Podobno to normalne że są na Teneryfie te robaki. Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone aczkolwiek żeby się dostać na kolację koło 20 trzeba stać w kolejce koło 10-15 minut. Raz podobnie było na śniadaniu. Plaża na morzem publiczna i daleko- koło 1 km. Nie ma szans usiąść przy basenie na leżaku chyba że się wstanie o 7 i je rezerwuje. Jest ich za mało.
