Jedzenie było wyjątkowo pyszne, codziennie coś innego, duży wybór. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko pięknej plaży. Jedyną wadą był incydent podczas wieczoru arabskiego, kiedy otrzymałam surowe mięso w kebabie. Mimo tego, mój pobyt uważam za bardzo udany.

Hotel przede wszystkim jest stary ,pokój w którym byliśmy nadawał się do remontu , przez caly pobyt mieliśmy problem z otwieraniem pokoju pomimo kilkukrotnego wymieniana kluczy , klimatyzacja praktycznie nie działała, w restauracji przy śniadaniach i kolacjach było problem zdobyć stolik który był czysty. Nie było żadnej pomocy z bagażami a pokój mieliśmy na końcu hotelu a byłem z samymi dziećmi. Basen który w ofercie miał mieć sezonowo podgrzewaną wodę nie miał. Jedzenie na śniadaniach i kolacjach smaczne i różnorodne.

Trzy lata temu zatrzymując się przy tym hotelu dla wysiadających wczasowiczów nie zachwyciliśmy się nim. Zejście po schodach w dól, skromne "progi", niska zabudowa. Przy innych hotelach strzelających w niebo i powalających z nóg swoim wejściem, ten nie zachwycał. Ale w tym roku zostaliśmy w nim zakwaterowani. I powiem, że nie papierek, ale cukierek jest ważny. Hotel nie jest nowy, ale odremontowany i bardzo zadbany. Widać, że zależy im na nas, turystach. Teren ogromny (czego wogóle z zewnątrz nie widać). Ładnie rozlokowany. Trzy baseny do wyboru. Jeden ze zjeżdżalnią i to nie tylko dla dzieci! Leżaków nigdy nie zabrakło i nie trzeba było ich rezerwować. Jedzenie do syta. Do wyboru, koloru i bogato. Grzechem byłoby marudzić i narzekać. Pokój - bardziej apartament. Duży, przestronny. Kuchnia, jadalnia, salon i osobna sypialna z wręcz ogromnym łożem. Dla trzech osób bez problemu. Czysto, codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa bardzo miła i dyskretna wszędzie. Leży przy głównej ulicy, za którą jest już ocean. Blisko wszędzie. Do plaży, sklepików i restauracji. Położenie bardzo dobre. No i atrakcje w postaci codziennych animacji. Bogato i to bardzo. Bardzo fajne, miłe i zawsze uśmiechnięci animatorzt. Władają w hiszpańskim, angielskim, francuskim i oczywiście polskim języku. Najbardziej ucieszone z tego były dzieci, bo to z nimi spędzali najwięcej czasu z różnymi atrakcjami. Ale dorosłych nie pomijano wcale. Zresztą korzystali z tego wszyscy. Podsumowując bardzo polecam hotel dla wszystkich.

Pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone, jednak bardzo nadgryzione przez ząb czas. Niestety na minus też, nie była zmieniona poosciel ani razu podczas pobytu. Całość oceniam bardzo dobrze - jednak generalny remont i nowe wyposażenie pokoi by się przydało...

Wystrój hotelu jak w filmie Squid Game :) , pokoje przestronne , spory balkon, łazienka do małego remontu. Bardzo duża liczba leżaków przy basenach, woda podgrzewana, w jednym z basenów w lutym było 24 stopnie w basenie co w zupełności wystarczało. Wyżywienie urozmaicone w formie tematycznej , codziennie kolacja była w innym stylu , sporo potraw wegetariańskich , przy każdej potrawie był opis jakich składników użyto. Problemem mogły być czasami kolejki do kolacji w szczycie. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła , pokoje codziennie sprzątane, na wyposażeniu łazienki w zestawach nawet jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów i przybory do golenia. Animacje zróżnicowane głównie nastawione na dzieci ale dla dorosłych też można było coś wybrać. Położenie bardzo dobre , w najbliższej okolicy wszystko co niezbędne a jednocześnie okolica samego hotelu spokojna. Plaża w odległości małego spaceru , z drobnym czarnym piaskiem , strzeżona , jedynie fale spore co ma swój urok. W samych hotelu wypożyczalnia samochodów i możliwość kupienia wycieczek również z polskim przewodnikiem. W odległości dłuższego spaceru port z którego są organizowane rejsy , można podziwiać morską faunę były żółwie wodne i wieloryby . Piękne morskie klify Los Gigantes na pewno polecam. W miejscowości panował specyficzny mikroklimat , zazwyczaj było cieplej jak w innych miejscach na wyspie w szczególności w porównaniu do północy wyspy, prawie cały czas podczas pobytu było słonecznie prawdopodobnie wysokie klify zatrzymywały zachmurzenie . Cena w naszym przypadku bardzo atrakcyjna . Transfer z lotniska około 1 do 1,5 godziny jedyny mankament to przydział miejsc w samolocie , byliśmy na wakacjach w trójkę a za każdym razem siedzieliśmy osobno , przydział miejsc w samolocie mógłby być bardziej przyjazny pasażerom, nie było możliwości dopłaty by wybrać sobie miejsce w samolocie.

Po zgłoszeniu w recepcji, przyszedł Pan naprawić łóżko na tzw. "trytytki" - niezbyt profesjonalne podejście. Niestety na parterze zdarzają się też karaluchy, co jest dużym minusem. Za to jedzenie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone, co wieczór kolacja w innej tematyce- duży plus za to. Baseny czyste i zadbane- niestety tylko jeden z nich miał lekko podgrzewaną wodę.
